This paper is concerned about seam tracking system that weld on curved surface. In order to weld on curved surface, installed developed seam tracking sensor and controller to carriage. The welding speed by a curved surface is controlled by MCU(Micro Controller Unit). We confirmed the result by tracking experiments.
Protective Effect of DA-9601,an Artemisiae Herba Extract,on Radiation-induced Colitis in Wistar Rats

This study was performed to examine the effects of DA-9601, a novel antiulcer agent extracted from Artemisiae Herba, on radiation colitis in the rat. Female Wistar rats received a 30 Gy dose of irradiation to the 2 cm of distal colon in length using an intrarectal applicator system. 30 mg/kg or 100 mg/kg of DA9601 was administered orally 30 min before and 4 h after radiation on day 1. And the same dose of DA-9601 was given to the animals twice a day from day 2 to 14. As a reference control, sucralfate suspension (100 or 300 mg/head) was given as an enema based on the same treatment schedule of DA-9601. Body weight change and the frequency of diarrhea were recorded during the observation period as markers of radiation-induced injury. All animals were sacrificed on day 15 for evaluation of macro- and microscopic findings and mucosal myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity. Radiated animals showed diarrhea, mucosal redness and histologic changes characterized by edema and eosinophilic infiltration of the periglandular lamina propria with loss of colonic epithelium. Radiation also significantly increased mucosal MPO activity of affected colon (P<0.05). However, most of these changes were completely protected by oral administration with DA-9601. DA-9601 reduced radiation-induced histologic alteration significantly in a dose-related manner (P<0.05). In addition, mucosal MPO activity in rats receiving high dose of DA-9601 decreased significantly when compared with that in radiated control. High dose of sucralfate (300 mg/head) alleviated radiation-induced histologic lesion, but failed to reach statistical significance. The results of this study suggest that DA-9601 can be useful for the prevention of acute clinical symptoms of radiation proctocolitis and that decrease of mucosal MPO by DA9601 plays a role in its protective mechanism(s), at least in part.

우리나라의 전통주는 막걸리 붐 이후 주춤한 발전을 보이고 있으며, 이에 따라 전통주의 특성을 반영한 술잔을 활용한 명품화 및 세계화 전략을 통한 도약이 필요한 시점이다. 현재까지 우리나라의 전통주 술잔 디자인 개발은 심미성 및 유통 편의성에만 초점을 맞추거나, 디자인 개발의 세분화?고급화?연구화 등의 일시적 발전양상을 보여오긴 하였으나, 전통주의 특성을 기획 단계부터 반영하여 상품화한 사례나 프로세스는 없었다. 따라서 전통주의 특성을 반영한 술잔 디자인 설계 프로세스 기술 수립하는 것이 필요한 상황이다. 본 연구는 전통주의 특성을 감성요소인 오감과 스토리텔링으로 나누어 분석하고, 이들 중 술잔 디자인에 필요한 요소들을 추출하고, 이를 기반으로 전통주 술잔의 형태?소재 같은 시각화하는 관계를 파악하고자 하였다. 이러한 요소 중, 특히 대상 전통주가 갖고 있는 역사나 설화와 같은 스토리텔링을 기반으로 한 술잔의 라벨, 문양, 장식적 요소 등 디자인을 결정하여 해당 전통주의 상품성을 극대화할 수 있는 요소들을 도출할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과는 기존 소규모 가양주의 수출이 주춤하고 있는 상황에서 감성요소와 스토리텔링이 있는 전통주의 특성을 살려 경쟁력 있는 술잔 디자인을 개발함으로써 새로운 수출전략을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Korean traditional alcohols growth gets declined after Makgeollis boom and its time to enter the takeoff stage using cup based on the characteristics of each alcohols in order to their globalization and quality improvement. For now, there are 3 features of Korean traditional alcohols cup design development ; subdivision, quality improvement, systematization. However, theres no product design case that reflect the characteristics of the alcohol from the planning phase. Therefore, it needs to establish process technology for storytelling and emotion based cup design. This research aims to extract the specification for cup design and to find out the visualization element of cups shape and material by studying 5 senses and traditional alcohols objective informations. Through the study, the elements that can maximize the specific traditional alcohols marketability: cups label, pattern, decorative element based on the storytelling like history and tale were found. As a result, those result can give a newexport strategy by developing competitive design that has emotional element and storytelling from the traditional alcohols characteristics in a situation of stagnant export of the small sized home-brewed liquor business.
