        중국 민주주의 발전의 제약 : 당국가의 사영기업 통제와 붉은 자본가

        Democracy studies have paid more attention to the growth of middle class. As Chinese private economy has gradually expanded during reform era, Chinese middle class, especially private entrepreneurs’ economical and political power also have been increased. It makes many researchers to expect that this class could play an important role in pushing for the liberalization and democratization in China. However, party-state has constantly controlled and flexibly managed private businesses and entrepreneurs, preventing them from growing up as a counterforce. Party-state has played as a substantial role which could promote and mediate private economy, so that it can exercise its influence over this sphere. Besides, party-state has employed the so called red capitalists, who have the tendency to be favor of party-state regime. Consequently, it is not possible for private entrepreneurs to try separating from party-state regime or handing with opposition groups in China.

        Impact of Wildfire Smoke Exposure on Health in Korea

        Purpose: The characteristic topography and climate often affect the occurrence of large-scale wildfires in the Eastern Gangwon-doregion of Korea. However, there are no studies on the health effects of these wildfires in Korea. This study aimed to analyze the dif ferences in medical use between a wildfire-affected area and an adjacent non-affected area before and after a wildfire in 2019 inGangwon-do, Korea. Materials and Methods: We used medical usage data from the Korean National Health Insurance Corporation. Rates of medicaluse were determined for citizens of a wildfire-affected area in the Eastern Yeongdong region and a non-affected area in the West ern Yeongseo region. Logistic regression analysis was performed considering an increase in medical use per individual as a de pendent variable; age, sex, income, smoking, drinking, and exercise were included as confounding variables. Results: The odds ratio for medical use in Yeongdong region increased significantly after 3 days, 3 months, and 1 year after a fireoccurred, compared with Yeongseo region. Conclusion: The results of this study confirmed that the use of medical care increased for residents of a wildfire-affected area,compared with those of an adjacent non-affected area. This is the first study on the relationship between wildfires and inpatientmedical use in Korea.

        윤리적 리더십이 심리적 계약위반 인식에 미치는 영향: 리더-구성원 교환관계와 도덕적 정체성의 조절효과

        While some researchers have regarded performance-based HR system as one of the key factor contributing to organizational effectiveness, others have focused on the negative side of HR system examining outcomes that occur for those who perceive psychological contract breach. Psychological contract breach negatively affects employees’ work-related attitudes and behaviors, which in turn interferes a wide range of organizational effectiveness. Psychological contract breach is inherently ethical in that it reflects the perception that another has failed to fulfill the promised obligations. Although previous research has examined a range of antecedents of the perception of psychological contract breach such as organizational characteristics, leader characteristics including leadership, and employee characteristics, little is known about the effect of ethical context on the perception of psychological contract breach. In the current study, I theorized and examined the main effect of ethical leadership on the perception of psychological contract breach and the moderation effects of leader-member exchange (LMX) and moral identity on the relationship between ethical leadership and the perception of psychological contract breach. Given that the perception of psychological contract breach is based on employee’s subjective perspective and leaders are perceived as an agent of an organization, ethical leadership is expected to play an important role in understanding the perception of psychological contract breach. In addition, the perception of psychological contract breach can be vary depending on the extent of interaction between contract partners individual values and beliefs. Thus, I argue that LMX and moral identity may be significant moderators of the relation between ethical leadership and the perception of psychological contract breach. The participants in this study were 245 petty officers in the South Korean Navy. Overall, 236 petty officers completed the questionnaires, resulting in an 96.3% response rate. Results indicate that ethical leadership significantly decreased the perception of psychological contract breach. In addition, the results showed that leader-member exchange and followers’ moral identity strengthen the negative relationship between ethical leadership and the perception of psychological contract breach. This research makes several theoretical contributions to both the ethical leadership and the psychological contract studies. The overall and most important contribution is that ethical leaders play a key role in shaping the work context of followers and exert important influence on followers’ perception of psychological contract breach in the workplace. Past research has found that organizational characteristics, leader characteristics including leadership, and employee characteristics were significantly related to followers’ perception of psychological contract breach. This study extends the antecedent scope of psychological contract breach by theorizing and examining the causal relationship between ethical leadership and the perception of psychological contract breach. The findings regarding moderating mechanism contribute to the research on relations of leadership with followers’ perception of psychological contract breach. As mentioned above, the relationship between ethical leadership and followers’ perception of psychological contract breach is strengthened when LMX and followers’ moral identity are high. These findings confirms my argument that work relationship between leaders and followers and individual identity have effects on how followers respond to leadership behaviors. 심리적 계약위반은 조직에 대한 구성원들의 태도와 행동에 부정적인 영향을 미치고, 궁극적으로는 조직의 전반적인 효과성을 저해하는 결과를 초래한다. 심리적 계약위반은 조직과 구성원 간에 암묵적으로 이루어진 약속을 파기함으로써 서로에 대한 신뢰를 저해할 수 있다는 점에서 본질적으로 윤리적인 속성을 갖는다. 기존 의 연구자들은 조직 특성, 리더 특성 및 리더십, 그리고 구성원의 특성 등 다양한 측면에서 심리적 계약위반 인 식의 선행요인을 탐색하였지만, 윤리적 맥락과 심리적 계약위반 인식 간의 구체적인 인과관계를 논의하고 실 증한 연구는 찾아보기 어려운 실정이다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 윤리적 리더십이 구성원의 심리적 계약위반 인식에 미치는 영향을 이론화하고 실증하였다. 그리고 심리적 계약위반에 대한 인식은 계약 주체 간의 상호작 용 방식이나 의사소통의 정도, 그리고 개인의 신념이나 가치관에 따라 다를 수 있다는 점을 고려하여, 윤리적 리더십과 심리적 계약위반 인식 간의 관계에 대한 리더-구성원 교환관계와 구성원의 도덕적 정체성의 조절효 과를 함께 검증하였다. 해군 부사관 집단을 대상으로 분석한 결과, 윤리적 리더십은 구성원의 심리적 계약위반 인식을 낮추는 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 LMX가 높은 구성원들은 LMX가 낮은 구성원들에 비해 리더가 윤리적 리더십을 발휘할수록 심리적 계약위반 인식을 덜 겪는 것으로 나타났으며, 도덕적 정체성이 높 은 구성원들은 도덕적 정체성이 낮은 구성원들에 비해 리더가 윤리적 리더십을 발휘할수록 심리적 계약위반 인식을 적게 경험하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 이론적 논의와 연구결과를 바탕으로 이론적 의의와 실무적 시사점, 그리고 연구의 한계와 향후 연구 방향을 제시하였다.

        프로젝트 활동에 의한 수업방법이 유아의 수학성취에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 프로젝트 활동에 의한 수업방법이 유아의 수학성취에 미치는 효과를 검증함으로써, 유치원의 실제 수학교육의 방향을 제시해 보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 경북 K시의 T유치원 5세(71개월) 유아로 실험집단 12명 통제집단 20명이었으며 프로젝트 활동은 1999년 9월 14일부터 12월 1일까지 11주 동안 평균 주2회 정도로 총 26회 실시하였다. 결과는 The Psychological Corporation에서 제작한 SESAT-2(Stanford Early Achievement Test-2 ; 1992)의 수학성취 검사 도구에 의해 측정되었다. 연구결과 실험집단과 통계집단간에는 수학성취의 하위영역(수개념, 문제해결, 기하, 측정)중에서 수개념은 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타났으나, 문제해결, 기하, 측정은 두 집단간 차이가 나타나지 않았다. This study is an effort to redirect kindergarten mathematical education through analyzing the effects of the Project Approach on young children's mathematical achievement. The instrument used to measure young children's mathematical achievement was SEAT-2 (Stanford Early Achievement Test-2, 1992) devised by the Psychological Corporation. The project activity was "Soccer", which was practiced about twice a week for 11 weeks (from September 14 to December 1, 1999), each practice took thirty minutes to one hour thirty minutes according to the situations. The subjects who were five-year-old (71-month-old) children in a kindergarten located in K city in Kyungbook province were divided into a control group (20 children) and an experimental group (12 children). The data analyzed by ANCOVA show the following results: In terms of the concepts of numbers among the four sub-areas of the mathematical achievement (concepts of numbers, problem-solving, geometry, measurement), there was a significant statistical difference between the two groups, while in terms of the other three areas there were no statistical significant differences.

        전통음식 문화와 유아교육

        본 연구는 유아교육기관에서 전통음식 문화 교육을 실시하려고 하는 교사를 위하여 먼저, 문헌을 통하여 일상적인 전통음식의 종류와 특징을 알아보고자 하였다. 둘째, 이러한 전통음식의 특징에 기초하여 실제 조리 활동의 기본 전제가 되는 전통음식 교육의 원리와 이에 따른 구체적인 내용을 살펴 봄으로써 전통음식 문화교육의 방향을 제시하고자 한 것이었다. 연구 결과, 문헌을 통해 살펴본 전통음식의 특징은 :일상식은 주식과 부식으로 나뉘며 주식은 밥 종류이며 부식은 국 또는 찌개와 김치이다. 음식의 맛과 향을 더하기 위해 독특한 양념과 고명을 사용하며, 시절식과 의례식 그리고 간식은 떡 종류의 한과 종류가 있다. 전통음식의 특징과 종류에 기초하여 본 연구에서 제시한 음식문화 교육의 실제로는 : 교사가 알아야할 전통음식문화 교육의 6가지 기본원리와, 유아들에게 실시할 수 있는 적절한 전통음식 문화교육의 내용은 떡 종류의 한과 종류이며, 요리 활동시 교사가 주의해야 할 점 등이다. This study is intended to help teachers who are to teach the traditional culture of Korean food in educational institutions for children. In the first place, the kinds of everyday traditional Korean foods and their characteristics have been surveyed through literature. Next based on the characteristics (of the traditional foods,) the paper is to direct the education of traditional food culture. The principles of the education of traditional food culture on which the actual cooking program is based are examined, and so are the details accorting to them. The findings of the study can be summariged as follows. First the characteristics of traditional foods found out through the study of literature are : everyday foods are divided in to a main dish in which there is boiled rice, and side dishes in which there are thin or thick soup and kimchi ; some seasoning and spices are used to produce specific tastes and scents, and garnish is placed on the top of food for decoration ; there are rice cakes and cookies as seasonal and ritual foods, and they are also used as snacks. Next the actual offerings of the study for the education of traditional food culture on the basis of the characteristics and kinds of traditional food are six basic principles of the education of traditional food culture which teachers concerned should know ; the kinds of rice cakes and cookies suitable for seasonal and festive occasions which children can easily make ; some notices which teachers should take while children do cooking.

        유치원 부모의 가정교육실태에 관한 연구

        This paper is intended to find out how Korean kindergartener's mothers train their children in their homes, and in what aspects the contents and ways of their home training are different from the traditional ones. The method of studying is by asking twenty-three open questions based on TONGUEPYUN(Children's Regulations) in SASOJUL by Lee, Tuk Moo(1741-1?93). The subjects are divided into four parts-parental role, children's daily attitude, manners, and work and play. The subjects are eighty mothers of Kindergarten A and as many mothers of Kindergarten B in Tae-Gu city, who graduated from highschool and over. The results have been that most of the mothers set value on the social ability to serve the success of their children, and want their children to keep in company with the courteous. However they themselves are neglectful of training their children to have good manners, and tend to be too affectionate toward them and put them in the center in their home life.
