        뮈텔 주교의 《서울 대목구 지도서》(Directorium Missionis de Seoul, 1923) 연구

        In 1923, Mutel, Bishop of Vicariate Apostolic of Seoul, published Directorium Missionis de Seoul to suggest specific ministerial action plans for his priests to follow. It is an important directory for us to understand the way Bishop Mutel did his ministry in Vicariate Apostolic of Seoul and to draw a concrete picture of his various ministerial activities as bishop. It is also an important document to help understand the ministerial works of his priests and the spiritual life of the faithful there in 1920’s. Despite its importance, however, little effort has been made in studying it systematically. In order to provide some supplementary study on this directory, thus, I try to introduce the process of it being designed and published. The second step is to take a look at the emphasized points that Bishop Mutel made in promulgating it. It is followed by the study on the main points and specifics in order of contents. The study on the norms of the directory has its importance in two ways; first, it remains as a directory not only in Vicariate Apostolic of Seoul, but also it has become main norms in the entire Church in Korea since 1924. Secondly, a significant amount of its contents was included and developed in Directorium commune Missionis Coreae(Common Directory of Korean Catholic Church), which was published in 1932 and regarded as Korean Catholic ministerial directory that has had a consistent impact on the faithful since then. It is, thus, my understanding that Directorium Missionis de Seoul deserves a significant consideration and study in that it helps us understand the priestly ministry and spiritual life of the faithful in Vicariate Apostolic of Seoul in late 1920’s as well as in the entire Korean Catholic Church in twentieth century.

        하드웨어 설계 교육에서의 TOP-DOWN 접근방법 : 논리설계 과목을 중심으로

        하드웨어 설계 교육의 궁극적인 목표는 학생들로 하여금 시스템 설계능력을 갖추도록 배양하는 데에 있다. 그러나 상당수의 기존 교과과정은 설계 자체보다는 개별적인 빌딩 블록의 내부동작 원리의 이해를 중심으로 운영되는 것이 현실이다. 따라서, 학생들의 학습동기 유발에 실패할 뿐만 아니라 정작 현장에서 필요로 하는 시스템적 관점에서의 설계를 충분히 경험하지 못하는 것이 문제점으로 지적된다. 이러한 문제점들을 극복하기 위한 대안으로, 과목의 초기 도입부에 추상화의 수준을 높여서 시스템의 전체 설계를 조망할 수 있도록 하고, 점차로 추상화의 단계를 낮추어서 결국 소자의 동작 원리를 탐구하는데 이르도록 강의의 순서를 역전시킬 필요성이 있다. 본 논문에서는 하드웨어 설계의 입문 과목인 논리설계 교과목을 대상으로 하여, 시스템 수준의 설계표현 및 검증방식을 먼저 소개하고 소자에 대한 세부지식은 후반부에 소개하는 새로운 교육방식을 제안하고 이의 타당성을 검증하기 위해 교내의 동아리를 활용한 비정규 교육과정에 이를 도입한 사례를 소개한다. The ultimate goal of a hardware design course is to equip the students with the system design ability. However, the majority of the current structures of the design courses are focused on the understanding of the operational principles of each device which is used later as a building block for the design of a system. The shortcomings of this approach are, first, that it is very hard to keep the students motivated to the end of the course where system design concepts are dealt, and, second, the students do not have enough experience of the system design which is usually required in the field. As an alternative to solve these problems, it is necessary to reverse the order of contents of the course. Namely we introduce the high level of the abstract concept of the system design in the very beginning of the course and later by lowering the level of abstraction to the operational principle of the internal devices. In this paper, we propose a new top-down methodology for the introductory hardware design course of logic design, where the design expression and verification in the system-level are introduced first and then detail knowledge on each device is introduced later. Also, we report a case result from a student's working group as part of an extracurricular education in order to verify the validity of our proposed approach
