소셜미디어 인플루언서의 외식상품 광고에 대한 소비가치가 신뢰와 구매의도에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 소셜미디어 인플루언서의 외식상품 광고에 대한 소비가치가 신뢰와 구매의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 소셜미디어를 통해 인플루언서의 광고를 접한 경험이 있는 외식 소비자를 대상으로하여 판단추출방법으로 구글을 활용한 온라인 설문조사와 대면조사를 병행하였다. 총 236명이 본 설문조사에 참여하였으며 224부를 실증분석에 이용하였다. 본 연구의 가설의 검증 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회적 가치, 기능적 가치, 쾌락적 가치는 인플루언서 신뢰에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 사회적 가치와 기능적 가치는 상품 신뢰에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 인플루언서 신뢰와 상품신뢰는 구매의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 사회적 가치, 쾌락적 가치, 기능적 가치는 구매의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 이러한 결과는 외식기업이 소셜미디어를 사용하는 외식 소비자의 소비가치를 파악하는 것이 중요하며, 소셜미디어 인플루언서의 영향력을 활용해 신뢰와 구매의도를 높일 수 있는 효과적인 마케팅 전략을 개발하는데 시사점을 제공한다. This study investigates the effect of the consumption value of social media influencers’ advertisements for restaurant products on trust and purchase intention. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, data was obtained from restaurant consumers who had experienced influencers' advertisements on social media by adopting a judgment sampling technique. Both online- and paper-based surveys were conducted simultaneously, and the online-based questionnaire was developed using Google Docs. Among 236 participants, 224 valid copies were used for the hypotheses test. The findings of this study are as follows. First, social, functional, and hedonic values positively and significantly affect influencer trust, while social and functional values positively and significantly affect purchase intention. Second, influencer and product trust have positive and significant effects on purchase intention. Third, social, hedonic, and functional values positively and significantly affect purchase intention. These findings are essential for restaurant companies to understand the consumption value of restaurant consumers who use social media and provide implications for developing effective marketing strategies that can increase trust and purchase intention by utilizing the influence of social media influencers.

Today`s environment of enterprises has changed from the ear with shortage of supply to the ear with surplus supply and the change in enterprises is so rapid that fainting may be felt. At the moment, the change is strengthening the relationship with customers in terms of scale and potential became the problem that is related to the existence of enterprises Therefore, in this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted to the students in Gang-Nam educational institutes and office employees to know what influence is made by the reward program of family restaurants on customer satisfaction and revisits. As the result of the survey, excessively expanded reward program to motivate Customer Relationship Management should be reconsidered to meet the circumstances of enterprises and the atmosphere of family restaurant and quality of provided menu that meets the service would be enforced.
A Fuel Cell Simulator for Control Logic Verification and Operator Training

This research presents a fuel cell simulator for control logic verification and operator training. Nowadays, power industries are focusing on clean energy as a response to new policy. The fuel cell can be the solution for clean energy, but operating technology is not well developed compared to other conventional power plans because of its short history. Therefore we need a simulator to verify the new control strategy and train operators, because the price of a real fuel cell system is too high and mechanically weak to be used for these kind of purposes. To develop the simulator, a 300 KW MCFC(Molten Carbonate Fuel Cell) system was modeled with stack, BOPs(pre-reformer, steam generator, etc) and mechanical components(valves, pipes, pumps, blowers, etc). The process model was integrated to emulated control system and HMI(Human Machine Interface). A static load and open loop tests were conducted for verifying the accuracy of the process model, since it is the most important part in the simulation. After verifying the process model, an automatic load change and start-up tests were conducted to verify the performance of a new control strategy(logic and functional loops).
