벤처기업 투자를 위한 실무 평가 지표와 해석

본 연구는 벤처캐피탈의 투자평가 시 심사역의 직관과 경험 위주의 투자 행태에서 벗어나 객관적으로 평가할 수 있는 실무 투자 평가 지표를 도출하고 지표별 해석을 통해 벤처기업 투자 평가 효율성 제고를 목적으로 하였다. 연구를 위해 벤처캐피탈 심사역 65명을 대상으로 설문분석과 AHP 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 벤처캐피탈의 벤처기업 투자결정에 가장 중요한 평가요인은 시장 관련 요인들이었으며, 투자를 희망하는 벤처기업에게는 시장접근성, 경영자 기술/경영 경험 및 추천/평판 등이 중요한 것으로 나타났다. This paper suggests objective practical investment index for venture capital investment evaluation, deviating from investment behavior that relies on venture capitalist's intuition and experience. To deduct universally valid practical venture investment index, We conducted a survey of venture capitalist 65 and analyzed the data using AHP method. The results show that when VCs determine whether to invest in a venture or not, market related factors are considered most important. For venture companies who hope to receive investment from VCs, market access, CEO's technical / managerial experience, and recommendation/reputation are considered as crucial factors.

예비유아교사의 다문화 교수효능감이 다문화 교육역량에 미치는 영향: 인권의식의 매개효과를 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 예비유아교사의 다문화 교육역량, 다문화 교수효능감 및 인권의식 간의 관계를 살펴보고 다문화 교수효능감이 다문화 교육역량 및 그 하위 요인에 대하여 미치는 영향에서 인권의식의 매개효과는 어떠한지를 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구를 위해서 2019년 04월 1일부터 2019년 5월 15일까지 전라남도 지역에 위치한 대학교에 재학 중인 남녀대학생 201명을 대상으로 설문한 내용을 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 먼저 예비유아교사의 다문화 교육역량, 다문화 교수효능감 및 인권의식 간의 관계를 살펴보기 위하여 Pearson 적률상관분석을 실시하였고, 다문화 교수효능감이 다문화 교육역량 및 그 하위 요인에 대하여 미치는 영향에서 인권의식의 매개 효과가 나타나는지를 살펴보기 위하여 Baron과 Kenny의 3단계 매개회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과로는 첫째, 다문화 교육역량, 다문화 교수효능감 및 인권의식 간의 관계에서는 유의미한 정적 상관이 나타났다. 이는 다문화 교육역량, 다문화 교수 효능감 및 인권의식 상호간의 유의미한 관계가 있음을 의미한다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 인권의식은 다문화 교수효능감 그리고 다문화 교육역량 및 그 모든 하위요인사이에서 부분적으로 매개효과를 보이고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 다문화 교수효능감이 직접적으로 다문화 교육역량 그리고 다문화 교육역량의 하위요인에 영향을 주기도 하지만, 다문화 교수효능감이 인권의식에 영향을 주는 것을 통해 다문화 교육역량 및 다문화 교육 역량의 하위요인들을 더욱 증가시킬 수 있음을 시사한다. The purpose of this study is to observe the relationship between multicultural education capability, multicultural efficacy, and human right awareness, and then it is to find out the effects on multicultural education capability and its subfactors of multicultural teaching capability: what would be the results on mediating effect of human rights. The collected data was first to observe the relationship between the prospective children teacher’s multicultural education capability, multicultural efficacy, and human rights. The Pearson probability correlation analysis was performed. The Baron and Kenny’s the three steps parametric regression analysis were conducted to look if the mediating effects of human right awareness would be appeared: multicultural teaching efficacy impacts on the multicultural education capability and the subordinate factors. The study results are as follows: first, there was a relevant static correlation in the relationship between the multicultural education capability, the multicultural efficacy, and human rights awareness . it means that there are significant relationships between them. Second, human rights awareness of the prospective young children teacher appeared partial mediating effect vetween the multicultural teaching efficacy, the multicultural education capability, and the rest of all subfactors. It shows that the multicultural teaching efficacy effects the multicultural education capability directly and the subfactors of the multicultural education capability. However, it also previws that the multicultural teaching efficacy could increase the multicultural education capability and the subfactors of the multicultural education cppability.

서비스사이언스의 연구 영역에 관한 3계층 입체 참조 모형

This research was tried for developing the model on the service science research scope. The suggested model is composed as 3 layer dimensional reference model. The first axis is on the perspective of service life cycle. Another second axis is on the service research characteristics or types. And last axis is also on the service systems. At here, service life cycle is related to service strategy, service development, and service implementation of operation. The service research characteristics or types is related to service basic research, service application research, and service convergence research. Lastly, the service systems is related to the needs analysis, service competence and service resources. This model can be applicable to include the various research topic or theme related on the service sciences. In the future, some enhanced models from researchers or practices from service providers, related on the service science research scope, are expected. 본 연구는 서비스사이언스에 관한 제 연구영역을 모형화하기 위해서 시도되었다. 제안된 모형은 3계층의 입체적 참조모형이다. 첫째 축은 서비스의 수명주기 관점의 차원이며, 두 번째 축은 서비스 관련 연구 성격의 차원, 그리고 세 번째 차원은 서비스 시스템 구성요소의 차원이다. 서비스 수명주기는 서비스 전략, 서비스 개발 그리고 서비스 실행 또는 운영을 포함한다. 서비스 관련 연구 성격은 기초연구, 응용연구 그리고 융복합연구를 포함한다. 마지막으로 서비스 시스템 구성요소는 서비스 수요자의 욕구, 서비스 역량 그리고 서비스 자원 요소를 의미하고 있다. 본 연구에서 제안된 서비스사이언스 3계층 입체 참조모델에서는 서비스사이언스와 관련된 다양한 연구주제들을 융통성있게 모두 수용할 수 있으며, 연구자 및 실무자 관점에서 원형을 변형하거나 적절히 적용할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 즉 본 연구에서 제시된 모형을 참조하여 개선된 모델들이나, 본 참조모델을 근거로 한 기업에서의 서비스사이언스 관련 적용사례들이 많이 제시될 수 있을 것이다.

무선 PKI 환경에 적합한 타원곡선 기반 은닉 서명 제안

본 논문에서는 무선 PKI 환경에 적합한 은닉 서명을 제안한다. 제안하는 방식은 [5]에서 제안한 Gap problem을 이용한 시스템으로 이에 대한 예로는 타원곡선 기반의 Weil pairing을 이용한 서명 방식등이 될 수 있다. 특히 Weil pairing을 이용한 서명 방식은 작은 키 크기로 높은 안전성을 제공할 수 있으며, Diffie-Hellman 문제에 기반한 실용적인 은닉 서명으로는 최초의 방식이라고 할 수 있다. In this paper we propose the efficient blind signature scheme based on Gap problem. We can find the short signature schemes for Weil pairing as the example of signature schemes based on Gap problem. Since short signature scheme is based on elliptic curve, our proposed signature scheme can be used in wireless PKI environment.

Summation generator와 같이 메모리를 가지는 combiner 모델에 대해 대수적 공격이 적용 가능함은 잘 알려져 있다. 메모리를 가지는 combiner 모델에 대하여 대수적 공격을 적용하기 위해서는 대수적 방정식 수립이 필요한데, 현재까지의 모든 결과는 2비트 이상의 연속적인 출력 키수열을 필요로 하였다. 본 논문에서는 summation generator에 대한 대수적 방정식을 1비트 키수열만으로 구성할 수 있음을 보인다. 또한 ISG 알고리즘에 대해서도 1비트 키수열만을 이용한 방정식 구성이 가능함을 보인다. 이를 이용하여, summation generator 및 ISG 여러 개를 하나의 부울함수로 결합한 형태의 키수열발생기에 대해서도 대수적 공격이 가능함을 보인다. It is known that we can apply algebraic attacks on combiners with memory such as summation generators. To apply algebraic attacks on combiners with memory, we need to construct algebraic relations between the keysπearn bits and the initial bits of the LFSRs. Until now, all known methods produce algebraic relations involving several consecutive bits of keystream. In this paper, we show that algebraic relations involving only one keystream bit can be constructed for summation generators. We also show that there is an algebraic relation involving only one keystream bit for ISG proposed by Lee and Moon. Using this fact, we analyze the keystream generators which generate the keystreams by combining summation generators.

n개의 LFSR과 ℓ 비트의 메모리를 이용하는 combiner에 대하여 [n(l+1)/2]차 이하의 대수적 관계식이 존재하는 것이 이론적으로 밝혀졌다. 본 논문에서는 k 비트의 메모리를 사용하는 2<SUP>k</SUP>개의 LFSR로 이루어진 summation Generator는 연속된 k+1개의 출력값을 이용하여 초기치에 관한 2<SUP>k</SUP>차 이하의 대수적 관계식을 만들 수 있음을 보인다. 일반적으로 n개의 LFSR로 이루어진 summation Generator는 연속된 [log ₂n]+1개의 출력값을 이용하여 초기치에 관한 2<SUP>log 2n</SUP>차 이하의 대수적 관계식을 만들 수 있다. It was proved that there is an algebraic relation of degree [n(l+1)/2] for an (n, l)-combiner which consists of n LFSRs and ℓ memory bits. For the summation generator with 2<SUP>k</SUP> LFSRs which uses k memory bits, we show that there is a non-trivial relation of degree at most 2<SUP>k</SUP> using k+1 consecutive outputs. In general, for the summation generator with n LFSRs, we can construct a non-trivial algebraic relation of degree at most 2 <SUP>log 2n</SUP> using [log ₂n]+1 consecutive outputs.

RSA와 소인수 분해 문제에 기반한 대리서명 기법의 안전성 분석

최근 Zhou, Cao 그리고 Lu는 강한 위조 불가능성을 만족하는 RSA와 소인수 분해 문제 기반의 세 가지 대리서명기법을 제안하면서 각각의 대리서명 기법들이 랜덤 오라클 모델하에서 증명가능한 안전성을 제공한다는 주장을 하였다. 본 논문에서는 이 기법들이 원 서명자로부터 위임받지 않은 사용자도 유효한 대리서명을 생성할 수 있게 한다는 점을 보임으로써 대리서명이 만족해야 하는 기본적인 안전성을 만족하지 않는다는 것을 보인다. Quite recently, Zhou, Lu and Cao proposed a proxy-protected signature scheme based on the RSA assumption and two proxy-protected schemes based on the hardness of integer factorization. They also provided a security proof for each signature scheme in the random oracle model. In this paper, we show that their schemes do not satisfy a security requirement necessary for proxy signature schemes. This results in generating proxy signatures without any permission from an original signer.
