Chelating-Ligand가 부착된 Bianthryl 유도체의 합성에 대한 연구

금속이온 또는 금속산화물과 킬레이트를 형성할 수 있는 리간드가 부착된 bianthryl 화합물 5, 6의 합성에 관하여 연구하였다. 광 화학적 특성(photo-dimerization)을 지니는 안트라센과 금속이온에 킬레이트-리간드로 작용할 수 있는 ether-고리를 동시에 가진 화합물을 합성하여, 금속이온에 대한 선택성 및 기능성이 향상되리라 기대되는 킬레이트-리간드를 개발하고자 하였다. Bianthryl compounds, 5 and 6, containing a potent chclating-ligand were prepared from the Pd-catalyzed coupling reaction of 9-bromoanthracene derivatives, 9 or 12, with diacrylate 8. These compounds might be used as recyclizable surfactant in the supercritical fluid CO_(2) extraction.
킬레이트리간드가 장착된 광변환가능 유기화합물의 합성에 관한 연구

The synthetic studies of the photoswitchable organic compounds including a potent chelate ligand have been described. These potent photoswitchable chelators could be divided structurally into the two parts. One is the crown-ether type part for a metal chelation and another is the bi-cinnamoyl part for a phototransformation. Several bicinnamoyl derivatives have been synthesized to be further studied and developed for the recyclizable metal chelator.

Characteristics of viologen derivatives (propyl, hexyl, octyl viologen) were investigated by cyclovoltammetry and in-situ UV-VIS spectroscopy with glassy carbon, platinum and indium-tin oxide(ITO) electrodes. The reduced free radical cation forms of hexyl and octyl viologens made films on the electrodes whereas that of propyl viologen did not. In-situ UV-VIS spectra showed the reduced cation radical form of viologen tends to form the dimer as the alkyl chain length increases even with 1mM viologen solution.
Poly (N-ethyl-2-vinyl-pyridinium) bromide의 탈염수 용액에서의 자기확산

The self-diffusion coefficient (D_(s)) of poly[(N-ethyl-2-vinyl-pyridinium) bromide] (P2VP-EtBr) was measured in salt-free aqueous solution with forced Rayleigh scattering technique. At each molecular weight solutions up to 5wt% of P2VP-EtBr showed very little change in D_(s). Above 10wt%, D_(s) for P2VP-EtBr showed stronger concentration dependence than that of neutral polymer. What is most striking about our results is near molecular weight independence of D_(s) in high molecular weight regime. Qualitatively, our results were interpreted using the local ordering of the chain segment by long range coulombic interaction.
전기전도성 폴리피롤의 In-Situ 라만 분광학방법에 의한 연구

In-situ Raman spectra of polypyrrole were studied as a function of the applied Potentials using copper phthalocyanine tetrasulphate(CuPcTs) and dodecylsulfate(DS) ions as dopants. The 1552 cm^(-1) Raman shift of symmetric C=C stretching band has been changed towards long wavenumber as the polypyrrole film oxidized. The significant resonance Raman effects have been shown when the polypyrrole was reduced below -0.6V and may be due to the complex formation of the partially reduced polypyrrole with CuPcTs and DS ions.
Copper Electrode Material using Copper Formate-Bicarbonate Complex for Printed Electronics

Copper ink has been prepared by mixing copper(II) formate and 2-ethyl-1-hexylammonium bicarbonate (EHABC) to overcome some weak points such as aggregation and degradation of copper nano-type ink. Ink was coated on glass substrate and calcined at $110^{\circ}C$ to $150^{\circ}C$ to generate electrically conductive copper film under two different atmospheres such as nitrogen gas and gaseous mixture of formic acid and methanol. The lowest resistivity of $1.88{\mu}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$ of copper film was obtained at $150^{\circ}C$ in gaseous formic acid condition. The long-term resistivity shows to increase from $1.88{\mu}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$ to $2.61{\mu}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$ after one month.
폴리피롤의 산화환원에 따른 alkylsulfonate의 거동

폴리피롤의 산화환원에 따른 도판트의 이동을 순환 전압전류법과수정 미세저울을 이용하여 조사하였다. 사용한 도판트는 탄소의 사슬길이가 1∼8개인 alkylsulfonate와 12개인 dodecylsulfate 염을 이용하였다. 가장 작은 유기 음이온의 경우에는 무기염과 유사한 결과를 보여주었으며 사슬의 길이가 커짐에 따라 사슬의 길이에 따른 도판트의 이동이 어려워지는 점을 보여 주었다 이는 산화환원에 의한 전하불균형에 의한 효과와 크기에 의해 생기는 저항에 의해 좌우됨을 알 수 있었다.

<P>We report on the optimization of the plasma treatment conditions for a solution -processed silicon dioxide gate insulator for application in zinc oxide thin film transistors (TFTs). The SiO2 layer was formed by spin coating a perhydropolysilazane (PHPS) precursor. This thin film was subsequently thermally annealed, followed by exposure to an oxygen plasma, to form an insulating (leakage current density of similar to 10(-)7 A/cm(2)) SiO2 layer. Optimized ZnO TFTs (40 W plasma treatment of the gate insulator for 10 s) possessed a carrier mobility of 3.2 cm(2)/(V s), an on/off ratio of similar to 10(7), a threshold voltage of -1.3 V, and a subthreshold swing of 0.2 V/decade. In addition, long-term exposure (150 min) of the pre -annealed PHPS to the oxygen plasma enabled the maximum processing temperature to be reduced from 180 to 150 degrees C. The resulting ZnO TFT exhibited a carrier mobility of 1.3 cm(2)/(V s) and on/off ratio of similar to 10(7).</P>
