방사성 동위원소를 이용한 Testicular scan에 관한 고찰
허남윤 대한영상의학회 1983 대한영상의학회지 Vol.19 No.2
There has been no adequate diagnostic method for the diagnosis o intrascrotal lesions until recent days. But after the development of radionuclide testicular scan, early and relatively accurate diagnosis of the testicular lesions are possible. So the authors analyzed the 32 cases of patients who were examined by testicular scan and confirmed by follow up study or operation, and the results are as follows ; 1. There 32 cases consists of 13 cases of epididymitis, 7 cases of testicular torsion, 4 of cryptorchism, 2 of testicular tumor and etc. The over all diagnostic accuracy is about 69%. 2. In epididymitis, the diagnostic accuracy is 85% (11/13) and the findings of scan are increased perfusion in radionuclide angiogram and hot activity noted mainly in peripheral portion of the testicle in static image. 3. In cases of testicular torsion, diagnostic accuracy is 86%(6/7). Acute torsion shows normal perfusion in angiogram and round cold area in static image. But in missed torsion, perfusion is increased and round cold area with surrounding hyperemia is noted in static image. Radionuclide testicular scan seems to be noninvasive, inexpensive, easily available and simple to perform with low gonadal radiation does. So it can be very useful as the first study in patients with acute testicular symptoms.

Lymphoma can involve the thoracic region as primary lesions or a part of generalized lymphomatous manifestations. It has been thought that early detection of intrathoracic manifestations of lymphoma is very important for treatment and prognosis. So the authors analyze the 150 cases of lymphoma and their manifestations. The results are as follows: 1. Intrathoracic involvement of lymphoma occurred about 50% of all cases and more frequently in males than females with the ratio of 4:1. 2. Hodgkin's lymphoma (59%) involves the thoracic region more often than Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (52%). 3. The most frequent manifestations of lymphoma in chest X-ray are mediastinal lymphadenopathy (30%) and hilar lymphadenopathy (22%). 4. Parenchymal lesions are seen in 27% of cases. 5. Pleural effusion (13%) and pericardial effusion (6%) are also occurred and rarely chest wall mass is noted.
변이주인 Trichoderma reesei YC-3156이 생산하는 Cellulase에 관한 연구
오두환,안순철,유주현,허남윤 연세대학교 산업기술연구소 1987 논문집 Vol.19 No.2
After the treatment 15 strains of Trichoderma sp. and 4 isolates with N-methyl-N´-nitro-nitrosoguanidine, T. reesei YC-3156 among the mutants showed the highest cellulase activity. The Avicelase of T. reesei YC-3156 was purified by 70% ammonium sulfate fractionation, dialysis, DEAE-Sepharose column chromatography and Sephadex G-100 Gel-filtration. With the result of the procedures, its purification degree was 13 folds, yield 9.3% and specific activity 0.9 unit/mg. The homogeneity and the molecular weights of the purified Avicelase were determined by SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, it was electrophoretically homogeneous and showed the molecular weights of 46,000-48,000. The purified Avicelase was stable between pH 4.0 and pH 5.0 and it was inactivated rapidly above 60℃.

Red ginseng tail roots (9.8 g water/100 g sample) were puffed at 7, 8, 9, and 10 kgf/cm2 using a rotational puffing gun. Puffed red ginseng was extracted with 70% ethanol, and the concentrated extract was successively partitioned with diethyl ether, n-butanol and H2O. Two unknown ginsenosides from puffed red ginseng were found at 63 and 65 min of retention time in HPLC chromatogram suggesting that chemical structure of some ginsenosides might be altered during the puffing process. Identification of two unknown compounds was carried out using TLC, HPLC and NMR. Two major compounds were isolated from TLC. According to TLC result, compound I was expected to be the mixture of ginsenosides Rk1 and Rg5, and compound II was expected to be a 20(S)-ginsenoside Rg3. Three compounds were isolated from n-butanol fraction through repeated silica gel and octadecyl silica gel column chromatographies. From the result of 1H- and 13C-NMR data, the chemical structures of unknown compounds were determined as ginsenoside Rg5 and 20(S)-ginsenoside Rg3. Unfortunately, ginsenoside Rk1 could not be separated from ginsenoside-Rg5 in the compound I. It was carefully reexamined using HPLC and confirmed that the last unknown compound was ginsenoside-Rk1.
