The absorbance ratio method was applied to the quantitative determination of antihistamines, such as chlorpheniramine maleate(CPM), carbinoxamine maleate(CBM) and diphenhydramine hydrochloride. The influences of indicator and solvent concentration on the precision and accutacy of determination were investigated. And it was found that the effects of temperature and wavelength was negligible in case of averaging conditions. The standard deviations for three antihistamines tested were within 0.13%. As the results, the determination of antihistamines could be carried out easily, rapidly and accurately by the absorbance ratio method.

Lee, Dong-Choon. The Knight’s Tale and The Miller’s Tale as One Tale. The New Studies of English Language & Literature 49 (2011): 103-131. The first two tales-the Knight’s Tale and the Miller’s Tale-of the Canterbury Tales are the representative examples that reflect not only the narrative technique of the “juxtaposition of opposites,” but also Chaucer’s narrative tendencies. The special poetic achievements (and limitations) of each are seen most clearly when the two tales are read together, one in the light of the other, as their juxtaposition invites. The Knight’s Tale and the Miller’s Tale, when read together, are the representative examples which tell what Chaucer attempts to show through his narrative technique of the juxtaposition of opposites and what attitude he expects from a reader. Chaucer does not mechanically indoctrinate an unique view of the world to the readers. He, avoiding his authorial stance on a certain limited view embodied in each tale, forces the specific views of the narrative onto the reader. It is through the juxtaposition between the completely different two tales in such things as tale-teller, plot, character, language, and the narrative voice that Chaucer creates the multiplicity of voice and the plurality of theme, and he trains a reader to grope for meaning from various sides. For a space vector PWM inverter, a novel overmodulation strategy is proposed which increases the linear control range up to modulation index 1. The method is based on Fourier series expansion of the desired output voltage of the inverter. The numerical data the derived for modulation index and some simulation waveforms are given to show overmodulation characteristics.
Amphetamine 및 Phenethylamine 誘導體의 效果的인 確認 및 分析法에 관한 硏究

Amphetamine and phenethylamine derivatives, methamphetamine, ephedrine and norephedrine react on heating with 7-chloro-4-nitrobenzo-2, 1, 3, -oxadiazole (NBD-CI) in alkaline methanolic solution to from highly fluorescent NBD-amine derivatives. The thin-layer chromatographic identification method and fluorometric determination of amphetamine and phenethiylamine derivatives are presented. Reaction conditions are also described with solvent effect on maximum excitation and emision wavelengths and fluorscence intensity of NBD-amine derivatives.

It is important to get suitable data from population in order to analyze and evaluate the characteristics of quality, and next, to discriminate the abnormal data preceding analysis and evaluation, it any. Particularly, there could be much more the abnormals in field data than life test record. And this paper presents a discrimination method of abnormal data by the characteristics of star-shaped function and amendent method by P.A.V. algorithm for isotonic regression.

Product Reliablity is divided in next 4 phases; 1) Reliability in design phase 2) Reliability in manufacturing phase 3) Reliability in selling phase 4) Reliability in use phase It is desired for user to maintain high relianbility product in use phase. In order to manifest the reliability in use phase, got the field data by enquete. Analysed results on TV-produced by ×Co. are described in main text. But there mignt be some errors on the reliability parameters because enquete suruey itself has some uncertainty. And the analysed results in this paper might be different from the originals of maker's laboratory. It will be due to the factors of user, maintenance, load, and environment. To show the reliability analysis procedure with field data, and to inform useful information for maker is basic purpose of this paper.

In this paper, a novel current control strategy for PWM current source converter is proposed, applying a multivariable state feedback control. In this converter system, a sinusoidal input current, unity power factor, low current ripple are obtained. In addition, fast transient response of dc link current is achieved.

The stress-relevant scaling of vocational activities ascertains and compares with job demands which are characterized by many different human activities. It is the aim of ergonomic efforts to harmonize the influences resulting from the configuration of work content, workplace, equipment, working environment and work organization with man's physical and mental abilities and his psychosocial needs. At present, physiological measurement still provide the best results for the evaluation of physical workoad and climatic stresses. Athough physiological measurements proved the best results, it is also true that the method is expensive and rather slow, not to speak of the problem of direct measurement of the psychological stresses and pressures of the job. For these reasons, the standardized ergonomic analysis in presented : Job profiles. The principles and possibilities of method are explained and their utilities are shown on a practical analysis of car-engine assembling.

A static biomechanical model of lower extremity under the seated posture was developed to assess muscular activites of lower extremity required for pedal operations. The double linear optimization method that has been used for modelling of articulated body segments is adopted to predict the forces generated by lower extremity muscles. The model incorporated four rigid body segment with ten muscles to represent lower extremity. For the model validation, performed the experiments to measure EMG activities of ten lower extremity muscles on the four male subjects. The predicted muscle forces were compared with the corresponding EMG amplitudes and it showed no significant statistical differences. The developed model can be widely applicable to design and assess pedal or foot-related tool design.
