        프로폴리스를 혼합한 리도카글의 항균 효과 평가

        Objectives: This study attempted to verify the antibacterial effect of a lidocagle solution mixed with propolis, at different concentrations, against S. mutans, S. salivarius, and S. mitis. Methods: The disk diffusion method, bacterial activity test, and colony formation evaluation assay were performed to evaluate the antibacterial activity of the solutions. Collected data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA and Tukey's post hoc analyses in SPSS 21.0 ver. (SPSS Inc., Chicago, IL, USA); statistical significance was set at 0.05. Results: In the disc diffusion assay, the diameter of the inhibition zone decreased in media containing Lidocagle and propolis at a high concentration (30 vol%). In contrast, in the bacterial activity evaluation test, bacterial activity increased in media containing propolis an high Lidocagle solution concentrations (except for that at 10% vol). In the colony formation evaluation test, the highest number of colonies was formed in media with propolis and a low concentration of the Lidocagle solution (p<0.05). Conclusions: The results suggest that the antibacterial effect depends on the Lidocagle:propoli ratio in the medium. Results also showed that 10%, 20%, and 30% Lidocagle solution volume mixes had partial antibacterial effect against S. mutans, S. salivarius, and S. mitis.

        아카시아 잎 추출물의 생리 활성 및 고분자 미셀과 세포투과 펩티드를 적용한 피부흡수증진 효과

        This study was conducted to evaluate physiological activity of Robinia pseudo-acacia leaf and its skin penetration using polymer micelles and skin penetrating peptide. After extraction with Robinia pseudo-acacia using the ethanol and distilled water, various physiological activities were examined. The total concentration of polyphenol compounds was determined to be 47.42 mg/g (ethanol extract), 56.88 mg/g (hydrothermal extract) and DPPH radical scavenging ability at 1,000 μg/mL was 44.24% in ethanol extract and it is higher than value(41.50%) in hydrothermal extract. The elastase inhibitory assay showed concentration dependence and elastase inhibition of Robinia pseudo acacia leaf ethanol extract was 54.09%, which was the highest at 500 μg/mL. In the SOD-like experiments, the concentration-dependent results were showed and the SOD-like activity of the Robinia pseudo-acacia leaf ethanol extract was higher than that of the Robinia pseudo acacia leaf hydrothermal extract at all concentrations. At a concentration of 500 μg/mL, Robinia pseudo acacia leaf ethanol extract showed the highest SOD-like activity of 76.41%. The tyrosinase inhibition at 20 μg/mL was determined to be 56.47% (ethanol extract), 23.05% (hydrothermal extract). In the antimicrobial experiments, the hydrothermal extract had no effect, but ethanol extract represented maximum clear zone of 11.00 mm in Propionbacterium acnes strain and maximum clear zone of 10.50 mm. in Bacillus subtilis strain. To solve the problem of insolubility and to improve skin penetration, PCL-PEG polymer micelles containing Robinia pseudo-acacia leaf ethanol extracts and 1.0% cell permeable peptide, hexa-D-arginine (R6) were successfully prepared with particle size of 108.23 and 126.47 nm and excellent skin permeation effects could be showed. 본 연구의 목적은 아카시아 잎의 생리활성을 평가하고 고분자 미셀과 세포투과 펩티드를 이용한 피부흡수 증진에 관한 것이다. 아카시아 잎을 열수 및 에탄올 추출한 후에, 항노화, 미백, 항균 등 다양한 생리활성을 측정하였다. 총 polyphenol 함량은 열수 추출에서 56.88 ㎎/g, 에탄올 추출에서 47.42 ㎎/g이고, DPPH radical 소거능은 농도 1,000 μg/mL에서, 에탄올 추출물의 경우 44.24% 저해율을 나타냈고 이는 열수 추출물의 값(41.50%)보다 더 좋은 효능을 나타냈다. Elastase 저해능 실험결과에서 농도 의존성을 보였으며, 아카시아 잎 에탄올 추출물 500 μg/mL에서 가장 높은 54.09% 저해능, 열수 추출물은 36.95% 저해능을 보였다. SOD 유사 활성능 결과에서 농도 의존적인 결과를 보였고, 모든 농도에서 아카시아 잎 에탄올 추출물이 열수 추출물의 값보다 높았다. 500 μg/mL에서 76.41%, 같은 농도에서 아카시아 잎 에탄올 추출에서 86.31%로 더욱 높은 활성을 나타냈다. Tyrosinase 저해능 실험에서는 아카시아 잎 에탄올 추출물 농도 20 mg/mL에서 56.47% 저해율, 아카시아 잎 열수 추출물은 23.05% 저해율이 나타났다. 항균실험 결과에서는 아카시아 열수 추출물은 항균효과를 나타내지 못했지만, 아카시아 에탄올 추출물은 Propionbacterium acnes 균주에서 11.00 mm의 최대 clear zone을, Bacillus subtilis 균주에선 10.50 mm로 최대 clear zone을 제시하였다. 난용성 문제와 피부 흡수율을 증진시키기 위하여, 아카시아 에탄올 추출물과 1.0% 세포투과 펩티드(6개 알르기닌, R6)을 함유한 108.23, 126.47 nm로 약 1/10배 미세한 나노입자 크기를 갖는 PCL-PEG 고분자 미셀이 성공적으로 제조되었고, 우수한 경피흡수 증진 효과를 나타낼 수 있었다.

        Prediction of moisture content in steamed and dried purple sweet potato using 2 hyperspectral imaging analysis

        Partial least squares regression (PLSR) modelingwas performed to predict the moisture content in steamed,dried purple sweet potato based on spectral data obtainedfrom hyperspectral imaging analysis. The PLSR modelwith a combination of multiplicative scatter correction,Savitzky–Golay, and first derivative exhibited the highestaccuracy (RP2 = 0.9754). The wavelengths found thatstrongly affected the PLSR model were 961.12, 1065.50,1083.93, 1173.23, and 1233.89 nm. These wavelengthswere associated with the O–H second overtone and thesecond overtone of C–H, C–H2, and C–H3. When PLSRmodeling was performed using these selected wavelengths,the prediction accuracy of the PLSR model exhibited highaccuracy (RP2 = 0.9521). Therefore, the moisture contentcould be predicted with high accuracy using only fivewavelengths rather than the full spectrum.

      • Antimicrobial Effect of Supercritical Robinia pseudo-acacia Leaf Extracts and Its Epidermis Penetration with Cell Penetrating Peptide

        This study was conducted to evaluate physiological activity of Robinia pseudo-acacia leaf and its skin penetration using liposome and cell penetrating peptide. After extraction with Robinia pseudo-acacia leaf using the distilled water and supercritical, various physiological activities were examined. In antioxidants experiments, the total concentration of polyphenol compounds was determined to be 56.88 mg/g in hydrothermal extract, 45.07 mg/g in supercritical extract. In the antimicrobial experiments, the hydrothermal extract had no effect, but supercritical extract represented maximum clear zone of 14.00 mm in Staphylococcus aureus strain. Liposome containing the RSE (Robinia pseudo-acacia leaf supercritical extract) reduced particle size and stabilized zeta potential. In the epidermal permeability experiment, it was confirmed that the permeation of liposome containing the RSE and cell penetrating peptides was remarkable.

        This paper addresses the issue of redesign of heavy industry machinery based on product-service system paradigm. Several user requirements and preferences of heavy industry machinery are gathered and grouped to make object tree that will be utilized later for generating requirement categories. Each requirement category is then represented in terms of design taxonomy and then clustered as E3 experience value framework. This aids the redesign of heavy industry machinery based on the experience values from user requirements.

        초임계 이산화탄소를 이용한 참당귀 유효 성분의 추출 및 생리활성 효능

        본 연구는 참당귀에서 유효 성분을 보다 효율적으로 추출하는 방법을 찾아 참당귀의 효능을 극대화하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 열수, 에탄올 및 초임계 이산화탄소 추출법으로 참당귀를 추출한 후, 데커신, 데커시놀 안젤레이트 함량 분석, 총 폴리 페놀 함량 정량, 그리고 항산화, 미백, 항균에 대한 효능 평가를 진행하였다. 데커신, 데커시놀 안젤레이트의 함량은 초임계 이산화탄소 추출물에서 38.65%로 매우 높았고, 총 폴리페놀 함량은 열수 추출물, 에탄올 추출물, 초임계 이산화탄소 추출물 순으로 높았지만, 그 차이가 비교적 적었다. 항산화 효능은 총 폴리페놀 함량과 경향이 일치하였고, 항균 효능은 데커신, 데커시 놀 안젤레이트 함량과 경향이 일치하였다. 본 연구를 통해 참당귀에서 유효 성분을 추출하기 위한 최적의 방법은 초임계 이산화 탄소 추출법임을 확인하였다. This study aimed to maximize the efficacy of Angelica gigas by finding a more effective way to extract active compounds from Angelica gigas. After extracting Angelica gigas by hydrothermal, ethanol, and supercritical carbon dioxide extraction methods, analysis of decursin and decursinol angelate content, quantification of total polyphenol content, and evaluation of efficacy of antioxidant, whitening, and antibacterial were conducted. The content of decursin and decursinol angelate was very high at 38.65% of the supercritical carbon dioxide extract, and the total polyphenol content was high in the order of hydrothermal extract, ethanol extract and supercritical carbon dioxide extract, but the difference was relatively small. The antioxidant effects were consistent with the total polyphenol content, and the antibacterial effects were consistent with the decursin and decursinol angelate content. In other words, through this study, we found that the optimal method for extracting active compounds from Angelica gigas is the supercritical carbon dioxide extraction method.

      • A Clinical Study on Anti-wrinkle Efficacy of a Cosmetics Containing Oligoarginine Conjugation of Palmitoyl-GHK peptide for Skin Penetrating

        In this study, arginine was conjugated with Pal-GHK to get Pal-GHK-R4 and wrinkle improvement clinical trials of cosmetics containing Pal-GHK-R4 were conducted. As a result of total 21 subjects used the test products 4 weeks use on the face area; 1) measurement results of crow’s feet, analysis value of crow’s feet statistically significantly decreased after 2 and 4 weeks; 2) measurement results of skin moisturization, measured value of skin moisture content statistically significantly increased after 2 and 4 weeks; measurement results of TEWL after 2 and 4 weeks use, measured value of TEWL statistically significantly decreased after 2 and 4 weeks use. 3) there was no skin adverse event reported after using the products during the study period. Therefore, the test products containing both wrinkle improving and skin penetrating peptides, Pal-GHK-R4 are considered to have beneficial effects on improvement of skin wrinkle, moisturization, TEWL after 2 and 4 weeks use of test product.

      • Arginine Oligopeptide, R4를 이용한 주름개선 펩티드의 경피흡수 연구

        피부세포간 지질과 세포막의 성분과 구조를 해석하여 피부 약물전달의 율속단계에 해당하는 각질 세포간 지질에 대해 구조와 성분을 비교한 결과, 세포막은 인지질이 주성분이고, 각질 세포간 지질은 세라마이드, 지방산, 콜레스테롤, 콜레스테롤 에스터가 주성분으로 성분은 서로 다르지만, 지질이중층(Lipid Bilayer)를 공통적으로 지니고 있다는 점을 고찰하였다. 본 연구에서는 약물전달용 Arginine OlipoPeptide, R4를 피부에 적용하여 약물전달효과를 측정하였고 그 대상은 GHK, Cu-GHK, Pal-GHK 등의 주름개선 펩티드를 이용하였다. 약물전달용 펩티드인 Arginine OlipoPeptide, R4와 주름개선 펩티드(GHK, Cu-GHK, Pal-GHK)에 약물전달용 펩티드를 함께 적용시 주름개선 펩티드의 약물전달이 Cu-Peptide, Cu-GHK, Pal-GHK 모두 경피 약물전달 증가효과를 확인하였고 이를 통해 주름개선 화장품으로의 적용가능성을 확인할 수 있었다.

      • Enhancing the Moisturizing Ability of the Skin Softener using Nanoemulsion Based on Phospholipid Liposome

        This study aimed to improve low moisturizing ability and stability that existing skin softeners have due to the low oil content, by developing skin softener using nanoemulson of phospholipid liposome. In this study, two types of oil and two kinds of lecithin were respectively applied to produce nanoemulsion. The droplet size of nanoemulsion containing DC200/6cs and unsaturated lecithin was the smallest Therefore, with the smallest particle size and high stability, moisture contents and TEWL were measured using the skin softener of DC200/6cs and unsaturated lecithin contained nanoemulsion, and the measurement was compared with the non-oil skin softener and the skin softener with only small amount of oil. The results showed that the moisture content of the skin softener using nanoemulsion increased greatly than other two skin softeners, showing high hydration ability and water retention capacity, and TEWL decreased greatly, therefore preventing the evaporation of moisture from the skin.
