        An empirical study on yard inventory change according to containers’ dwell times. This study was supported by grant of Sunchon National University, Korea

        Purpose - Yard inventories increase when export containers are carried into the terminal and decrease when import containers are delivered to the consigners. The purpose of this study is to analyze container inventories according to the weekly ship arrival pattern at container terminals. Research design, data, and methodology - As container ships operate according to weekly schedules based on shipping companies and their routes, specific terminals provide a fixed-day service in a week. Thus, yard inventories can change with weekly fluctuations. The data used in this study were the actualdata at specific container terminals. Result - The dwell times of each container at a terminal represent an important variable that affectsyard inventories. Even cargo flows are steady in a given period, if dwell times are prolonged, yard inventories increase. Conclusion - Dwell time is another factor causing yard inventory change. Therefore, the calculation for yard inventories should consider the weekly ship arrival patterns and dwell times of each container. Further, at the planning stage, dwell time should be more carefully considered to calculate yard capacity.

      • Wi-Fi 핑거프린트 기반 실내 이동 경로 데이터 생성 방법

        최근, 실내 위치 기반 서비스에서 정확한 서비스를 위해 Wi-Fi 핑거프린트 기반의 딥러닝 기술을 이용한 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 딥러닝 모델 중에서 과거의 정보를 기억할 수 있는 RNN 모델은 실내측위에서 연속된 움직임을 기억할 수 있어 측위 오차를 줄일 수 있다. 이때 학습 데이터로서 연속적인 순차 데이터를 필요로 한다. 그러나 일반적으로 Wi-Fi 핑거프린트 데이터의 경우 특정 위치에 대한 신호들만으로 관리되기 때문에 RNN 모델의 학습데이터로 사용이 부적절하다. 본 논문은 RNN 모델의 순차적인 입력 데이터의 생성을 위해 클러스터링을 통한 영역 데이터로 확장된 Wi-Fi 핑거프린트 데이터 기반 이동 경로의 예측을 통한 경로 생성 방법에 대해 제안한다. Recently, researches using deep learning technology based on Wi-Fi fingerprints have been conducted for accurate services in indoor location-based services. Among the deep learning models, an RNN model that can store information from the past can store continuous movements in indoor positioning, thereby reducing positioning errors. At this time, continuous sequential data is required as training data. However, since Wi-Fi fingerprint data is generally managed only with signals for a specific location, it is inappropriate to use it as training data for an RNN model. This paper proposes a path generation method through prediction of a moving path based on Wi-Fi fingerprint data extended to region data through clustering to generate sequential input data of the RNN model.

        The purpose of this study is to identify changes in university libraries that are undergoing change, and to suggest improvement directions based on user needs of university library spaces that have not yet changed. I looked at the conceptual change and trend of library according to the age. Also, we analyze the space situation of the current library through the drawings, and actively grasp the needs of the users through usefulness evaluation and usability evaluation through questionnaires. As a result, it is necessary to improve some spaces, suggest five improvement methods such as change of movement line and relocation of thread, and it is helpful to suggest future direction of university library, but more detailed follow - up study is needed.

      • Clinicopathological study on metastatic skin cancer

        Background: Various primary tumors can cause metastatic skin cancer. Metastatic skin lesion should be distinguished from other skin lesion. Objectives: We studied patients with metastatic skin cancer to find out average age, gender distribution, frequency of primary tumor, time interval between manifestation and primary cancer, and their clinical appearance, location and other metastatic sites. Methods: We reviewed the medical records, clinical photographs and histopathologic records of patients who had been diagnosed with metastatic skin cancer. Results: In the comparison according to clinical records, the mean age at the time of diagnosis was 60.6 years. The ratio of men to women was 1.05:1. The most frequent primary tumors were breast cancer (22.0%), lung cancer (17.0%), head and neck cancer (17%), melanoma (17.0%), gastrointestinal cancer (11%), urologic cancer (11%), and gynecologic cancer (6%). Metastatic skin cancers usually presented as discrete, painless, hard nodules, with sudden onset (88%). Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, it is believed that it is important to recognize the metastatic lesion between various skin lesion such as infections and granulomatous changes of other cause due to drugs and reactive changes.

The changes around wholesale market are the change of demand and supply of agricultural products, change of retailing marketing structure, expansion of rival marketing organizations, and the diffusion of an knowledge-information - based times and digital economy. The reinforcement of competitiveness of agricultural wholesale market can be fulfilled by improve - ment of distribution system and function, betterment of management structure, and reformation of operating body of wholesale market.

        급성 족관절 염좌에 대한 침구병행 치료와 침 단독 치료 효과의 비교 연구

        Objectives :The purpose of this study is to compare with the effect of acupuncture treatment with or without indirect moxibustion treatment for acute ankle sprain. Methods :This study was carried out on the 48 patients who had been treated for acute ankle sprain from June 1st to November 30th 2009 in the Dept. of Oriental Rehabilitation, Pohang Oriental Medical Hospital, Daegu Hanny University. The patients were divided into 3 groups ; Group A took near acupuncture point needling, Group B took remote acupuncture point needling, Group C took remote acupuncture point needling with indirect moxibustion. 3 Groups had been co-treated with rest, ice, compression and elevation(RICE) therapy, physical treatment and administered Ojeok-san(Wuji-san) extract granule. To evaluating the efficiency of each treatment, Ankle-Hindfoot Scale(AHS) and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) were applied before treatment and after 3rd treatment. Results :In results, the AHS scores were increased and the VAS scores were decreased after 3rd treatment in all group. Also, AHS scores and the VAS scores of intergroup were showed no significant change. Conclusions :In this study, there is no significant effect between only acupuncture treatment and moxibustion co-treatment for acute ankle sprain.

        A Comparative Proteomics Survey of Proteins Responsive to Phosphorous Starvation in Roots of Hydroponically-grown Rice Seedlings

        Rice takes up phosphorous (P) as major nutrient source for its growth and development when grown under anaerobic water-logged soil conditions. To better understand the underlying mechanisms and to develop potential protein biomarkers of P-starvation, hydroponically-grown rice seedlings in the complete media and phosphorus absence (P-starvation) of phosphorous nutrient solutions were investigated for physiological and proteome changes. The P-starvation manifested significant reduction in root growth in three-week-old seedlings compared to respective complete media. Furthermore, P-starvation also showed increased activity of acid phosphatase in roots of one- and three-week-old seedlings, suggesting that experimental design is suitable for proteomics survey of P-starvation responsive proteins. Two-dimensional gel electrophoresis coupled with matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization-time of flight (MALDI-TOF) mass spectrometry analysis of total root protein from three-week-old seedlings identified 10 P-starvation responsive protein spots out of 140 high-quality protein spots. Identified 10 proteins were involved in metabolism and defense/stress response. Out of 10, 2 and 8 protein spots were found to be up and down-regulated, respectively. Semi-quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) analysis of corresponding genes of four randomly selected proteins, including putative glyceraldehydes-3-phophate dehydrogenase (G3PDH, spot R1), S-adenosyl-L-methionine synthetase (SAMS, spot R4), ATP synthase subunit alpha (spot R6), and root-specific pathogenesisrelated protein 10 (PR-10, spot R8), showed that just as protein abundance, these proteins are also regulated at the transcript level. Results suggest identified P-starvation responsive proteins are involved in maintaining nutrient homeostasis and/or associated with changes in root physiology under the absence of P.

      • 유한상태기계 명세를 이용한 Ada의 제어 타스크 구조 생성에 관한 연구

        실시간 시스템의 동적행위를 묘사하기 위해서 사용하는 Finite State Machine은 유한한 수의 state와 state change로 실시간 시스템의 다양한 특성을 표현한다. 유한상태기계는 task scheduling, network protocol, lexical analyzer등의 설계에 효과적으로 사용되며 State Transition Diagram과 State Transition Table로 시스템을 표현한다. Ada에서 제어 타스크란 다양한 타스크의 유형중에서 다수의 calling 타스크들에 대한 제어 및 통제 기능을 수행하는 타스크로서 called 타스크로 구성되며, 제어는 다수의 entry를 통해 호출 타스크들과 Rendezvous하여 구현한다. 본 논문은 도형으로 표현된 유한상태기계를 명세화하는 방법과 다양한 유한상태기계의 유형을 일정한 유형으로 구분하는 방법을 제시하였으며, 유한상태기계 명세를 이용하여 Ada의 제어 타스크 구조를 생성하는 정형화된 모델을 제시 하였다.

      • 좌측상지 Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy 환자에게 Stellate Ganglion Block 실시후 나타난 동측 하지 마비 1예

        Reflex sympathetic dystrophy (RSD) may be defined as a disordered response by extremity to trauma manifested by pain, vasomotor disturbances, delayed return of function, and trophic changes. This 43 year old female patient had ruptured ulnar collateral ligament of metacarpophala-ngeal joint by rear-car during carrying the earth. She visited orthopedics on July 10, 1989 complaining of burning pain and swelling on M-P joint of left thumb. In spite of medication and physical therapy, there was continued severe pain and dystrophic change on left upper expremity. On March 5, 1990 after supraclavicular block was performed with 20 ㎖ of 0.5 % bupivacaine she had no pain for 18 hours. Next day stellate ganglion block (SGB) was performed with 10 ㎖ of 1.0 % lidocalin. Forty minutes after SGB, she became unable to move her leg. Afterward, her left lower extremity developed similar symptoms and signs as those of her left upper extremity. We know of no reported cases of lower extremity motor loss following SGB. Further evaluation is needed for diagnosis of this case.
