        With a close relation between clay and man's life, man has made necessities of life with a clay. However, according to the change of the mode of living and of industrial structure and the pursuit of intellectual aesthetics of thought, more and more ceramic artists have tried to pursue the depth of representation towards intrinsic value of man in it's objects. Consequently, the representation of ceramic arts immensely become to change and ceramic artists are interested in prectical commodities or in artistic originality. Particularly, since 1950, there has been the trend of clay as only the medium of plastic form of clay and to understand this trend in detail we can classify as follows; 1. The change expressed in modern ceramic arts 2. As to the abstract of plastic form of clay in modern ceramic arts. (1) Relation between cermic arts and sculpture (2) Appearance of object ceramic Arts] (3) Return to the clay (4) Pottery as a plastic form (5) Clay as a culture enjoyed (6) Object solidified (7) World of aboriginality and incasstation form (8) Change of materials 3. The trend of the abstract ceramic artist's work. (1) Self-requlation of representation (2) Creation eliminated the function (3) Change of structure as the clay form (4) Clay as a symbolic object. Studying above the mentioned, we have understood that modern ceramic arts are expressed the abstract of representation and the importance of the general beauty in the pursuit of the nature as clay without the punction influenced by Pop Art, Mininal Art, NeoDada and so on, and the abstract of modern ceramic arts became the method of artistic representation.

      • 주정폐수의 혐기성 소화처리시와 포기처리시 처리특성에 관한 연구

        The wastewater of alcohol manufactory plant has very high suspended soild and BOD concentration, acidity, and high temperture. Thus most of the plants drive on anaerobic digestion method of biological treatment because of using a lot of generated methane gas and possible to disinfect pathogenic bacteria in sluge and wastewater. But because of the problem in the concentration of anaerobic treatment water, second treatment is necessary 2-step activated treatment for increasing treatment efficiency. The purpose of this study was performed to know a difference between last 1-step digestion 1-step aeration treatment and 2-step digestion 2-step aeration treatment with retention time in digestion and aerator. The obtained results can be summarized as follows; 1. The concentration characteristic of alchohol production wastewater was analyzed COD 50,000∼80,000㎎/ℓ, BOD 22,000∼41,000㎎/ℓ, SS 20,000∼45,000㎎/ℓ, pH 4.1∼4.2, and 75∼80℃ according to the raw material of alchohol. 2. In case of the anaerobic digestion method of rice-barley wastewater, average COD removal rate of 2-step digestion appeared to 91.9% compared to average COD removal rate 59.3% on 1-step digestion. It is necessary to drive above 20 day of retention time in metane degestor because of increasing organic load causing the decrease of pH and the increase of VFA/COD within aerator. 3. Alcohol wastewater of tapioka is generally much treatment efficiency of 2-step digestion than that of 1-step digestion, but below 2.7㎏-COD/㎥·d of COD bulk load showed the possibility of treatment at 1-step and 2-step digestion method. 4. Amount of gas generation in anaerobic digestion was almost similar at 1-step and 2-step digestion. 5. In the result of aerobic treatment, treatment efficiency of 2-step consecutive aeration was highly about 3% compared to 1-step combined aeration and in the condition of COD 4,000㎎/ℓ, COD load 800㎏ -COD/d, COD volume-load 0.8㎏-COD/㎥·d were difficult two treatment methods both. 6. pH and VFA concentrations are considered as important factors to determine VFA restriction and the harmfulness of fatty acid was seemed to be related to pH. VFA in 1-step digestion appeared strong change with the increase of input wastewater quantity, but 2-step digestion was treated to stable change in output COD 1,230∼2,246㎎/ℓ.

        Affecting of Online Comments on Impulse Buying in E-Distribution

        Purpose: This study's purpose is to conduct empirical research on online comments affect Vietnamese consumers' impulsive buying in e-distribution. This study also considers affecting of browsing toward the urge to buy, and the urge to buy toward impulse buying in edistribution. Research design, data and methodology: This study used the non-probability method to assemble data from 273 customers' online buying experiences via a Google Forms online survey. By using SmartPLS, the data were examined for reliability, convergent validity, discriminant validity of the variables, and proposed hypothesis testing. Results: The empirical study discovered that internet comments with utilitarian and hedonistic values had a positive effect on browsing, the urge to buy, and impulse purchases in e-distribution. Additionally, the result revealed that browsing had a positive influence on the urge to purchase. Likewise, the findings also disclosed that the urge to buy had a favorable effect on impulse buying. Conclusions: This study offered a thorough conceptual model of internet feedback influencing browsing, urge to buy, and impulsive purchases in e-distribution. Also, to increase impulsive buying, this study will assist e-distribution managers in concentrating on developing innovative marketing strategies and action plans that take into consideration consumers' internet reviews, browsing, and urge to buy.

        Relationships between Service Quality, Brand Image, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Loyalty

        The service industry has become the driving force of economic development in recent years. With the current fierce competitive situation, competing businesses have continually provided a superior quality of service, and an excellent perceived brand image to gain customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. This study's current purpose is to empirical research the linking between service quality, brand image, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. We collect research data from 299 consumers who bought goods at supermarkets in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, using a convenient sampling technique. We proposed the conceptual model from prior studies and considered it in Vietnam's context. PLS-SEM was conducted to test the relationships in the conceptual model. We have estimated the scale's reliability by Cronbach's alpha values and composite reliability values. Moreover, we have evaluated discriminant validity by the Fornell-Larcker standard. The findings showed that service quality positively affects the brand image, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. Likewise, the results also confirmed brand image had a positive impact on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Moreover, the outcomes also disclosed that customer satisfaction had a positive relationship with customer loyalty. The research suggested implications for managers, limitations, and directions for future research from the above findings.

        류마티스관절염 환자에서 질환 자체의 활성도나 질환으로 인한 비스포스포네이트의 장기간 사용 및 PPI, 스테로이드의 사용으로 비정형 대퇴골 골절의 위험도가 높아질 수있으므로 비정형 대퇴골 골절에 대한 많은 연구가 필요하다고 생각하며 대퇴부 통증이 있는 경우 비정형 대퇴골 골절을 염두에 두고 면밀한 진찰과 영상진단을 해야 한다. Atypical femoral fractures are characterized by a subtrochanteric or diaphyseal location. Recent studies have suggested that long-term treatment with bisphosphonates might be associated with the occurrence of atypical femoral fractures. The present report describes a case involving a 60-year-old woman with left buttock pain that was unassociated with trauma. Her hip pain was initially considered to be a symptom of her underlying rheumatoid arthritis, but a plain radiography, bone scintigraphy, and magnetic resonance imaging revealed an insufficiency fracture in the lateral shaft of the left proximal femur. She had been treated with a bisphosphonate for 4.5 years because of a previous vertebral fracture. Her chronic, long-term rheumatoid arthritis and history of bisphosphonate administration were considered to be associated with the development of her atypical femoral fracture.         Asymptotic results on the spectral radius and the diameter of graphs

        We study graphs with spectral radius at most 322 and refine results by Woo and Neumaier [R. Woo, A. Neumaier, On graphs whose spectral radius is bounded by 322, Graphs Combinatorics 23 (2007) 713-726]. We study the limit points of the spectral radii of certain families of graphs, and apply the results to the problem of minimizing the spectral radius among the graphs with a given number of vertices and diameter. In particular, we consider the cases when the diameter is about half the number of vertices, and when the diameter is near the number of vertices. We prove certain instances of a conjecture posed by Van Dam and Kooij [E. R. Van Dam, R. E. Kooij, The minimal spectral radius of graphs with a given diameter, Linear Algebra Appl. 423 (2007) 408-419] and show that the conjecture is false for the other instances.

        Comparison on Mechanical Properties of SSBR Composites Reinforced by Modified Carbon black, Silica, and Starch

        Solution-styrene-butadiene rubber (SSBR) composites were manufactured using four kinds of fillers: silicasilane coated carbon black (SC-CB) hybrid, starch-SC-CB hybrid, pure silica, and pure starch. The influence of filler type on the mechanical properties of the rubber matrix was studied in this work. SC-CB was prepared by silane-graft-coating using vinyl triethoxy silane and carbon black, which enhanced the dispersion effect between the rubber matrix and the filler, and improved the mechanical properties of the compounds. The morphology of the composites was observed by field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM). The thermal decomposition behavior of the composites was determined by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), and the crosslinking behavior of the composites was tested using a rubber process analyzer (RPA). The hardness, tensile strength, swelling ratio, and gas transmittance rate of the composites were evaluated according to ASTM. The test results revealed that with the addition of SC-CB, the hybrid fillers, especially those blended with silica, showed a better reinforcement effect, the highest hardness and tensile strength, and stable thermal decomposition behavior. This implies that the silica-SC-CB hybrid filler has a notable mechanical reinforcement effect on the SSBR matrix. Because of self-crosslinking during its synthesis, the starch-SC-CB hybrid filler produced the most dense matrix, which improved the anti-gas transmittance property. The composites with the hybrid fillers had better anti-swelling properties as compared to the neat SSBR composite, which was due to the hydrophilicity of silica and starch.

        A Study on Properties of SSBR/NdBR Rubber Composites Reinforced by Silica

        Five solution styrene butadiene rubber/neodymium butadiene rubber (SSBR/NdBR) composites were manufactured using different ratios of SSBR and NdBR. In this study, the composites were reinforced with NdBR and silica to confirm the physical properties of SSBR used for treads of automobile tires and the dispersibility with silica. The morphologies of the rubber composites were observed using field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM). The crosslinking behaviors of the composites were tested using a rubber process analyzer (RPA), and the abrasion resistances were tested using a National Bureau of Standards (NBS) abrasion tester. The hardness values, tensile strengths, and cold resistances of the composites were also tested according to ASTM standards. Increased NdBR content yielded composites with excellent crosslinking properties, abrasion resistances, hardnesses, tensile strengths, and cold resistances. The crosslinking point increased due to the double bond in NdBR, thereby increasing the degree of crosslinking in the composites. The NdBR-reinforced composites exhibited excellent abrasion resistances, which is explained as follows. In SSBR, a breakage is permanent because a resonance structure between styrene and SSBR forms when the molecular backbone is broken during the abrasion process. However, NdBR forms an additional crosslink due to the breakdown of the molecular backbone and high reactivity of the radicals produced. In addition, the low glass transition temperature (Tg) of NdBR provided the rubber composites with excellent cold resistances.

        Study on the Design of a New Heatsink Cooling System for Thermoelectric Dehumidifier

        A thermoelectric dehumidifier may be built smaller than a compressor type dehumidifier of the same capacity; however, its efficiency is lower. This study proposes a new heat dissipation structure to improve the performance of a thermoelectric module (TEM) for the dehumidifier. The new structure ensures that cooled and dehumidified air flows through one or more holes inside the heatsink base. The design parameters selected for the orthogonal array experiments are existence of the holes, drive voltage of the TEM, air inflow rate, and the cooling fan position. Experimental results reveal that the air flow through the holes has the greatest effect on dehumidification efficiency. Through subsequent experiments, the number of holes and drive voltage of TEM required to maximize dehumidification capacity and coefficient of performance are obtained.
