바람직한 유아교육을 위한 가정과 유아교육기관의 상호보완적 기능에 관한 고찰

In this paper, I investigate the function of home and infant education institutes, which should interact and help each other. It concludes as follows ; 1. For the desirable infant education, the role of home is important. And infant education time should be related to the every day life, giving up the misconception that infant education is accomplished during only one year just before entering the elementary school. 2. Through free scope of active time, the teacher is able to carry our her duty and role. The limited active time prevents the infants from getting individually planned education and programs of their teacher. 3. When the daily active time is freely scheduled, the teacher can educate her infants according to their character of acts and degree of development. 4. It should be recognized that the infant education institutes substitute home. Home is the cradle of infant education and it should be closely interrelated to the institutes. 5. The emphasis on the function of home-like kindergarten anticipates mother role of the teacher. Therefore, it's desirable for the teacher to be married and have experience of childcare rather than to be unmarried.
고지방 식이에 있어 체내 지질농도 및 건강 개선에 미치는 연근 추출물의 기능성 평가

In this study, lotus root(Nelumbo nucifera G.) which has been used in oriental medicine and folks remedy, was studied to apply to functional foods. We investigated the effects of the lotus root extracts(LTE) with hot water on the reduction of serum lipid and improvement of blood parameters in rats fed high fat diet for 5 weeks. Sprague-Dawley rats weigh $150g\pm15g$, were randomly assigned to 4 groups such as basal diet only(BDG), high fat diet without LTE(FDCG), high fat diet with $6\%$ LTE(FD6L), high fat diet with $12\%$ LTE(FD12L). The results of this study were as follows. Hematological data were not significantly different among 4 groups. Serum transferrin concentration and GOT activity were reasonable levels in FD6L and FD12L groups compared with FDCG group. Total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, triglyceride in serum and atherogenic index were remarkably reduced in LTE supplemented groups as compared with the control group. But HDL-cholesterol contents in FD6L and FD12L groups were significantly increased compared with that in control group. These results imply that lotus root extracts could be used as a potent food resources for decrease of serum lipid concentration.

Took an experiment of the jam manufacture with the raw material―the persimmons mellowed naturally and the persimmons which were got rid of astringency artificially―with many kinds of Korean persimmons.<br/> The results as follows :<br/> 1. Table 1. shows the analysis Table of the nutritional composition in the raw persimmon and Table 2. shows the gelation factor content in the persimmon.<br/> 2. Table 3. shows the mixture ratio of the manufacturing raw material of persimmon jam and shows the properties of the jam.<br/> 3. The color of the jam manufactured with made from the natural mellowed persimmons was persimmon color containing black spot or orange. But the jam manufactured with the persimmons which were got rid of astringency by ethanol changed from persimmon color to light purple during the storage.<br/> 4. The jam manufactured with the natural mellowed persimmons did not taste astringent but the jam manufactured with the persimmons which were got rid of astringency artificially tasted astringent.
