Penicillin Acylase 의 정제에 관한 연구

        임문영,변시명 ( Moon Young Lim,Si Myung Byun ) 생화학분자생물학회 1981 BMB Reports Vol.14 No.1

Penicillin acylase from the culture broth of Bacillus megaterium was purified by the simple 2 steps with a combination of celite adsorption- and Sepharose-aminohexylpenicllin V affinity chromatography. As results, the final preparation of the enzyme showed overall 446-fold purification with yield of 63% and specific activity of 1521 U/㎎ protein on benzylpenicillin. The preparation, however, showed 3 Protein bands on 7% polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Various substrate and product analogues as ligand for affinity chromatography were examined. Sepharose-ε-aminocaproyl ligand revealed no affinity to the enzyme at all, while Sepharose-aminohexyl-ligand showed different affinities depending on kinds of ligand, Among them penicillin V showed the best result. By using the final preparation of penicillin acylase, general characteristics of the enzyme, pH and temperature dependences, pH and temperature stabilites, Km on benzylpenicillin, Ki on phenylacetic acid, 6-aminopenicillanic acid and penicillin V, were examined.

데이터 마이닝을 활용한 가짜뉴스의 선제적 대응을 위한 연구 : M 온라인 커뮤니티 게시물을 중심으로

        임문영,박승범 한국IT서비스학회 2019 한국IT서비스학회지 Vol.18 No.1

Fake news threaten democratic elections and causes social conflicts, resulting in major damage. However, the concept of fake news is hard to define, as there is a saying, "News is not fake, fake is not news." Fake news, however, has irreversible characteristics that can not be recovered or reversed completely through post-punishment of economic and political benefits. It is also rapidly spreading in the early days. Therefore, it is very important to preemptively detect these types of articles and prevent their blind proliferation. The existing countermeasures are focused on reporting fake news, raising the level of punishment, and the media & academia to determine the authenticity of the news. Researchers are also trying to determine the authenticity by analyzing its contents. Apart from the contents of fake news, determining the behavioral characteristics of the promoters and its qualities can help identify the possibility of having fake news in advance. The online community has a fake news interception and response tradition through its long-standing community-based activities. As a result, I attempted to model the fake news by analyzing the affirmation-denial analysis and posting behavior by securing the web board crawl of the ‘M community’ bulletin board during the 2017 Korean presidential election period. Random forest algorithm deemed significant. The results of this research will help counteract fake news and focus on preemptive blocking through behavioral analysis rather than post-judgment after semantic analysis.

프랑스의 1968년 5월 혁명의 문화적 성격

임문영 계명대학교 국제학연구소 2001 국제학논총 Vol.6 No.-

The major objective of this paper is to evaluate the cultural character of the French Revolution of May '68 which occurred in France in May/June 1968. It poses these questions: 1) What was the cultural character of French University students at the time? 2) Was there reciprocity between world trends and French youth? At the beginning, this event was not quite a movement, but a localized demand for changes in dormitory visitation rights. Students were unhappy with the living and educational situation at the new suburban university(University Nanterre) due to lack of inadequate numbers of faculty, shortages of educational equipment and non-existent social facilities. Finally, this small event resulted in the revolution that contested the whole social order, and succeeded in achieving political power and making social reform. Because of this movement, President De Gaulle resigned in April 1969, following the result of a referendum on social change it inspired. It seemed that the youth, especially the students were inclined to anarchism and surrealism which were the main ideological streams at the time. These ideologies also underlie the students' cultural demand. On the other hand, the students demands were made in the context of a culture of consumption and abundance. But the abundance was far removed from the youth, so they were frustrated and their complaints can be seen as a result of social alienation. For these reasons, they participated in many different social movements: anti-war, individual liberty, various social and political causes. They also engaged in acts of terror and violence. We call this time a crisis of morals, a crisis of authority. According to Raymond Aron, the French Revolution of May '68 was comparable to a psychodrama, but many specialists argue that the movement was a true cultural revolution. We can observe some important cultural characteristics. First, regarding educational reform, the students wanted that the education become more practical education, not the classical curriculum that focused on the accumulation of useless facts or theories. Second, regarding social reform, the students wanted an equal society without authority. Third, they produced much linguistic symbolism and dramatic fragments for the construction of new society. In conclusion, the French revolution of May '68 was more of a socio-cultural revolution than a socio-political one, particularly in view of the early focus on educational reform.

        한국의 프랑스연구현황

임문영 계명대학교 국제학연구소 2002 국제학논총 Vol.7 No.-

From the liberation to the present, the characteristics of French Studies in Korea have been as follows : 1) a concentration on French language and literature; 2) if there are non-French language and literature articles used, they are concerned with historical events and the research of French thinkers. There are in rare cases articles which concerned with new issues. 3) French Studies are less developed than studies concerning other European countries. The major objective of this paper is to confirm these characteristics of French Studies in Korea. To do this we conducted and analysis of several Korean scholarly directories: Korean Master and Doctors’ Thesis inventory(1991-2001), Index of social science research(1995-2002), Research on French studies (1992-2001), Revue d’Etudes Francaises(1995-2002). The results are as follows. 1) 10 of 18 articles between 1983 to 1990 concerned French language and literature, 178 of 223 between 1991 to 2001 were concerned with French language and literature. It shows that trends of this concentration is very strong.(80%: 178/223) 2) The survey found 45 non-French language and literature articles between 1991 and 2001 (management 1, economics 4, pedagogy 7, law 12, politics 7, philosophy 14). Among these articles, theses in the field of management and economics are concerned with European integration and they are the research of French thinkers. Some of the other works found are political research, but they are not noteworthy because they reference only the most well-known French thinkers and not more recent ones. (Louis Althusser 2, Michel Foucault 3, J-J Rousseau 2, Merly-Ponty 3, Descartes 1, Bergson 1, Paul Ricoeur 1...) 3) The general articles, which were classified into the European countries(1995-2002) are as follows; 258: France 17, Germany 61, England 22, Sweden 13, European Union 42, Eastern Europe 76, and other 28. There are only 17 articles for French studies(7%) in comparison with other countries studies results. We can easily find highly specific German studies concerning unification, which is very hot issue for the Koreans. Similarly we can find very specific and detailed studies for other European countries, such as studies of social welfare regarding Sweden or of the Parliament for England. But for the field of French Studies, few such studies are available. 4) In the social science field, we find a similar phenomenon -in particular a concentration on philosophy and history, and also on French thinkers. 5) In the Fine Arts field, most of the master degrees are concentrated on famous French painters/artists. We find that Doctoral dissertation in Korea are concentrated in either French language and literature, or on philosophy and history. Despite this, the articles of the Korean Association of French Studies tend to deal with the actual problems of France. Finally, it is the conclusion of this study that it is time for French Studies in Korea to catch up with the rest of European studies.
