      • Analysis of the Influence of Tension on the Fiber Winding Track

        In this paper, in order to solve the question of the winding tracks affected by tension leading to pipeline performance degradation, we analyze the tension on the wound composite pipes and establish a winding model about six degrees of freedom robotic arm and find the solver of the kinematic equations. We designed a winding track and established on a MATLAB and ADAMS co-simulation platform. The winding track affected by the tension is simulated. According to the results, we can obtain the force of the joints of the robot. Taking these force data as the compensation of the joint force, the robot can do the desired track overcoming the winding tension.

        A Self-Supervised Learning Framework for Under-Sampling Pattern Design Using Graph Convolution Network

        Purpose: To generate the under-sampling pattern using a self-supervised learning framework based on a graph convolutional network. Materials and Methods: We first decoded the k-space data into the graph and put it into the network. After the processing of graph convolution layers and graph pooling layers, the network generated the under-sampling pattern for MR reconstruction. We trained the network on the simulated brain dataset enabled by the selfsupervised learning strategy. We did simulation along with the in vivo brain and liver experiments under different noise levels and accelerating factors to compare the performance between the proposed method and traditional methods using the PSNR and SSIM index. Results: The simulation experiments showed that the proposed method can achieve the best performance with low accelerating factors (2 and 3) at all noise levels and in high accelerating factors (4 and 5) at high noise levels (50 and 70 dB). In in vivo experiments, the proposed method attained the highest PSNR and SSIM in the brain dataset as well as in the liver dataset after fine tuning on a small liver dataset. Conclusion: The self-supervised learning framework based on a graph convolutional network was able to design the under-sampling mask for MR reconstruction. The superior performance in the simulation and in vivo experiments demonstrated the feasibility and flexibility of the proposed method and its potential in clinical use.

        Genetic transformation of wheat: current status and future prospects

        Genetic transformation is a reverse genetics tool for validation of target genes and crop improvement. However, due to its low efficiency and genotype dependency,wheat is considered a recalcitrant plant for genetic transformation. During the last 20 years, various in vitro and in planta transformation methods have been reported in wheat. Until now, biolistic particle and Agrobacteriummediated wheat transformation methods using immature embryos as explants have been the two major transformation approaches. In addition to immature embryos, other explant types, such as mature embryos, anther-derived calli, inflorescences, apical meristems, and other floral organs, have been employed; however, they need further optimization. In addition to the common marker genes,such as bar, hpt and gus, other effective markers, ALS,AtMYB12 and pmi, have been successfully used for selection of positive transgenic plants. Numerous agronomic trait genes such as biotic stress resistance or tolerance genes have been transferred into wheat plants. Future prospects, such as recipient wheat cultivars and explants,marker free issues, and transgene silencing, are discussed. The objective of this review is to summarize current successful techniques for wheat transformation and stimulate further research into long-term wheat improvement by genetic engineering approaches.

        Identification of novel alleles induced by EMS-mutagenesis in key genes of kernel hardness and starch biosynthesis in wheat by TILLING

        To identify novel allelic variations in key genes of wheat quality, the present study used the targeting induced local lesions in genomes platform to detect point mutations in target genes. The wheat variety Longfumai 17 was treated by the mutagen ethyl methanesulfonate to produce a bulk M2 generation, and the population included 1122 plants. A total length of 3906.80 kb nucleotides was analyzed, and the average mutation density was 1/244.17 kb. The identified mutations included G>A substitutions (43.75%), C>T substitutions (31.25%), A insertions (12.50%), T insertions (6.25%), and deletions (6.25%). These point mutations led to changes in amino acids and thus the encoded protein sequences, ultimately producing 18.75% of missense mutations, 12.50% of frame shift mutations, 6.25% of nonsense mutations, 25.00% of silent mutations and 37.50% of non-coding region mutations. In the kernel hardness gene Pinb and 3 starch synthesis genes waxy, Agp2 and SSIIa-A, we detected 16 different point mutations in 25 mutant lines. The Pinb gene harbored two missense mutations and a nonsense mutation; the C>T missense mutation resulted in a novel allele, this novel allele and the nonsense mutation alerted protein 3D structure; the waxy gene presented missense and frame shift mutations; the Agp2 gene carried a missense mutation; the SSIIa-A incurred a missense mutation and a frame shift mutation that resulted in premature protein termination. All the frame shift mutations, nonsense mutations and the Pinb novel allele resulted in allelic variation of their corresponding genes, which in turn affected their gene functions. The identified mutant lines can be used as intermediate materials in wheat quality improvement schemes.

      • Study on Chinese Listed Companies Assets Stripping Motivation and Short-term Performance

        Under the domestic and international market increasingly competitive circumstances, how to improve the management efficiency, restructuring of the industrial chain, improve the core competitive ability of enterprises is the issue of China’s enterprises must face. The objective of this study is to hope that through the empirical performance of China’s listing Corporation asset market analysis, in-depth study of divestiture announcement effect on stock price, to help people fully understand the important role of divestiture in the process of enterprise development. To provide some references for formulating relevant policies to restructure decision for the company, government and regulatory departments. This paper uses divestiture announcement between 2005 and 2013 as sample data, according to the selection standards, selected 324 divestiture announcement for the final study sample, makes an empirical analysis of the market performance of assets stripping and its influencing factors. The analysis results show: 1. More and more investors are optimistic about the asset stripping, asset divestiture announcement to increase shareholder wealth. But in the process of assets transaction there may exist the phenomenon of information disclosure and insider trading in advance. In addition, different stripping assets under the market performance is different. Under the way of equity stripping assets announcement effect is better than the physical assets way. 2. The greater the proportion of the first big shareholder holds, the impact of asset divestiture market performance is small. A listed company on ownership concentration is higher, the big shareholders often use information asymmetry infringe upon the interests of small shareholders, and the strategic decisions such as enterprise assets are greatly influenced by the large shareholders, lead to divest decision may not be voluntary. According to the theory of corporate governance, ownership concentration lower enterprise strategic decision is based on the principle of the enterprise value maximization, thus when ownership concentration is low enterprise assets announcement, the market will give positive response.

        Clinical response and safety of apatinib monotherapy in recurrent, metastatic cervical cancer after failure of chemotherapy: a retrospective study

        Objective: To observe the safety and short-term efficacy of apatinib in the treatment of recurrent, metastatic cervical cancer in patients who have already received more than two kinds of comprehensive treatment. Methods: Forty-eight patients with recurrent or metastatic cervical cancer after radiotherapy or surgery who received apatinib between June 2016 and June 2017 were involved in this study. These patients experienced progression after first-line or second-line chemotherapy. There were 38 patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma, 8 with adenocarcinoma, and 2 with adenosquamous carcinoma. Progression-free survival (PFS), overall survival (OS), and treatment-related adverse events (AEs) were reviewed and evaluated. Results: All patients had complete follow-up records, and the median follow-up time was 14.5 months (5.5–20.5 months). Among the 48 patients, 14.58% achieved a partial response and 52.08% achieved stable disease. The overall response rate and disease control rate were 14.58% and 66.67%, respectively. The median time that the 48 patients received oral apatinib was 8.2 months. The median PFS was 4.6 months (95% confidence interval [CI]=3.31–5.26) and OS was 13.9 months (95% CI=8.37–17.96). The main apatinib-related adverse reactions were leukopenia (37.5%), neutropenia (41.67%), hemorrhage (37.5%), hypertension (33.33%), proteinuria (12.5%), fatigue (37.5%), and hand-foot syndrome (27.08%). Most of them were grade 1–2, and no drug-related death occurred. Conclusions: Apatinib can improve the disease control rate of recurrent and metastatic cervical cancer when chemotherapy has failed, and the treatment is well tolerated. This represents that apatinib may be a new treatment option for metastatic cervical cancer patients.

        Novel low density mesoporous WO3 films prepared by electrodeposition

        Novel mesoporous tungsten trioxide (WO3trolytes for the deposition were prepared by using the peroxy-tungstic acid (50 mM) in 50:50 water:2-propanol solution with varyingamounts of sulfuric acid. It is observed that the morphology of the lms could be controlled by varying the sulfuric acid concentrationin the electrolytes. The most porous lms were obtained at a pH of 0.8, and this had a thickness of 0.6l m, average particle size of 12 nm,and was quasi-transparent. The surface morphology and the structure of the lms were characterized by X-ray diraction, SEM, TEM,3 lms gen-erated a photocurrent that was three times higher than transparent lms.

      • Simulation of Spinal Codes

        Spinal codes are a new kind of adaptive rateless codes. By analyzing the theory, consisting of hash-function encoding, modulation, maximum-likelihood decoding, and puncturing, the data structure was redesigned, and simulation of the whole transmission process was accomplished. The transfer rate was tested with both additive white Gaussian noise channel (AWGN channel) and binary symmetric channel (BSC). The experiment with AWGN demonstrated the rightness of our design and showed that spinal codes are extremely close to the Shannon Limit. What?s more, validity of the data structure was also proven with BSC. These results show that spinal codes are efficient and practical, which will be very useful in the near future.

        Influence of raw material grain composition on the properties of fused silica ceramics

        Fused silica ceramics were prepared by slip casting method with various particle sizes (d50 ≈ 2.31 μm, 19.79 μm, and 71.46 μm)from three types of fused silica powder. The influence of raw material grain composition on the viscosity of slurry, bulk density,porosity, water absorption, and flexural strength of the fused silica ceramics was investigated. The slurry viscosity wasmeasured by an XND-1 viscometer. The bulk density, porosity, and water absorption of the sintered samples were obtainedby the Archimedes method. The flexural strength was measured by a three-point bending test. The phase composition andmicrostructure of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Theresults show that when the grain composition was 5 : 3 : 2, slurry viscosity was 150.79 mPa·s with solid content of 75%, thefused silica ceramic particles were packed most tightly and demonstrate bulk density of 2.02 g/cm3, porosity of 6.99%, waterabsorption of 3.47%, and flexural strength of 51.27 MPa.

        Preparation and Characterization of Fe3O4@nSiO2@mSiO2-NH2 Core-Shell Microspheres for Extracting Allura Red Aqueous Solution

        Allura red (AR) is a water-soluble synthetic colorant often used as an additive in the food industry, but excess AR can be harmful to human health. In this work, we report the development of a new removal method for AR by using amino-functionalized microspheres with Fe3O4 cores and twolayer shells composed of SiO2 particles and perpendicularly aligned mesoporous SiO2 (designated Fe3O4@nSiO2@mSiO2–NH2). The material exhibits good dispersibility in aqueous solutions and a high saturation magnetization of 45.68 emu g-1, and can be magnetically separated efficiently with an external magnet. Importantly, the material has great adsorption capacity of 29.6 mg g-1 for AR and the capacity for reuse with a simple treatment. The adsorption process is very fast and the kinetics data are consistent with a pseudo-second order model. Based on these, a rapid and efficient method for extraction and analysis of AR in water and soft drinks has been established.
