교회 셀 리더의 슈퍼리더십이 구성원의 집단 참여 지속의지와 신앙성숙도에 미치는 영향 - 셀프리더십의 매개효과를 중심으로 -

본 연구의 목적은 교회 셀 성과에 미치는 리더의 영향과 역할을 제시하는데 있다. 셀 모임 성과는 구성원들의 집단 참여와 신앙성숙으로 나타날 수 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 셀 리더의 슈퍼리더십이 구성원의 집단 참여 지속의지, 신앙성숙도와 셀프리더십에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 또한 셀 리더의 슈퍼리더십과 셀 성과 변수 관계에서 셀프리더십의 매개효과를 확인하였다. 이를 위해 경인지역 셀 구성원 416명의 설문 응답 자료를 수집하여 연구를 진행하였으며, SPSS 25.0과 AMOS 25.0을 활용하여 직접효과와 간접효과를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 셀 리더의 슈퍼리더십은 구성원의 집단 참여 지속의지와 셀프리더십에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치고 있었다. 둘째, 셀 리더의 슈퍼리더십은 구성원의 신앙성숙도에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않았으나 셀프리더십을 매개로 정(+)적인 영향력을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 이는 건설적이고 효과적인 사고의 기능적 패턴은 셀프리더십 발휘가 더 큰 것으로 해석될 수 있다. 연구결과를 토대로 인적자원개발 관점에서 셀 성과를 높이기 위한 실천 및 학문적 시사점을 제시하였다. The main purpose of the study was to identify the effect of the cell leader΄s super leadership on group member΄s self-leadership and performance, as namely, group retention intention and faith maturity. Moreover, this study attempted to investigate the mediating effect of group member΄s self-leadership on the relationships between cell leader΄s super leadership and their performance. The target sample of the study was adult protestants living a religious life in Gyeong-in district in South Korea. 416 data was collected through survey and structural equation modeling was mainly applied to analyze the data. The statistical package of SPSS 25.0, AMOS 25.0 were utilized to analyze the direct and indirect effects, reliability, validity, and model fit, The results of the study could be summarized as follows. First, the cell leader΄s super-leadership had positive impacts on the member΄s self-leadership and group retention intention. However, there was no statistically significant relationship between the cell leader΄s super-leadership and faith maturity. Second, the super-leadership had an indirect influence on faith maturity which was mediated by the member΄s self-leadership. This could imply that faith maturity could depend more on personal will and autonomy to live in religious life. Based on the research results, practical and academic implications were presented to enhance performance from the perspective of human resource development.

Prohibitin 1 (Phb1) is a pleiotropic protein, located mainly in the mitochondrial inner membrane and involved in the regulation of cell proliferation and the stabilization of mitochondrial protein. Acetaminophen (APAP) is one of the most commonly used over-the-counter analgesics worldwide. However, at high dose, the accumulation of N-acetyl-p-benzoquinone imine (NAPQI) can lead to APAP-induced hepatotoxicity. In this study, we sought to understand the regulation of mRNA expression in relation to APAP and GSH metabolism by Phb1 in normal mouse AML12 hepatocytes. We used two different Phb1 silencing levels: high-efficiency (HE, >90%) and low-efficiency (LE, 50- 60%). In addition, the siRNA-transfected cells were further pretreated with 0.5 mM of Sadenosylmethionine (SAMe) for 24 h before treatment with APAP at different doses (1-2 mM) for 24 h. The expression of APAP metabolism-related and antioxidant genes such as Cyp2e1 and Ugt1a1 were increased during SAMe pretreatment. Moreover, SAMe increased intracellular GSH concentration and it was maintained after APAP treatment. To sum up, Phb1 silencing and APAP treatment impaired the metabolism of APAP in hepatocytes, and SAMe exerted a protective effect against hepatotoxicity by upregulating antioxidant genes.

Objective: There is few studies compared standard abdominal sacrocolpexy and the laparoscopic approach for POP patient with uterus. We aim to compare the therapeutic effect of laparoscopic and abdominal sacrocolpopexy . Methods: We performed retrospective study comparing abdominal sacrocolpopexy and laparoscopic sacrocolpopexy in single university hospital in Jeju island, South Korea. We collected sacrocolpopexy surgery case from July 2008 to December 2017. Total number of case was 183 and we selected 120 cases performed by single operator. Among them, we excluded vault prolapse and total 105case were compared. Because all of the cases were performed by single operator, pre-operative and post-operative treatment were almost same through whole case. The collected data was analyzed by using statistics package SPSS version 2. Results: The characteristics of patients were almost same between the two group. Parity was the only different parameter. But it may affect pre-op POP stage or severity of disease, so we didnt give meaning. Estimated blood loss during the operation was smaller and operation time was shorter in the laparoscopic sacrocolpopexy group. Number of complication was indifferent between two group. Conclusion: Our trial provides evidence to support a laparoscopic approach when performing sacrocolpopexy, as there was less blood loss and operation time was shorter, whereas complication was not statistically different. A strength of this study is that whole perioperative care was identically done for all patient.

In the reproductive age, many women have several uterine myomas and present with abnormal uterine bleeding, dysmenorrhea, and occasionally infertility. There are three surgical approaches to perform myomectomy, including robotic, laparoscopic, and abdominal myomectomy. Compared to laparoscopic procedures, robotic myomectomy allows free approach of myomatous bases using fine instruments and endoscopes. Fine uterine wall sutures can be performed layer-by-layer with robots. However, robotic surgery is difficult to perform because there is no sense of touch during the operation. We report two clinical myomectomy cases with replaced lack of haptic feedback during robot surgery. The patients received robotic myomectomy with/without right ovarian cystectomy and adhesiolysis. 65 leiomyomas were removed in case 1. 46 leiomyomas were removed in case 2. Lack of haptic feedback is replaced by more developed visual sense during robot myomectomy of multiple tiny intramural myomas, and robotic surgery can be performed much more effectively even in complicated cases.
