        Increasing number of electronic devices inside the car inside the car load of data is also increasing rapidly. A lot of current applied to the vehicle"s CAN communication if an increase in traffic may cause problems in data processing. Therefore, the CAN as well as cars of the future will work with the mesh Flexray. In this case, the two have different protocols should have the ability to communicate with each other. In this paper, both the CAN and Flexray implementation of hardware and software with a gateway that can communicate with each other to implement this feature it as power distribution and control of lamps and magnetic fields to switch hit Smart Junction Box (SJB) applies to was Hardware to the creation and operation of the gateway function through experiments and confirmed the behavior of the SJB function.

        장르 기반 쓰기 교육의 대안적 방법 탐색

        이 연구에서는 기존의 장르 기반 쓰기 교육이 텍스트 특질의 분석에 치중하는 한계가 있다고 보고, 수사학적 장르 이론을 활용하여 텍스트 생산의 목적과 맥락, 텍스트의 특질 간의 상호작용이 가능한 장르 인식 기반 쓰기 교육의 가능성과 방법을 탐색해보고자 하였다. 장르 인식에 기초한 쓰기 교육 방안에서는 장르에 대한 메타적 이해를 실현하기 위해 텍스트와 맥락의 상호작용, 장르 분석을 위한 발견 학습, 장르에 대한 비판적 인식의 함양을 주된 교육적 초점으로 삼아 교수 모형을 구성할 필요가 있다고 보았다. 이 같은 문제 인식을 바탕으로 이 연구에서는 장르 분석 과정을 체험하는 장르 개념의 이해 단계, 익숙한 장르를 비평하고 새로운 장르에 접근하는 장르 활용 방식 이해 단계, 장르적 글쓰기와 장르에 대한 메타적 인식을 정리하는 장르 글쓰기 수행의 단계로 전개되는 장르 인식 기반 쓰기 교육의 모형을 구안하였다. 이 연구에서 제시한 장르 인식 기반 쓰기 교육의 모형은 구체적 실행 연구를 통해 그 효과가 검증되어야 하겠으나, 중등 교육 현장에서 적용 가능한 장르 인식 기반 쓰기 교육의 방법을 제시함으로써 작문 교육의 실제성을 강화하는 데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. The purpose of this study is to explore the possibilities and methods of writing education based on genre awareness that can interact with textual production purpose, context, and textual characteristics using rhetoric genre theory due to the fact that the existing genre based writing education is limited to the analysis of text traits. In order to realize a meta-understanding of genres, the writing education program based on genre awareness is composed of the interaction of text and context, discovery learning for genre analysis, and cultivation of critical awareness about genre as the main educational focus. Based on the recognition of these problems, A model of writing education based on genre awareness was composed of three stages. the first stages of comprehension of the concept of genre to experience the process of genre analysis, the second stage of comprehension of the familiar genre, and understanding the genre usage approach to new genre, the third stage of performing genre writing. The model of writing education based on genre awareness proposed in this study should be verified through concrete implementation studies. However, It is expected to contribute to strengthen the practicality of writing education by suggesting genre recognition based writing education method applicable in secondary education field.

        준비운동 강도와 시간이 근력, 근지구력, 근파워에 미치는 영향

        This Study is to set for appropriate warming up intensity setting for maximum muscle manifestation ability. It is not a problem internally, surgically and understand the purpose of this study and it samples 6 University student who agree to attend to this experiment. After it calculates a VO2max of testee for Bruce protocol, Treadmill, it computes a VO2max 30%, 40%, 50%, Time 5min, 10min, 15min, 20min of test as to criterion VO2max. Frist, The FPT 60˚/sec, FPT 180˚/sec, FPT 240˚/sec regression coefficient of warming up intensity is (-), it is significant, so it effects at each muscular strength according to warming up intensity. The manifestation muscle is low regard to increasing of warming up intensity. Second, The FAP 60˚/sec, FAP 180˚/sec, FAP 240˚/sec regression coefficient of warming up intensity is (-), it is significant, so it effects at each muscular strength according to warming up intensity. The manifestation muscle is low regard to increasing of warming up intensity. Third, The EPT 60˚/sec regression coefficient of warming up intensity, time is (-), it is significant, so it effects at each muscular strength according to warming up intensity, time. EPT 180˚/sec, EPT 240˚/sec regression coefficient of warming up intensity is (-), it is significant, so it effects at each muscular strength according to warming up intensity. Fourth, The EAP 60˚/sec, EAP 180˚/sec, EAP 240˚/sec regression coefficient of warming up intensity is (-), it is significant, so it effects at each muscular strength according to warming up intensity. The manifestation muscle is low regard to increasing of warming up intensity.

        한국의 신재생에너지 정책에서 시장과 규제의 적절한 활용방안 연구

        신재생에너지 기술의 발전단계에 따라서 다양한 재정지원 정책이 활용될 수 있다. 전력시장에서 국내의 신재생에너지 지원 정책으로는 발전차액지원제도와 공급의무화제도가 대표적이다. 국내에서 2012년부터 시행되고 있는 공급의무화제도는 신재생에너지 공급인증서 거래시장을 활용한 지원제도로서, 시장 친화적인 규제로 알려져 있다. 하지만 공급의무화제도에서도 다양한 신재생에너지 기술의 시장참여를 보장하고, 소규모 발전업체의 시장참여를 촉진하기 위해서는 경쟁제한적인 규제가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 공급의무화제도를 통한 신재생에너지 지원정책에서 시장과 규제의 적정 역할 분담에 관하여 논의하고, 주요 이해관계자, 정책관계자의 인터뷰 조사를 통하여 의견을 수렴하였다. 특히 신재생에너지 기술별 차별화된 지원을 위한 규제와 시장위험을 완화하기 위한 규제 관련 쟁점들에 대해서 검토하였는데, 정부의 공급인증서 시장개입 방식 개선, 고정가격 장기계약제도의 활용 확대, 발전차액지원제도의 병행 시행 등의 대안이 논의되었다 There are various policy instruments to support renewable energy for electricity. Best policy options will be different according to levels of technology development of renewable energy. Korea introduced an FIT(Feed-in Tariff) scheme in 2002, guaranteeing fixed tariffs for electricity from renewable energy sources over a period of 15-20 years. In 2012, it replaced the FIT scheme with an RPS(Renewable Portfolio Standard) scheme. RPS obligates electricity suppliers to acquire a certain percentage of electricity from renewable energy sources. Electricity suppliers can fulfill their allocation by producing it themselves or by purchasing RECs(Renewable Energy Certificates) in the REC market. RPS is considered a more market-oriented policy. It provides more incentives for suppliers to innovate and reduce costs. However, there are still numerous issues regarding how to regulate the REC market to support immature technology and mitigate high market risk for small suppliers. This study examines these issues by interviewing the stakeholders of the RPS in Korea and suggests its alternative policy designs.

      • 해외농업개발과 협력의 연계

        This is one of the second year reports of the three-year research entitled "Overseas Agricultural Development for Food Security", which is led by the Korea Rural Economic Institute. The purpose of the study is to seek an integration strategy between overseas agricultural development and international agricultural cooperation. In addition, this study provides the information on the possibilities of the development for Primorsky, Russia. Regarding the conceptive scope of the international agricultural development, it might include physical and economical access to sufficient, safe and nutritious food as well as establishment for the food security system. In the meantime, it is not recommending policies that plans only to bring in the agricultural resources exploited in overseas. In the early days, the international agricultural development had failed, since there was no appropriate information on the target countries. In the 1990s, however, private and public organizations with various purposes started actively entering into overseas such as Maritime province, Russia, America, and China. Most of them had engaged in the production of agricultural commodities. The legal foundation of the international agricultural development has been "The Overseas Resource Development Act.". However, agriculture has been excluded in the financial support of the Act. Moreover, it has been regulated by the WTO and other international regulations as the resources were brought into Korea, because there has not been a way to provide any type of preferential advantage for the resources. When it comes to emergency situation in foreign countries, there are high possibilities of banning exports the commodities produced in the country. Even though foreign agricultural developments are non-governmental, when it comes to food security, no one will invest if all the responsibilities go to the people. To solve this problem, not only the government"s diplomatic support is needed, but also indirect supports are needed. One of the alternatives is to connect international agricultural development cooperation and foreign agricultural development. International agricultural development cooperation is a government supported agricultural development in developing countries. And when foreign agricultural development areas match, businesses that invest in foreign agricultural development can receive indirect benefits. Therefore, the international agricultural development has to aim at various purposes such as establishment of globalization, new development motivations, and the procurement of overseas agricultural resources. Constructing private and public cooperation systems should be the first priority for the development. Detailed objectives are suggested in the study. Merits of Maritime province in Russia are the geographical proximity to Korea and the experiences that many Korean have invested in the area since 1990"s. Also, it is not difficult to lease sizable land in the area. However, the agricultural facilities and infrastructures in the area have fallen behind, and the agricultural population has been decreasing continuously. Law and institutional obstacles make it difficult for foreign agricultural investors. Therefore, joint ventures between public sectors and private sectors might reduce the initial investment risks.

        하이브리드 커패시터의 열안정성 개선을 위한 LiFePO<sub>4</sub> 복합양극 소재에 관한 연구

        고온에서 Mn 이온 용출에 의한 성능저하를 보이는 스피넬 결정구조의 LiMn<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub> 양극 하이브리드 커패시터의 대안으로 열안정성이 높은 올리빈 결정구조의 LiFePO<sub>4</sub> 기반 복합양극 소재의 적용가능성을 연구하였다. LiFePO<sub>4</sub>/활성탄 셀을 이용한 1.0~2.3 V의 충·방전을 통한 수명평가에서 상온(25 ℃) 및 고온(60 ℃) 조건 모두에서 충·방전 사이클이 진행됨에 따라 음극(활성탄)의 저전압화에 따른 열화로 인한 용량저하 현상이 나타났다. 이의 해결을 위해 50:50 중량비율로 LiFePO<sub>4</sub>/LiMn<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub>, LiFePO<sub>4</sub>/Activated carbon 및 LiFePO<sub>4</sub>/LiNi<sub>1/3</sub>Co<sub>1/3</sub>Mn<sub>1/3</sub>O<sub>2</sub> 복합양극을 제조하여 모노셀 충·방전 실험을 수행한 결과, 층상구조의 LiNi<sub>1/3</sub>Co<sub>1/3</sub>Mn<sub>1/3</sub>O<sub>2</sub>를 사용한 전극이 안정적인 전압거동을 보였다. 또한, 2.3 V 및 80 ℃에서 1,000시간 부하를 통한 고온 안정성 실험에서도 LiFePO<sub>4</sub>/LiNi<sub>1/3</sub>Co<sub>1/3</sub>Mn<sub>1/3</sub>O<sub>2</sub> 복합양극이 상용 LiMn<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub> 양극에 비해 약 2배 가량 높은 방전용량 유지율을 보였다 The application of composite cathode materials including LiFePO<sub>4</sub> (lithium iron phosphate) of olivine crystal structure, which has high thermal stability, were investigated as alternatives for hybrid battery-capacitors with a LiMn<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub> (spinel crystal structure) cathode, which exhibits decreased performance at high temperatures due to Mn-dissolution. However, these composite cathode materials have been shown to have a reduction in capacity by conducting life cycle experiments in which a LiFePO<sub>4</sub>/activated carbon cell was charged and discharged between 1.0 V and 2.3 V at two temperatures, 25 ℃ and 60 ℃, which caused a degradation of the anode due to the lowered voltage in the anode. To avoid the degradation of the anode, composite cathodes of LiFePO<sub>4</sub>/LiMn<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub> (50:50 wt%), LiFePO<sub>4</sub>/activated carbon (50:50 wt%) and LiFePO<sub>4</sub>/LiNi<sub>1/3</sub>Co<sub>1/3</sub>Mn<sub>1/3</sub>O<sub>2</sub> (50:50 wt%) were prepared and the life cycle experiments were conducted on these cells. The composite cathode including LiNi<sub>1/3</sub>Co<sub>1/3</sub>Mn<sub>1/3</sub>O<sub>2</sub> of layered crystal structure showed stable voltage behavior. The discharge capacity retention ratio of LiFePO<sub>4</sub>/LiNi<sub>1/3</sub>Co<sub>1/3</sub>Mn<sub>1/3</sub>O<sub>2</sub> was about twice as high as that of a LiFePO<sub>4</sub>/LiMn<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub> cell at thermal stability experiment for a duration of 1,000 hours charged at 2.3 V and a temperature of 80 ℃.
