        Rose Bengal sensitized and NaI supersenitized photocurrent on an amorphous SnO₂semiconductor was analized electrochemically under the potentiostatic condition. The results indicated that electron was injected from adsorbed and excited dye molecule into the conduction band and surface of SnO₂.

        The objective of this article was to analize perception structure of the national parks as tourist area using the scaling method ( both of unidimensional and multidimensional scaling ). Scaling prosdures are the geometric transformation prosdure to draw metric inferences from nonmetric data. In this sense sealing methods offer a great potential for the research of themes that only qualitative information in available. Above all, In the research of behavioral aspects as perception and preference. scaling methods are very useful. Information on the individual perception of the ten national parks as tourist area were collected from a group of 532 salariates living in Seoul through a questionaire, the collected data included perception ratings of these regions as tourist area. Using the Thurstone's law of comparative judgement as unidimensional scaling and using the multidimensional scaling, the evaluations of the amount of each of the ten tourist - attraction attributes that respondents perceived each of the ten regions to posses and the respondents' similarity judgements of all paired comparisons of the national parks were analized. Respondents were asked to rate on a seven point scale each of the ten attributes for each region in terms of how much of each attribute each region was perceived to posses Next, respondents' ratings of each of the attributes perceived to be possessed by each region was averaged. The averaged results were submitted to Thurstone's Case V results of respondents' perception ratings of the ten regions in terms of the attractiveness of each region as tourist area show ( Fig 1 ). The multidimensional analysis of the resulting data produced two - dimensional and three - dimesional " perceptual map " of these ten regions ( Fig 2 and Fig 3). the computer program of MDS used INDSCAL.

        The Taekwondo park should be as the world-class tourism attraction known to people in the world. For its purpose, it is necessary to gather the advice of foreign Taekwondo people and national Taekwondo people and listen to their opinions. According to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Criterion for Selection of the Taekwondo Park and the Score Table is almost at a stage of competition. The weighted value of distribution of marks by item of screening basis being prepared by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism should be subject to the following procedures. First, it is necessary to converge the opinions of Taekwondo masters at abroad who will play a leading role in visiting th Taekwondo park Second, it is necessary to investigate what ideas foreign Taekwondo trainees, the prospective visitors, have about the Taekwondo park. Third, it is necessary to converge the opinions of the general public who will come to visit the Taekwondo park with domestic Taekwondo people. Especially, the Taekwondo park screening criterion proposal not reflecting the opinions of foreign Taekwondo masters who will come to perform the leading role in the visit of foreign tourists would have negative consequences for their visit to the Taekwondo park that will be founded in the future, Taekwondo is the competitive cultural commodity that can globalise the Korean culture. The Taekwondo pack screening criterion proposal should be prepared with a focus on foreign tourists. As foreign tourists as well as foreign Taekwondo people pay a visit to the Taekwondo park, it will play a role in making the brand of Korea as well as Taekwondo widely known to the world if they come to experience Korean cultures and good image as well as the Taekwondo of Korea as the country of its origin It is thought that this synergistic effect would bring tremendous interests to this country that can not be converted into monetary value and refuel the tourism industry that is becoming stagnant.

        An enzyme electrode for the determination of hydrogen peroxide was developed by immobilization of mugwort tissue in a carbon paste, and the effect of pH on ell catalytic power was investigated. Current profile of the biolenlor well pH slowed two peaks, which mean that mugwort contains two kinds of peroxide. Assuming that the reduction function of peroxide is Gaullist distribution std pH-dependent current profile is the sum of two Gosling, current profiles were resolved into two galloons at various monitoring concentrations of substrate. This enabled to determine the optimum pH of each ilozyme.

      • 國立公園 觀光地에 대한 認知와 選好에 관한 分析的 硏究

        The objective of this thesis is to analize the perceptions of and preferences for National Park as tourist area: Soraksan, Odaesan, Kyoungju, Hanuryo Water Way, Songnisan, Kyeryongsan, Togyusan, Naejansan, Jirisan, Hallasan. In order to pursue the objective of dissertation, the following research questions were considered : 1.What are some of the primary touristic characteristics of the regions as perceived by actual or potential visitors to those regions? 2.What are some of the major touristic characteristics sought by tourists who visits or plan to visit one or more of the ten National parks in the study? 3.What is the relative importance of these characteristics to them? 4.What is the relative preference for the ten National parks? 5.What is the relationship of the preference rankings of and the perception ratings of the National parks? 6.Do respondents can be grouped on the basis of their preference for, or the importance they attach to, different characteristics? 7.What time of the year are respondents most likely to travel to the National parks? Three approaches were used for identifying the important touristic characteristics of the tourist area: 1.Generation of attributes during the design and pretest stages of the questionnaire, for exemple by review of relevant tourism travel literature; direct questioning of some of respondents in the study prior to actual data collection; and use of Kelly's repertory grid method. 2.INDSCAL analysis of repondents' similarity judgements. The results of these two approaches indicated some of the main tourism characteristics (attributes) of the regions valued by tourists, and that made the regions attractive as vacation areas. These attributes are : 1.The landscape of historical and cultural of the tourist area. 2.Scenic beauty 3.The clean of the tourist area 4. Pleasant attitude of the tourist area people 5.Space and facility for rest and relexation. 6.Shopping and service facilities. 7.Facilities for sports and entertainmet. 8.Accomodations 9.Facilities of Transportation 10.Accessbility 11.Crowdness of tourist area. 12.Relative expensiveness of the tour 13.Well-known Thurston's law of comparative judgement, Case V in particular, was applied to respondents' ratings of the importance of the 13 attributes and to respondents' rankings of the regions in the study in terms of preference for a tourist area. Thurston's Case V showed that Soraksan, Hallasan, Jirisan, Hallyosudo were the most prefered national parks of the set used in the study, and Togyusan, Odaesan, Kyoungju and Kyeryongsan were the least preferred, and that the sample as a whole rated scenic beauty , Clean of tourist area, Space and facilities for rest and relexation as three most important attributes they seek from touring in one or more of the regions in the study. Application of the basic Fishbein-type model to preferences for the regions and the perceived amount of 13 salient attribites possessed by each region indicated that region preferences were weakly related to related to attributes offered by those regions. According to the results of multidimensional scaling, namely the INDSCAL analysis, for the similarity, the 4 national parks such as Soraksan, Odaesan, Jirisan, Togyusan made the similar group on two dimensional space and Naejansan, Kyeryongsan, Songnisan, Hanryo water way and Hallasan made a group in each. Seeing like this location differentiating the dimension, the case of Kyoungju may make the group with the Songnisan and Odaesan. The explanation of tourism attributes for dimension has low explanation power and the dimension is generally depend upon by the mountain landscape and non mountain landscape, and also by the landscape of historical and cultural, and by the regional location. According to the multidimensional scaling for the preference, The dimension is generally showed comparatively high explanation power according to the Scenic beauty and the landscape of historical · cultural. Seeing the arrangement on multidimensional space, the preference for Soraksan is nearly matchless and there appeared as Hallasan and Hanryo water way group and Kyougju, Odaesan, Songnisan and Kyeryongsan, Naejansan, Togyusan, Jirisan goup. According to the result of pattern classification along with the importance ratings of the tourism attributes, applying the multivariate analysis to valuation effect of importance degree for the 13 tourism attributes valuated by the respodents of 3 cities, each 3 cities induced the 3 homogeneitic groups. Seeing the peculiarity of these groups of 3 cities, it was generally classified as the group that attach the imtortance to Scenic beauty and the group that select the tourist area by the landscape of historicalㆍcultural, and the group that select the tourist area by the overall facilities of tourist area. The relationship between the perception of and preference for national parks by groups appealed not clear in the perception and preference structure. According to the result of research for the seasonal preference degree to the 10 national parks, the Kyoungju was prefered for the spring time, and the national park that has high preference from spring to summer was the Hanryo water way. The Odaesan, Togyusan and Kyeryongsan were prefered for mainly from summer to autumn,. The Naejansan, Songnisan and Jirisan were prefered for mainly autumn, and the Soraksan was prefered for the season from autumn to winter, and Hallasan was prefered for the season from winter to spring.

        The purpose of this study is to establish a master plan of ecological park for Mt. Mindung. This mountain is one of Jeongseon-gun's major tourism sites, due to excellent Miscanthus sinensis var. purpurascens landscapes at its top area. Approximately 500,000 tourists annually visit the mountain. The main problems of the site were lack of identity, inharmony with nature, damaged trails, and improper facility layouts. These problems are associated with lack of appropriate master plan and management input. To solve the problems and create an ecologically desirable park, this study established a master plan which is characterized by findings of the existing natural resources for diverse leisure services, avoidance of resource damage and reclamation of damaged resources, minimization of artificial facilities. The master plan of ecological park included planning concerned with spatial organization, trail layouts, plantings, landscape facilities, and festival and event openings.

      • 1-Bromoacetylpyrene 誘導體化劑를 利用한 Carboxyl基 含有成分의 分析에 관한 硏究(Ⅰ) : 高級不飽和脂肪酸의 HPLC에 依한 定量 Determination of Unsaturated Fatty Acids by HPLC

        A simple and highly sensitive method for the determination of unsaturated fatty acids (C_16:1, C_20:4, C_20:5) is described. I-Bromoacetylpyrene was used as the pre-column fluorescent labelling reagent for HPLC. Fatty acids were derivatized quantitatively into fluorescent compounds by treating with 1-bromoacetylpyrene in the presence of 18-crown- 6 in acetonitrile. The optimum conditions for the derivatization such as, concentrations of KOH, 18-crown-6, and 1-bromoacetylpyrene, reaction temperature and reaction time, were investigated. The derivatives were separated on a reversed phase column (LiChrosorb RP-8, 5 ㎛) using the tertiary mixture of acetonitrile, methanol, and water as the mobile phase. The effluent was monitored by fluorometer (excitation wavelength; 366 nm, emission wavelength; 454 nm). Linearities of calibration curve were obtained between 5.0 p mol and 40.0 p mol. The detection limit of fatty acids was 1 p mol in a 20μl of injection volume.

      • 2-Bromoacetylnaphthalene을 螢光誘導體化劑로 利用한 Alclofenac의 HPLC 分析에 관한 硏究

        A simple, rapid and high sensitive method for determination of alclofenac is described. 2-Bromoacetylnaphthalene was used as the pre-column fluorescent derivatizing reagent for high performance liquid chromatography. Alclofenac was derivatized quantitatively into fluorescent compound by reacting with 2-bromoacetylnaphthalene in the presence of 18-crown-6 ether in acetonitrile. The optimum conditions for the derivatization such as concentration of KOH, 18-crown-6 and 2-bromoacetylnaphthalene, reaction temperature and reaction time were investigated. The structure of alcolofenac derivative was confirmed from IR, NMR and mass spectra. The fluorescence properties of alclofenac derivative were examined. The derivative was separated on a reverse phase column (Lichrosorb RP-8) in isocratid elution mode using the secondary mixture of acetonitrile and water as the mobile phase. The effluent was monitored by fluorometer.(Ex. 303, Em. 418 nm). The calibration plots for the peak area versus concentration of alclofenac observed to be linear(r =0.999).
