본 논문은 액티브 네트워크 환경에서 액티브 노드를 위한 보안강화엔진의 구조와 기능을 설계하였다. 액티브 노드의 자원에 접근 시 발생되는 보안상의 문제점들을 해결하기 위한 보안강화엔진 구조를 제안하고 보안강화엔진 내에 Security, Authentication, Authorization 모듈을 두어 액티브 네트워크 환경에 노출되어있는 악의적인 위협 요소들로부터 액티브 노드들을 보호하고자 하였다. 본 논문에서는 보안강화엔진에서 Security, Authentication, Authorization 모듈의 설계 내용에 대해 기술한다.

Background: The patients with psoriasis vulgaris showed dry skin and defected barrier function. Therefore, psoriasis patient apply moisturizer as an adjuvant treatment. Objectives: This study was performed to evaluate the efficacy of nanofibrous patch for enhancing effect of moisturizer in patients with mild to moderate psoriasis. Methods: A total 9 patients with bilateral symmetric lesion of psoriasis were enrolled. All patients used only moisturizer (Psorex lotion<sup>®</sup>) on control side twice a day. On test side, patients applied nanofibrous patch after using moisturizer twice a day. Transepidermal water loss (TEWL), stratum corneum (SC) hydration and severity score of desquamation of psoriasis lesional skin were measured at week 0 and week 4. Results: After 4 weeks, both control and test side showed clinical improvement. However, TEWL of test side was decreased more than control (Changes of TEWL, average: test=2.1, control=1.6). SC hydration level was showed improvement in test side compared to control (Changes of SC hydration, average: test=8.3, control=4.9). Desquamation score was also decreased in test side more than control (Changes of desquamation score, average: test=1.7, control=0.6). Conclusion: Based on these results, we suggested that applying nanofibrous patch after using moisturizer leaded to enhance the effect of moisturizer in patients with mild to moderate psoriasis.

Background: Organism body size is a basic characteristic in ecology; it is related to temperature according to temperature-size rule. Butterflies are affected in various aspects by climate change because they are sensitive to temperature. Therefore, this study was conducted to understand the effect of an increase in temperature due to global warming on the wing of butterflies. Results: A total of 671 butterflies belonging to 9 species were collected from 1990 to 2016 in Seoul (336 specimens) and Mokpo (335 specimens). Consequently, as the mean temperature increased, the wing length of the species increased. However, there are exceptions that the Parnassius stubbendorfii, Pieridae canidia, and Pieris rapae wing length of Seoul increased, but the butterfly wing length of Mokpo decreased. Conclusions: The positive correlations between the butterfly wing length and mean temperature showed that the change of mean temperature for about 26 years affects the wing length of butterfly species. The exception is deemed to have been influenced by the limited research environment, and further studies are needed. We would expect that it can be provided as basic data for studying effect of climate change.

Background A significant heart attack known as a myocardial infarction (MI) occurs when the blood supply to the heart is suddenly interrupted, harming the heart muscles due to a lack of oxygen. The incidence of myocardial infarction is increasing worldwide. A relationship between COVID-19 and myocardial infarction due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic has also been revealed. Objective We propose a biomarker and a method that can be used for the diagnosis of myocardial infarction, and an aptamerbased approach. Results For the diagnosis of myocardial infarction, an algorithm-based diagnosis method was developed using electrocardiogram data. A diagnosis method through biomarker detection was then developed. Conclusion Myocardial infarction is a disease that is difficult to diagnose based on the aspect of a single factor. For this reason, it is necessary to use a combination of various methods to diagnose myocardial infarction quickly and accurately. In addition, new materials such as aptamers must be grafted and integrated into new ways. Purpose of Review The incidence of myocardial infarction is increasing worldwide, and some studies are being conducted on the association between COVID-19 and myocardial infarction. The key to properly treating myocardial infarction is early detection, thus we aim to do this by offering both tools and techniques as well as the most recent diagnostic techniques. Recent Findings Myocardial infarction is diagnosed using an electrocardiogram and echocardiogram, which utilize cardiac signals. It is required to identify biomarkers of myocardial infarction and use biomarker-based ELISA, SPR, gold nanoparticle, and aptamer technologies in order to correctly diagnose myocardial infarction.

X-linked dominant hypophosphataemic rickets(XLHR) is a hereditary disease generally transmitted as an X-linked dominant trait. Oral manifestations include poorly mineralized dentin, enlarged pulp chambers and root canals, early tooth loss. Also, spontaneous dental abscesses could occur in the absence of a history of trauma or caries. This report describes the clinical finding and dental treatment of a child, who came to the hospital for treatment caries but was refered to pediatrics because the child showed clinically short of status, bow-leg and radiographically enlarged pulp chamber and canal, there as diagnosed as XLHR. After the diagnosis, 13 years follow-up and treatment were performed.
