        Preparation and properties of the green-emitting phosphors NaCa0.98-xMgxPO4:

        In this study, a series of the green-emitting phosphors NaCa0.98-xMgxPO4:Eu2þ 0:02 was prepared through high temperature solid-state reaction. The structure and spectroscopic properties of these samples were characterized by XRD, FT-IR, reflectance spectra and photoluminescence (PL) spectra, respectively. The effect of Mg2+ co-doping concentration on the PL intensity of as-prepared samples was also investigated. The enhanced intensities of excitation and emission band of Eu2+ and a slight red-shift of the emission peak were observed due to Mg2+ co-doping. When the x value is 0.08, the phosphors possessed the maximum emission intensity monitored at 360 nm and the emission spectrum shows a single band centered at about 500 nm. The obtained phosphors had strong absorption in near-UV zone (350–400 nm), which can match the emission of near-UV light-emitting diodes. The prepared material is potential green phosphors for white LEDs.

        At present, with the continuous advancement of the internationalization trend, the implementation of the Belt and Road strategy and the establishment of the ASEAN —— China Free Trade Zone, Laos has become an important partner in China s economic, investment and trade cooperation, and China s private capital has actively entered the Laos market.While enjoying the mutual benefit dividend, it has also brought some problems that need to be solved urgently.Among them, the problem of not effectively resolving a large number of civil and commercial disputes among Chinese private investors in Laos is the most prominent, and the main reasons for this dilemma include the imperfect legal mechanism, weak litigation concept, and insufficient prediction of investment risk information.This paper aims to seek remedies that can be effectively integrated with individual investor demands under the strategic guidance of Belt and Road .We will establish a guarantee mechanism featuring private enterprise autonomy, supplemented by policies and laws.

        Mannich reaction catalyzed by a novel catalyst under solvent-free conditions

        An acidic catalyst [Py][CF3COO] (pyridinium trifluoroacetate) was synthesized and used in the Mannich reaction of various kinds of aromatic aldehydes, aromatic ketones and aromatic amines. b-Amino carbonyl compounds were obtained in reasonable yields when the Mannich reaction was carried out at room temperature under solvent-free conditions. The products could be separated from the catalyst simply via washing with water and after removing water, the catalyst could be recycled and reused for up to four times without noticeably decreasing in catalytic activity.

        온라인 쇼핑몰의 내ㆍ외향적 특성이 소비자 신뢰에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증 연구: 중국의 해외직접구매 소비자를 대상으로

        최근 온라인 쇼핑시장의 폭발적인 성장에 따라 한국의 대형 온라인 쇼핑몰을 통해 중국 해외직접구매 소비자를 대상으로 중국 온라인 쇼핑시장에 우회적으로 진출하는 중소기업이 계속 늘어나고 있으나 이에 관한 학술적 연구는 매우 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 한국 온라인 쇼핑몰에서 직접 상품을 구매한 경험이 있는 중국 소비자들을 대상으로 온라인 쇼핑몰의 내ㆍ외향적 특성이 소비자 쇼핑과정에서 지각된 신뢰감 등 심리변화에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 구조방정식모형분석과 회귀분석 등 실증분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 온라인 쇼핑몰의 편의성, 보안성, 고객서비스품질, 상품가격, 상품품질 등 내ㆍ외향적 특성은 소비자 신뢰에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 소비자의 쇼핑경험이 온라인 쇼핑몰의 내ㆍ외향적 특성과 소비자 신뢰 간의 관계에 강한 조절효과가 있다는 것을 확인되었다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 한국 대형 온라인 쇼핑몰 운영업체와 온라인 쇼핑몰을 통해 제품을 판매하고 있는 한국기업에게 도움이 되는 실질적인 서비스 개선방안을 제시하여 중국시장에 대한 수출확대를 지원하기 위한 목적으로 진행되었다. Recently, with the explosive growth of the online shopping market, small and medium Korean companies have secured Chinese overseas direct buyers through large online shopping malls in Korea. However, academic research in this field is very insufficient. Therefore, this study conducted a survey of Chinese consumers with experiences purchasing products directly from online shopping malls in Korea. And, we conducted an empirical analysis, including a structural equation model analysis and a regression analysis, in order to understand the effect of the online shopping mall's introvert·extrovert characteristics on the consumer confidence in the consumer shopping process. The analysis result shows that online shopping mall's introvert·extrovert characteristics, such as conveniency, security, customer service quality, commodity price, and product quality of online shopping malls have positive effects on consumer confidence. In addition, the consumer experience has regulation effect on the relationship between online shopping mall's introvert·extrovert characteristics and consumer confidence. Therefore, this study offers method to improve the services for large Korean online shopping malls and has suggested some implications for effectively entering the Chinese market.

      • An Improved K-means Algorithm based on Mapreduce and Grid

        The traditional K-means clustering algorithm is difficult to initialize the number of clusters K, and the initial cluster centers are selected randomly, this makes the clustering results very unstable. Meanwhile, algorithms are susceptible to noise points. To solve the problems, the traditional K-means algorithm is improved. The improved method is divided into the same grid in space, according to the size of the data point property value and assigns it to the corresponding grid. And count the number of data points in each grid. Selecting M(M>K) grids, comprising the maximum number of data points, and calculate the central point. These M central points as input data, and then to determine the k value based on the clustering results. In the M points, find K points farthest from each other and those K center points as the initial cluster center of K-means clustering algorithm. At the same time, the maximum value in M must be included in K. If the number of data in the grid less than the threshold, then these points will be considered as noise points and be removed. In order to make the improved algorithm can adapt to handle large data. We will parallel the improved k-mean algorithm and combined with the MapReduce framework. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the improved algorithm compared to the traditional K-means clustering algorithm has high quality results, less iteration and has good stability. Parallelized algorithm has a very high efficiency in data processing, and has good scalability and speedup.

        Structural Behaviour of an Assembled Steel Joint Composed of CHS KK-Joint and Doubler Plate for Connection with Steel Tensile Rods

        Structural behavior of an assembled steel joint composed of CHS KK-joint and a doubler plate for connection with steel tensile rods was studied. A full-scale test was conducted for the assembled joint on a special made self-balanced reaction frame with three high strength steel strands to apply tensile loads on two ear plates and compressive load on the chord member of the joint. Ultimate load carrying capacity, failure mode and stress distribution of the joint under monotonic loads were obtained experimentally. The static behavior of the joint was also determined by nonlinear fi nite element analysis. The results of numerical analysis agreed very well with those of the test, which verifi ed the rationality of the fi nite element model. The hysteretic behavior of the joint was then studied by fi nite element analysis. Hysteretic curve was obtained, based on which ductile ratio and energy dissipation factor were calculated. Outcomes from both the test and the fi nite element analysis proved that the assembled joint has satisfactory load carrying capacity and acceptable seismic performance.

        Molecular and Biochemical Characterization of a Novel Xylanase from Massilia sp. RBM26 Isolated from the Feces of Rhinopithecus bieti

        Xylanases sourced from different bacteria have significantly different enzymatic properties. Therefore, studying xylanases from different bacteria is important to their applications in different fields. A potential xylanase degradation gene in Massilia was recently discovered through genomic sequencing. However, its xylanase activity remains unexplored. This paper is the first to report a xylanase (XynRBM26) belonging to the glycosyl hydrolase family (GH10) from the genus Massilia. The gene encodes a 383-residue polypeptide (XynRBM26) with the highest identity of 62% with the endoxylanase from uncultured bacterium BLR13. The XynRBM26 expressed in Escherichia coli BL21 is a monomer with a molecular mass of 45.0 kDa. According to enzymatic characteristic analysis, pH 5.5 is the most appropriate for XynRBM26, which could maintain more than 90% activity between pH 5.0 and 8.0. Moreover, XynRBM26 is stable at 37°C and could maintain at least 96% activity after being placed at 37°C for 1 h. This paper is the first to report that GH10 xylanase in an animal gastrointestinal tract (GIT) has salt tolerance, which could maintain 86% activity in 5 M NaCl. Under the optimum conditions, Km, Vmax, and kcat of XynRBM26 to beechwood xylan are 9.49 mg/ml, 65.79 μmol/min/mg, and 47.34 /sec, respectively. Considering that XynRBM26 comes from an animal GIT, this xylanase has potential application in feedstuff. Moreover, XynRBM26 is applicable to high-salt food and seafood processing, as well as other high-salt environmental biotechnological fields, because of its high catalytic activity in high-concentration NaCl.

        Natural language semantics is the key problem in natural language processing. Information used to analyse natural language semantics comes from several sides. We study meaning relation inter text, paragraph and sehtence, and propose a method to determine setence meaning. Basing on them, we implement a news report understanding system. In our system, meaning representation is in semantic network form based on case relation. Depending on meaning relation, a candidate eliminating method to identify case relation is developed. For each nominal chunk (NC), it can play several case roles. These case roles are NC's case candidates in a sentence. Improper case candidates are eliminated and the proper one is choosed as case role in the sentence.

        In this study, we examined the effects of citreorosein (CIT), an anthraquinone component of Polygoni cuspidati radix (P. cuspidati, Polygonaceae), on cyclooxygenase (COX)-2 dependent prostaglandin (PG)D2 generation in mast cells, central effector cells of allergy and other inflammatory diseases. CIT strongly inhibited COX-2-dependent PGD2 generation in a concentration-dependent manner in mouse bone marrow-derived mast cells (BMMCs) stimulated with stem cell factor (SCF)/IL-10/LPS. In an effort to identify the mechanisms underlying the inhibition of COX-2-dependent PGD2 generation by CIT, we examined the effects of this compound on MAP kinases, Akt and NF-κB signaling pathways, which are essential for COX-2 induction. CIT inhibited nuclear translocation of the nuclear factor (NF)-κB p65 subunit and its cognate DNA-binding activity, which correlated with its inhibitory effects on the phosphorylation of Akt and IKK and subsequent phosphorylation and degradation of IκB. Furthermore, CIT significantly attenuated the DNA binding of activator protein (AP)-1 that regulates COX-2 expression through the reduction of the phosphorylation of c-Jun. Moreover, inhibition of PGD2 generation by CIT was accompanied by a decrease in phosphorylation of cytosolic phospholipase A2α. Taken together, the present study suggests that CIT represents a potential therapeutic approach for the treatment of inflammatory diseases.
