본 연구의 목적은 u-health 서비스 수요자를 대상으로 u-health 서비스에 대한 기본적인 ·이용 의향 및 법·개선 방향을 조사함과 동시에 u-health 서비스 활성화 방안에 대한 공급자 및 다양한 관련 이해집단 전문가 의견을 조사하여, 이를 바탕으로 u-health 서비스 활용확산을 위한 정책방향을 도출하는 것이다. 조사 결과, 수요자와 공급자 양측 모두 장기적으로는 u-health 서비스 활용 범위가 크게 확대될 것으로 예상하였지만 현재 u-health 서비스 활용 확산에 여러 가지 걸림돌이 존재하여 개선이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 소비자 대상 설문 조사에서는 u-health 서비스에 대한 인식 및 신뢰가 아직 충분하지 않은 점 때문에 단기간 내에 전면적인 활용 확산이 어려울 것으로 나타났으며, 전문가 조사에서는 법·제도적 문제가 가장 큰 걸림돌로 나타났다. 따라서 향후 u-health 서비스가 우리나라에서 빠르게 활성화되기 위해서는 u-health 서비스에 대한 인지도를 높여야 하며, 소비자들이 u-health 서비스를 보다 신뢰할 수 있도록 업계와 정부의 노력이 필요하다. 또한 u-health 서비스 관련 법?제도를 조속히 개선하여 공급자가 u-health 서비스를 통하여 안정적으로 수익을 창출할 수 있는 환경을 만들어야 한다. The purpose of this study is to provide policy implications for vitalizing u-health services. We carried out survey of 500 consumers and indepth interview with various experts. Both experts and consumers believe that u-health services will become prevalent in the longrun, although there exist obstacles against vitalization of u-health services. To vitalize u-health service, the Korean government should raise reliability and recognition of u-health service for consumers. Furthermore, law and institution regarding u-health services should be improved to give enough incentives for u-health suppliers and consumers.
Study on the Emerging VOCs Analysis Method using Purge&Trap GC/MS in Raw Water and Treated Water

Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) are unsaturated hydrocarbons that cause odors and ozone through volatilization into the atmosphere. In this study, the analysis method of VOCs was performed using Purge & Trap gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. Analysis method was discussed and optimized. The results of 14 VOCs have shown that Method Detection Limit (MDL) was in the range from 0.0098 μg/L to 0.6519 μg/L and Limit of Quantification (LOQ) was in the range from 0.0313 μg/L to 2.0762 μg/L. The results of accuracy and precision ranged from 85.9 % to 114.8 % and 1.0 % to 3.3 %. Investigation of the matrix effects on tap water has shown that this method is suitable for VOCs analysis. Raw water and treated water of 15 water treatment plants were studied by developed method. As a results, Chloromethane was detected in the range from N/D to 1.924 μg/L of raw water and in the range from N/D to 4.595 μg/L of treated water. Detection frequency was 50.0 % of raw water and 86.6 % of treated water. In the case of Chloromethane in raw water, the frequency of detection was decreased during the period of wet season. In addition, in the case of water treatment plant that does not use a coagulant or uses river-side filtered water, the formation of chloromethane was less in treated water. These results are intended to be used as scientific basis data for the preparation of the water quality environment policy system in the future.

본 연구의 목적은 일반가구 소비자들의 스마트미터?인홈디스플레이(IHD) 수요결정 요인을 분석하고, 스마트미터ㆍIHD 비용 부담 의지 혹은 지불의사액을 추정하여 더욱 효과적인 스마트미터ㆍIHD 구축 방안 관련 시사점을 도출하는 것이다. 분석 자료로 서울 거주 20~65세 가구주 혹은 가구주의 배우자 1,979명을 대상으로 1대1 면접 방식으로 진행된 설문조사자료를 이용하였으며, 이때 기존전력량계와 스마트미터ㆍIHD 가상대안 간 비교가 이루어지는 컨조인트 분석방법을 사용하였다. 실증분석 결과, 소비자들은 스마트미터ㆍIHD의 필요성에 대해서는 긍정적으로 인식하고 있었으나, 이의 구축비용과 사용료 등에 대한 지불의사액은 평균 약 674원/월로 매우 낮은 수준으로 나타났다. This study attempts to estimate the residential demand and willingness to pay for smart meter and In-home-display (IHD) using conjoint survey data in Korea. Further, policy implications regarding measures for constructing smart meter and IHD were derived based on the empirical analysis. From the estimation result, it was found that consumers valued the benefits of smart meter and IHD considerably, while willingness to pay for smart meter and IHD being estimated to be very low, 674 won per month on average.
단위직무 분석을 통한 위기관리 매뉴얼 간소화 방안에 관한 연구

위기관리 매뉴얼은 재난 및 안전관리 기본법을 기반으로 재난 유형별로 위기관리 표준매뉴얼, 위기대응 실무매뉴얼, 현장조치 행동매뉴얼로 작성하도록 되어있다. 따라서 위기관리 매뉴얼이 재난 유형별(자연재난/사회재난)로 작성되어 방대하고 복잡한 단점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 이유로 재난이 발생하였을 때, 신속하게 매뉴얼을 적용하여 현장대응에 적용하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 위기관리 매뉴얼의 단위직무분석을 통해서 공통직무/특수직무로 분류하여 표준화된 단위 직무를 도출하였다. 표준화된 단위직무를 활용하여 재난유형에 상관없이 재난이 발생하였을 때 신속하게 대응할 수 있고, 훈련계획 및 훈련현장에서 손쉽게 활용할 수 있는 매뉴얼을 제안하고자 한다. The Risk Management Manuals, including standard manual, working-level manual and manual for actions at scene, are to be developed by type of disasters based on the Framework Act on the Management of Disaster and Safety. Because the manuals are developed by type of disasters(natural and social), they are too complicated and voluminous as weaknesses. Because of these shortcomings, they are under-utilized when disaster occurs. In these regards, this research drew the standardized task units through analyzing the tasks which are specified in the manuals by compartmentalizing the them into two types, the common and the special. Finally, this research would propose the improved manuals which are easily and efficiently utilized for planning trains, in field training and to respond to disasters by exploiting the standardized task units regardless of disaster type.
유헬스 서비스 수요 분석 : 댁내기반 원격의료 · 건강관리서비스를 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to analyze the demand for telemedicine and telehealthmanagement services. which are key elements of home based u-health. The conjoint analysis, which is a conventional method for demand analysis for newly introduced products, is employed, utilizing the survey data on 500 seoul citizens. Further. multivariate probit model is used to estimate the demand. The result shows that the demand for telemedicine services is greater than that of teleheartlmanagement services. Further, home-based u-health services will playa role as a complementary for face-to-face medical treatments, rather than a substitute. Meanwhile, the demand for home-based u-health services is found to be very sensitive to price.
생체 신호 측정을 위한 섬유전극의 형태에 따른 전기적 특성 분석 및 비교

Many kinds of electrodes have been developed in various forms and shapes for measurement of bio potential signal. Textile electrode has benefit of collect long term data monitoring because of it is non consciousness, convenient and do not occur skin irritation. However, It is very difficult to acquire available data due to high impedance of electrode and unstable skin-electrode contact which generate motion artifact. Also snap button which usually used as mediator between textile and measurement device cause change of electrical characteristics. In this paper, we inflated textile electrode to stabilize contact and add conductive silver paste between textile and snap button to improve conductance. To compare the performance of two methods, flat or inflated and add conductive paste or not, four types of electrodes are tested on each impedance and SNR by ECG measurement. In result, the first type electrode which flat and non-conductive paste showed the worst performance and the last type electrode which is inflated shape and contain conductive paste show the best performance.
