Background: Anemic hypoxia is characterized by reduced hemoglobin content with normal arterial oxygen tension and saturation. Healthy individual could tolerate profound, short term decrease in hemoglobin level, but patients with severe atherosclerotic narrowing in brain lack the reserve capacity to preserve tissue oxygenation. Aims of study: we evaluate the effect of anemia in severe atherosclerosis narrowing in cerebral vasculature which leading to focal or permanent neurological deficits. Methods: we present five patients with severe atherosclerotic lesion who developed transient or permanent neurological deficits occurred during a severe anemia and recovered or improved after transfusion. Results and conclusion: Iron deficiency should be considered in the differential diagnosis of vascular events and treated as a preventive measure in reducing the risk of stroke in the severe atherosclerotic narrowing in cerebral vasculature.
LS-DYNA 를 이용한 여러 충돌 각도에 따른 Tail Bumper 충돌 해석

In this study, impact analysis on tail bumper was performed by LS-DYNA. Hypermesh was used by pre-processor. Tail bumper consisted of the some parts such as skid, damper and brackets. Each other of parts was connected by four revolution joint. Tail bumper was crashed to ground. The whole weight was 7280.2kg. The considered impact velocity was 10 ft/sec (≒3.048m/sec). Impact angle was an angle between the skid and ground. Analysis was performed for four case. Reaction force between skid and ground , joint force on each revolution joints, stroke change on the time, absorber efficiency and effective stress change on the time were investigated. The general absorber curve was used and applied in absorber. Skid and bracket was applied piecewise linear plasticity card and absorber was modeled with discrete element. The simulation was performed to 0.3 sec.
주퇴력 저감을 위한 연식 주퇴 메커니즘의 매개변수에 관한 연구

A study on the effect for parameter of soft recoil mechanism was performed. There were some parameters such as the mass of the motion part, fire angle, the initial pressure of the recuperator , firing position. The parameters have a effect to generate the forwarding momentum. The momentum was a key factor reducing the recoil velocity. Because of the design for the mechanism, the parameters affected to the momentum was studied to consider some reasonable conditions. In the various parameters, the initial pressure of recuperator and firing position was confirmed as a key factor to have a effect for the momentum. It figured out that the recoil force under initial pressure of the recuperator was 180 had a minimum value.

As the risk of the various external risk was increased, a study on the integrity assessment of the nuclear transport cask wasneeded. In this paper, an integrity assessment of the nuclear transport cask under the ballistic impact was studied. The projectile with L/D= 5 was used in simulation. The applied head shapes of the projectile were five types such as flat shape, conical shape, hemisphericalshape, truncated conical and sliced flat shape, respectively. The range on the velocity of the projectile was 85 m/s to 680 m/s. The caskbody of the nuclear transport cask was not penetrated by the projectile speed up to Vprojectile = 510 m/s. As the cask body was penetratedby the all types projectile with Vprojectile = 680 m/s and the cask lead in the nuclear transport cask was collided with the projectile. Asthe projectile moved to 31.3 mm in the cask lead, the cask lead was not penetrated by the projectile with Vprojectile = 680 m/s. Theintegrity assessment on the nuclear transport cask under ballistic impact up to Vprojectile = 680 m/s was obtained.
뒤르깽, 듀이, 피터스의 교육철학을 통한 도덕과 교육과정 접근

교육 문제를 극복할 수 있는 방법은 기본적으로 교실 수업의 활동과 학생들의 관계 속에서 모색되어야 한다. 그러나 오늘날의 교육은 입시 교육과 그에 따른 평가에 근거하여 도덕교육의 철학적 기반을 조성하지 못하고 있다. 즉, 학생들은 충분한 대화 구조 속에서 학생 사이 또는 교사와의 관계 속에서 도덕적 문제에 대해 올바른 만남과 수업을 통한 새로운 대안을 모색하지 못하고 있다. 이러한 의미에서 도덕과 교육의 기본적인 전제는 사회와의 연관성 속에서 교실을 투영할 수 있는 도덕과 교육적인 전망을 가지는 것이다. 따라서, 본 연구는 이러한 도덕과 교육에 대한 인식을 강화하는 방법을 뒤르깽, 듀이와 피터스의 교육적 조망을 통해 도덕과 수업에 요구되는 도덕과 교육의 철학적 적용을 진지하게 시도하고자 한다. 공동체를 강조한 뒤르깽의 이론에서는 교실 공동체의 올바른 질서를 찾고, 듀이의 이론에서는 현실적 삶을 추구하는 모습 속에서 교실의 생기 넘치는 실천 교육장을 만들고자 하며, 피터스의 관습과 반성적 사고에서는 총체적인 도덕적 인간의 입장을 견지할 수 있는 도덕과 교육의 대안을 찾으려고 노력할 것이다. It is the teachers and students that find ways to problem solving in teaching and learning process and they are to be a fundamental basis for overcoming the dilemma between a good ideal and a complex reality. At the present parents, students, and teachers who are directly involved in the educational system are obsessed about entering better high schools or universities, and that allows teachers and students very few chances to talk about what a good moral life is. In our opinion a moral curriculum must find an alternative to Korean education in a dilemma. What is a moral curriculum in schools in Korea? It is a course to search for well-ordered students' lives. J. Dewey said, "Students must not sacrifice their present school lives as an excuse for a better future. They have to lead happy school lives here and now." If a moral curriculum doesn't provide students with a philosophy of good school lives and desirable school textbooks, students will turn away the moral curriculum. Authorities concerned in the moral curriculum are needed to have deep insight. This paper is kind of effort to solve the crises in moral education. Many educational theorists such as E. Durkheim, J. Dewey, and R. S. Peters warned us of moral crises. We try to find an alternative through theories of E. Durkheim, J. Dewey, and R. S. Peters. Through these scholars, I think, moral education gives students a vision of happy school lives. Students want a solution leading to peaceful school lives. We have to offer them a vision of better school lives all the time.
