회덕 지역 은진 송씨 가문의 문학적 성과 -四友堂 宋國澤을 중심으로-

회덕 송씨 중 同春堂 宋浚吉(1606~1672)과 尤庵 宋時烈(1607~1689)은 17세기 조선 정치사에 큰 역할을 담당하였다. 이들은 회덕 송씨의 최전성기를 이끈 인물이고 회덕을 가문 중심지로 획정시킨 인물들로 평가받고 있다. 이들은 兩宋으로 불리며 조선 정치사, 문화사에서 자주 언급되었지만 여타 회덕 송씨들에 대한 연구는 소략한 실정이다. 송준길, 송시열 이전 이 지역의 문벌로 이름을 남긴 인물로는 雙淸堂 宋愉(1389~1446), 松潭 宋柟壽(1537~1626), 淸坐窩 宋爾昌(1561~1627), 四友堂 宋國澤(1597~1659) 등이 있다. 송국택은 두 번의 호란 경험에서 나오는 감상들을 묵묵히 시와 부 등 운문을 통해 표출하고 있다. 그리고 예송논쟁으로 인해 화를 입은 김상헌과 송준길, 송시열 등 당대 정치적 궤도를 같이 했던 인물들과 왕복 편지를 통해 우국과 충의의 모범적인 모습을 드러내기도 하였다. 송국택의 시를 乙覽한 숙종은 충의의 모범이 될 만하다고 평가하였고 도학의 강설과 우국의 심정을 토로한 내용이 많았음을 지적하였다. 현전하는 사우당집 은 불완전한 문집이다. 그의 초고가 家禍로 소실되어 완전한 문집 간행이 불가능했기 때문이다. 그러나 그는 이미 당대부터 시적 재능에 대한 평가가 있었고 송남수, 송희갑, 송몽인과 함께 회덕을 대표하는 시인 중 하나로 널리 알려져 왔다. 이를 통해 회덕 지역 은진 송씨들의 문학적 성과를 가름할 기회가 될 것으로 판단된다. Among the Hoedeoksong clan, Dongchundang Song Jun-gil(1606~1672) and Uam Song Si-yeol(1607~1689) played a major role in the political history of Joseon in the 17th century. These are the people who led the Hoedeok Song clan to its peak and are evaluated as the people who defined Hoedeok as the center of the family. They are called 'Dual Songs' and are often mentioned in the political and cultural history of Joseon, but research on other Hoedeoksong clans is limited. Before Song Jun-gil and Song Si-yeol, people who left their names in this region include Ssangcheongdang Song Yu (1389~1446), Songdam Song Nam-su (1537~1626), Cheongjwa Song I-chang (1561~1627), and Saudang Song Guk-taek (1597~1659). Song Guk-taek silently expresses his feelings from his experience of the two wars through poetry and verse. In addition, he showed exemplary patriotism and loyalty to his country through back-and-forth letters with figures who were in the same political orbit at the time as Kim Sang-heon, Song Jun-gil, and Song Si-yeol, who were affected by the Yesong Dispute. King Sukjong himself evaluated Song Guk-taek's poetry as worthy of being an example of loyalty, and pointed out that it contained many contents that expressed moralistic teachings and the feelings of patriotism. The extant <Saudangjip> is an incomplete collection of works. This is because his manuscript was destroyed in a fire, making it impossible to publish a complete collection of works. However, he had already been evaluated for his literary talent. And he has been widely known as one of the representative poets of Hoedeok, along with Song Nam-su, Song Hee-gap, and Song Mong-in. It is believed that this will be an opportunity to judge the literary achievements of the Eunjinsong clan in the Hoedeok region.

The fine structural characteristics of the antennalsensory organs of a female millipede, Orthomorphellapekuensis , were observed with field emission scanningelectron microscopy. On the surface of the antenna, fourbasic types of sensory receptor with the function of eithermechanical or olfactory reception are identified in thistrichoid sensila (TS) are related to mechanical reception,and four large apical cone sensila (AS) and three subtypesof basiconic sensilla (BS1, BS2, BS3) are likely to function inolfactory reception, as these receptors have porous structurecommonly. Although this millipede also possess a number ofprimary or secondary sexual characters to improve theprominent sexually dimorphic characters in the antennalsensila with the exception of minor structural and numericaldiferences.

The fine structural characteristics of the antennal sensory organs of a female millipede Oxidus gracilis (Polydesmida:Paradoxomatidae) were observed with both field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). We could identify four apical cones and three basic types of antennal sensillae in O. gracilis as follows: chaetiform sensilla (CS), trichoid sensilla (TS) and basiconic sensilla (BS). Of these, both types of CS and TS can be observed throughout all antennal segments except the terminal 8th article, whereas the BS are observed within the cuticular depressed regions of the articles from the 5th to the 7th segment. According to their relative size, microstructure and location, the BS are divided further into three subtypes: large (BS1), small (BS2) and spiniform (BS3). The BS1 can be seen on the 5th article only, while BS2 can be seen on the 5th and 6th articles. The BS3 is characteristically seen within the depressive region of the 7th article. Both the CS and TS of O. gracilis are similar in structure, and they are related to the function of mechanical reception; however, four large apical cones (AP) and three subtypes of BS are likely to function in gustatory and olfactory reception.

This study investigated the effect of nobiletin, a flavonoid found in citrus fruits, on the degeneration of dopaminergic (DA) neurons in a neurotoxin model of Parkinson’s disease (PD). 1-Methyl-4-phenylpyridinium (MPP+) was unilaterally injected into the median forebrain bundle of rat brains (to generate a neurotoxin model of PD) with or without daily intraperitoneal injection of nobiletin. Our results showed that nobiletin treatment at 10 mg/kg bw, but not at 1 or 20 mg/kg bw, significantly protected DA neurons in the substantia nigra (SN) of MPP+ -treated rats. In parallel to the neuroprotection, nobiletin treatment at 10 mg/kg inhibited microglial activation and preserved the expression of the glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor, which is a therapeutic agent against PD, in the SN. These results suggest that the proper supplementation with nobiletin may protect against the neurodegeneration involved in PD.
