        본 연구는 우리나라 대학도서관의 사용자에 대한 환경심리학적 고찰을 중심으로 물리적 환경에 따른 독립성과 사용자들의 공간행위에 대하여 변화도를 조사하였다. 특히 사용빈도 수가 많은 연세대학교 중앙도서관 일반사무실과 사용자를 대상으로 관찰과 설문을 통하여 자료를 수집 하였으며 이상의 상황에 대한 자료는 Chi-Test 검증법에 의하여 사용자들의 착석행위 및 프라이시의 변수들의 상이점을 분석 확인하였다. 결론에서 사용자들의 공간행위 및 프라이버시와 환경인자에 대한 인간의 반응에 관한 문제점 해결 방안과 실내환경 디자인의 이상적인 계획을 제시하였다. The study aims to investigate environmental design factors such as psychological aspects of reading room users in University libraries in Korea. With particular reference to a general reading room in Yonsei University library, observational metnob and structured questionnaire were made to collect data on users spatial behaviour and their attitudes towards the immediate environment. The data were analysed by using chi-squared test in an attempt to find out users seating pattern and their realationship to various environmental conditions. Finally, it has been suggested that the pattern of spatial behaviour of users in relation to privacy and human responses to the environment should be considered in designing an optimum environment.

        Since Construction Management system was introduced into internal constructional industry, many institutional or political studies have been performed continuously in order to calm down domestic situation. However it is hard to expect normal activation of construction management without basic educational programs. There were a few researches reporting comparative review for educational contents of construction management in the curriculum of domestic architectural school. Therefore the purpose of this study was to analyze systematically the problems of current curriculum for education of construction management in the department of architectural (engineering) and suggest possible ways to improve those in comparison with educational programs of construction management of foreign Architectural school. In addition this study intended propose a fundamental concept in establishment of construction management through examination of various aspects of Japanese construction management system.

      • 氣象條件이 建築 工程計劃에 미치는 影響에 관한 硏究 : 韓國·地域別 氣象曲線을 中心으로 Focus on the Weather-Curve by Station of Korea

        경제계획이란 공사의 방법 및 순서, 공사에 종사하는 勞動者, 사용하는 建築材料, 그리고 공사수단으로서의 공사용 기계 및 건설공구의 구체적인 사항들을 공정입안하여 건축물을 공사기간내에 완성할 수 있도록 공정을 최적한 상태로 실시할 수 있게 입안하는 것이 工程計劃이라고 할 수 있다. 이와 같은 공정계획 입안시에는 불확정요인의 영향으로 작업변경을 일으키게 되며 공사진전 및 준공일정에도 많은 어려움을 초래하게 된다. 이에 따른 불확정 요인으로는 인위적 요인과 자연적 요인으로 나눌 수 있는데 인위적 요인으로는 자금이 조달부족, 설계변경, 노동자의 태업, 불의의 사고등이 있고 자연적 요인으로는 천재지변과 같은 인간의 힘으로 어쩔 수 없는 요인이 있다. 그러므로 자연적 요인중에서 수개년간의 氣象統計資料를 실용화하여 기본자료로서 활용하고 체계적인 공정관리를 예견하여 전진시킬 수 있었는 바, 이제까지 국내에서는 연구의 미진으로 인하여 종합적인 연구 및 대안이 제시되지 못했으며 일본의 경우에서도 기후구별 (북부, 남부)로 개괄적인 작업 불가능일수만을 제시하고 있는 형편이고, 또한 서구에서도 수리적인 統計綜合에 의한 대안을 제시하는 정도이다. 따라서, CPM Network을 계획, 설계하는데에 많은 어려움과 비 체계적인 工程計劃表를 작성해 오고 있는 현재이기도 하다. 이러한 현황에서 CPM분야에서는 기상조건에 의한 공정계획을 체계적으로 인해서 冬·夏節期에만 소요기간을 적절히 추구하여 왔다고 할 수 있다. 그러므로, 건축공정계획은 우리나라의 각 지역별 기상특성을 분석, 이에 따른 종합대안으로 건축작업일수를 산정하여 계절기후 및 월별 기후 영향에 따라 계획이 입안되어져야 하므로 본 연구를 통해서는 기후권역에 따른 합리적인 공정계획을 세우기 위한 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. This study is to make the CPM network schedule economical and systematical in the context of the climatic conditions of our country. The main results are as follows. Abstract 1) Classification of types of starting work in relation to the period of the starting work's appropriateness at each station in Korea. 2) This study is to determine the appropriate starting work days of subterranean construction which is influenced by the weather in building construction work. It also compares and analyzes the influences of weather factors according to the weather graph analysis. Major Results 1) This chapter arranges the classification of numbers of starting work days appropriated by each station and suggests the classification of starting work day's type according the climatic factors in Korea. District division was a result. 2) This chapter calculated the starting work period of subterranean construction by choosing some stations and discriminating against the interrelation of climatic influences according to the climatic graph's analysis. Also presented was an available and controllable plan by using weather-curves in order to compare and analyze distinctive qualities of a climatic circle by station.

      • 建物의 部位別 材料의 熱的性能에 關한 硏究 : 外斷熱, 中斷熱 祖積壁을 中心으로

        The study is aimed at offering the basic materials of the effective insulatin supported system in the building construction place by estimating the thermal energy storage number and thermal performance and analyzing theoretical and experimental value in the insulating masonry wall structure. The results obtained were as follows 1. The experimental value of the thermal flow ratio in the inner and middle insulation wall structure is 5 ~ 10% higher than the theoretical value, while the experimental value in the experiment installed edge insulation is 3 ~ 7% lower than the theoretical value. 2. Both the theoretical and experimental value in the outer insulation is similar without the edge insulation construction. 3. If the thickness of each building material is same, "K" value of the wall structure is constant without the position of the insulation materials. But the temperature form in the structure is changeable according to the change of the insulation material position. 4. The experimental result of the thermal flow ratio like the theorectical function is in proporsition to the thermal transmission of the insulation materials. 5. The domestic insulation material capacity was confirmed by abtaining a desirable value from the thermal experiment of the outer wall installed by the domestic insulation materials, STYROPOR, and ISOPINK. In case of the middle insulation wall structure, the thermal resistance, 0.09㎡ h℃/kcal is obtained in the construction between the wall structure materials and insulation. 6. In case of the middle insulation wall, which is constructed only in korea, there is so large a difference of the thermal flow according to the outer wall's right edge, there is or not the edge-beam insulation of outer wall and construction sureness that extra insulation structure construction is necessary. When the cement masonry wall is installed by the insulation materials in indoor, outdoor and middle wall. The following results are gained through the analysis of the thermal performance. 1) In the outer and middle insulation wall structure, according to the increase of the insulation material thickness, the energy storage storage number is increasing but decreasing oppositely in the inner insulation wall structure. The erergy storage number depends on the position of the insulation materials. 2) The increase of the vapor expansion resistance ratio is in proporsition to the thickness of the insulation materials without the installation position of the insulation materials. 3) The relation of phase, the scale of which is the largest in the outer insulation, second in the inner insulation, third in the middle insulation, is in proporsition to the thickness of the insulation materials. 4) According to the outer air temperaure, the change of the indoor surface temperature reaches 20℃ by increasing the thickness of the insulation materials that it makes the indoor environment comfortale in the thermal point.

        의사결정기법을 통한 건축공법선정에 관한 연구

        In the Past, The selection of individual method of construction was done by head of construction site or an experienced person very frequently. By doing this, The wrong selection of construction method without exact adjudication of construction site situation lead to increasing of cost and extension of construction term. Finally it will effect all over the construction process. Especially, In case of underground construction in the beginning, there are a lot of a variable factor and it also effect on the entire construction process and it need very careful process. The purpose of this study is to present the best suitable methodology for selection of construction method by considering potential risk of construction method and variables together with external condition for underground construction. The purpose of this study Is to select the most suitable construction method by analysing potential conditions(construction site situation and client request in designing ) To do this, We prepared arrangement rule to arrange the conditions for construction method. And thin make checklist of the analyzing construction method. Though above process, To expect the risk of individual construction method using above risk checklist and using Analytic Hierarchy process among Multiple-Criteria Decision making, the professional opinions is to be adapted. By doing this, it can lead and select the most suitable construction method considering the data which get from risk density test.

        건축물 리모델링의 활성화 및 안전관리방안에 관한 연구

        The purposes of this research are to use the buildings efficiently and long, save energies, make the cozy and comfortable environment of residential and living spaces, rearrange the related acts for easy implementation of remodeling, and activate the government's support programs so as to make remodeling activated in a safe mode. The scope and methodology of this research include the review of existing literatures and data on remodeling, census on apartment residents, influence factors, and the development of methods for activation of building remodeling and strengthening of safety management, like activation measures, licensing and ordering regulation updates, etc regarding the remodeling. Safety inspection and in-depth inspection before and after remodeling should be regulated. The construction materials for remodeling should be light weighted and the construction methods which can minimize the impact and vibration during construction should be selected. The improvement of regulation on the remodeling contractor qualification and order method should be updated. If the remodeling is activated and safety management is reinforced by the suggested measures, solving of lack of house, prevention of abuse of resources, and improvement of residential environment could be accomplished rationally.
