      • 초등학교 체육 프로그램이 아동의 체력 발달에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to develop a Physical Education Program for elementary school children and to examine the effect of the program on improving of children's muscular strength, muscular power, flexibility, agility, foot · eye · arm coordination. The subject of this study were 144 elementary school children: 72 for the control group(36 male, 36 female), 72 for the experimental group(36 male, 36 female), respectively. The Physical Education Program was composed of Physical Curriculum contents. The experimental group was subjected to the 12-week Physical Education Program three times a week, while the control group received normal physical education lessons. The program was applied based on following sequences, Monday Stretching, zig-zag run, implement location, 50m run; Wednesday stretching, jump rope, implement location, shuttle run; Friday stretching, a hurdle race. The program was reviewed for modifying the intensity of a exorcise every 4 weeks. The result of this study can be summarized as follows. First, the experiment group which had gone through the Physical Education Program showed higher fitness scores than the control group after completing the program. Second, When it was compared with the scores of every four weeks, male students showed greater improvement on fitness than their female counterparts. There were interaction effects on the duration of a exercise and gender. Third, When it was compared with the scores of every four weeks, middle students showed greater improvement on fitness than their higher and lower counterparts. There were interaction effects on the duration of a exercise and fitness level. In conclusion, this study showed that the Physical Education Program could improve the physical fitness of elementary school children. This might ensure the status of physical education as a meaningful in the elementary school.

        비만아동의 신체상, 운동참여 스트레스가 운동참여에 미치는 영향

        연구배경: 비만 아동의 건강 증진과 정서와 사회 심리적 발달에 운동참여가 절실한 상황에서 비만 아동의 운동참여를 높이기 위해 비만아동과 정상아동의 신체상, 운동참여 스트레스,운동참여수준을 비교하여 비만아동의 운동참여를 살펴보고 비만도와 신체상, 운동참여 스트레스가 비만 아동의 운동참여에어떠한 영향을 주는지 살펴보았다. 방법: 2011년 서울시에 거주하는 초등학생 4, 6학년 남녀학생(정상 아동: 287, 비만아동: 205)을 대상으로 비만도 판단을 위한 체지방률을 측정하고, 운동참여수준, 신체상과 운동참여 스트레스(비만 스트레스, 친구 비난스트레스, 실패 두려움스트레스, 낮은 운동능력 스트레스, 덥고힘든 운동 스트레스)는 설문지를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 비만아동과 정상아동간비교를 위한 t 검증과 운동참여스트레스에 대한 회귀분석 결과를 유의수준 P <.05에서 검증하였다. 결과: 비만아동과 정상아동은 운동강도, 운동선호종목, 주관적 체력수준에서 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 비만아동이 비만,덥고힘든 운동, 실패 두려움에 대한 스트레스를 높게 지각하였다. 비만도, 신체상은 주관적 운동능력과 운동참여 스트레스는운동참여수준과 부적 상관이 나타났다. 운동참여스트레스와운동참여수준간의 회귀분석에서 비만아동의 덥고힘든 운동 스트레스는 운동참여횟수에, 실패 두려움은 운동참여도에 부정적으로 영향을 주었으며, 낮은 운동능력은 운동참여에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 비만아동의 운동참여를 높이기 위해서는 비만아동이덥고힘든 운동 스트레스와 실패에 대한 두려움 스트레스를 낮게 지각하고, 특히 낮은운동능력에 대한 스트레스를 긍정적으로 수용하도록 도와야할 것이다.

        준비 운동을 위한 창작활동 프로그램이 초등학생의 체력 및 창의성에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of fitness and creativity on the creative warming-up program in physical education for elementary school students. The program was proposed with the 7th curriculum, especially 5th grade of physical education curriculum, and the program was reorganized with elementary school teachers and dance educators. The program consists of 24 10-minute creative warming-up lesson units, which were divided with 5 areas. 2classes(experimental group) were subjected to the 8-week creative active program in physical education, and other 2classes(control group) had done stretching and running program. Data collected from pre- and post tests of fitness and creativity was subjected to t-tests to test for significant differences both between groups and gender. Repeated two-way analysis of variance was applied to examine the interaction effects by groups and gender. The conclusions of this study can be summarized as follows: 1) The program was effective positively on the experimental group. The result of fitness and creativity test showed that jumping and the faculty of visual memory had been improved significantly. 2) The effects of program were different as gender. When the pretest scores were compared with post test score, female students was more improved than male students in fitness and creativity. Pretest showed the fact male students were excellent on 50m running, sit-up, jumping and female students were excellent on the faculty of cooperativeness and hearing memory. as the post test, the result of female students was improved in the faculty of logical thinking, visual differentiation, hearing memory. 3) There were no group-gender interaction effects in the post test scores. The gender factor was effective on fitness and the experimental factor was mostly effective on creativity. In conclusion, this study showed that the creativity warming-up program could improve fitness and creativity of elementary school students. This might work as a way of ensuring the statues of PE as a meaningful subject in elementary school.

        Soundproofing effect of nano particle reinforced polymer composites

        In this paper, the effects of soundproofing by polymer and carbon-nanotube (CNT) composites were investigated. The specimens for sound insulation measurement were fabricated with Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS)/CNT composites. Tests showed that sound transmission loss of ABS/CNT 15 vol.% composite was higher by 21.7% (4.1 dB) than that of pure ABS specimen at a frequency of 3400 Hz. It was found that the principal factor influencing the improvement of sound insulations of ABS/CNT composites was increased stiffness by CNT additives. To demonstrate the practical applicability of polymer/CNT composites, tests were conducted for the reduction of operational noise from mechanical relay.
