경찰공무원(순경) 채용제도 개선방안에 관한 실증적 연구

이 연구에서는 경찰공무원(순경) 채용 전 과정에 대한 인식조사와 개선방안을 모색하는데 목적이 있다. 인식조사 결과를 토대로 현재 시행되고 있는 경찰공무원(순경) 채용시험제도의 개선할 부분에 대해 다음과 같은 정책적 대안을 제시하였다. 첫째, 필기시험에 있어서 실무적으로 활용도 떨어진 영어과목 삭제와 다양한 지식을 평가할 수 있는 과목을 추가시키자는 것, 객관식 문제출제에서 장기적으로 단답형 및 논술형 문제를 섞어서 출제하자는 것, 공정하고 투명성을 위해 시험문제 및 정답을 공개하자는 것, 문제출제는 현직 경찰공무원과 전국 경찰관련 대학교수들을 위촉하여 공동 출제하는 것이다. 둘째, 체력검사에서는 체력검사 종목을 전반적으로 개선하여 지구력이 요하는 1000m 달리기 또는 팔꿈혀 펴기 등이 좋을 것이며, 더 나아가 근력, 근지구력, 체지방, 순발력 등 혼합하여 업무관련성이 높은 종목으로 교체하자는 것이다. 셋째, 면접시험에서 면접관들도 경찰공무원뿐만 아니라 정신과 의사나 심리학자들을 참여시키자는 것, 과학적 질문구성 및 응답내용․태도에 대해 과학적으로 표준화되고 계량화된 측정기법 개발․활용하자는 것이다. 넷째, 최종합격자 결정비율에서는 전문지식도 중요하겠지만 경찰업무의 특성상 강인한 체력이 요구되며, 봉사정신과 투철한 사명감이 요구되기 때문에 필기시험 하향조정과 체력검사와 적성검사, 면접시험 비중에 대한 상향조정을 하자는 것이다. This study intends to examine the recognition on the overall employment process of police officials (patrols) and grope for ways to improve it. Based on the research results on the recognition, it suggests political alternatives as follows regarding points to be improved in the selective examination for police officials (patrols) presently being implemented.First, it includes the deletion of the English subject in the written test which practically has little utilization, addition of new subjects that can evaluate various knowledge, addition of short answer and essay type questions in the long term to the objective test, publication of the questions and answers for fairness and transparency, and setting of questions by both present police officials and police related professors from all over the nation.Second, for the physical examination, they asked to change sport items generally and add a 1000m race demanding endurance, push-up and also asked to replace present items with the ones having higher relativity to practical affairs by mixing such things like muscular strength, Muscular Endurance, body fat and powerThird, in the interview test, the alternatives include the participation of not only police officials but psychiatrists and psychologists as interviewers and scientific question formation and the development and utilization of scientifically standardized and quantified methods measuring responses and attitudes.And fourth, in determining the rate of final successful candidates, their expertise is surely important, but police work also demands physical strength, service mind, and a strong sense of duty as well; therefore, the written test should be revised downwards whereas the physical examination, aptitude test, and interview test need to be considered more importantly.

Aurofac 2A의 첨가시험(자돈발육에 미치는 영향)

This study was conducted to review the effect of aurofac 2A in weanling pigs and to check the growth stimulation and economical value of the eafect, during Oct. 3, 1953 to Dec. 3, 1953. Eight (8) weanling pigs were divided into 4 groups according to strain and allotted at random to experimental treatments. 1. Aurofac 2A was found to stimulate strikingy the body weight gain. 2. Weight gain rate per unit of digestible pure protein was found higher in aurofac 2A. supplemented group. This fact indicates the expensive protein feed can be saved by utilizing less expensive aurofac 2A. 3. Economical review of this study showed that the aurofac 2A supplemented group was mere benifitial than control group.

퍼지를 응용한 포의 태 평가 (III) -경편성물에 대한 적용-

This research carried out the comprehensive evaluation of warp-knitted fabrics using the mathematical approach which is the product of the 8 selected main mechanical characteristics and the weighted factor vector (A). 50 kinds of warp-knitted fabrics were newly made for clothing, and we chose the fabrics that are represented the upper and lower limit value of selected mechanical properties from KES-FB systems. Moreover, an advanced and modified fuzzy hand evaluation was introduced on the basis of four deformable ways (tensile, shear, compression and bending properties) and two physical characteristics (weight and thickness) of fabric. In this study, each mechanical characteristics which are resulted from the expecting 8 factors of warpknitted fabrics transformed into the meaningful value of scale by fuzzy transformation matrix (R). And another indict sensible element is the weighted factor vector, which was deduced from a survey of panels of judges (N=30). Above all, the two combined factors for the stretchiness (WC RC) and the bulkiness (RT EM) well explained the practical hand properties of warp-knitted fabrics. And the difference between the results of Kawabata's THV and the results of fuzzy method were compared and analyzed, and then the suitability of fuzzy method were verified by the subjective assessment.
