Purpose: This study aimed to prepare sea tangle vinegar and test its applicability as a vinegar-based functional salad dressing in terms of physicochemical properties. Methods: Sea tangle vinegar was prepared by mixing sea tangle with sugar and vinegar and fermenting the mixture at room temperature for 3 months. The resulting sea tangle vinegar was examined for its physicochemical properties and antioxidant activity with brewed vinegar and persimmon vinegar as controls. Results: The sea tangle vinegar showed significantly higher viscosity than control vinegars, and shear thinning behavior that is typical for salad dressing containing polymers. In addition, storage modulus (G′) of sea tangle vinegar was relatively high in dynamic viscosity measurement while that of control vinegars remained negligible. Together with the high soluble solids content of sea tangle vinegar, rheological behavior indicates that sea tangle vinegar had soluble polysaccharides extracted from sea tangle, consequently leading to an increase in viscosity. Titratable acidity (TA) and pH were 2.52% and 3.58, respectively, which satisfies the TA and pH requirements for microbiological safety of a salad dressing. Absorbance at 285 nm and Folin Ciocalteu's reagent method revealed that sea tangle vinegar contained antioxidative phenolic compounds. Conclusion: This study demonstrates that sea tangle vinegar could be potentially developed as a vinegar-based functional salad dressing when combined with sensory evaluation in the future.

Purpose: This study examined the antioxidant activities and meat-tenderizing effects of hardy kiwi (Actinidia arguta) cultivated in Gangwon for the development of a value-added natural tenderizer. Methods: Hardy kiwi was analyzed for its physicochemical properties and antioxidant activities with kiwifruit as a control. Its freeze-dried powder was applied to marinate meat. The cooked meat was then examined for its texture properties. For comparison, meats treated with kiwifruit flesh or skin were tested separately along with a non-treated control. Results: The total reducing capacity and DPPH radical scavenging activity of hardy kiwi were significantly higher than those of kiwifruit flesh and comparable to those of kiwifruit skin. In addition, hardy kiwi showed characteristic patterns of both rapid kinetic behavior and slow kinetic behavior when scavenging DPPH radicals, presumably due to the use of the flesh and skin of hardy kiwi. The compression strain vs. stress curve obtained from texture profile analysis showed that hardy kiwi tenderized the meat effectively, which was comparable to the effects of kiwifruit flesh. On the other hand, meat treated with kiwifruit skin became stiff, which could be attributed to the abundance of dietary fiber in the kiwifruit skin. Conclusion: This study showed that hardy kiwi has potential use as a natural meat-tenderizer that is as effective as kiwifruit, with significantly higher antioxidant activities than the edible portion of kiwifruit.

유비쿼터스 협업 환경에서의 Capability 기반 접근 제어 방법

IT 기술의 결정체로 불리는 스마트폰은 보급이 확대됨에 따라 진정한 유비쿼터스 환경 구현을 위한 필수품으로 자리 잡아가고 있다. 이로 인해 시간과 장소에 대한 구애 없이 네트워크에 접속할 수 있는 환경이 조성되어 편의성이 극대화 되었지만, 보안 위험성 증가로 인한 문제점도 가지고 있다. 스마트폰을 통해 제공되는 유비쿼터스 협업(Collaboration)은 프라이버시 침해 문제를 야기할 수 있으며, 이를 완화하기 위한 방법으로 다양한 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 Capability 기반의 Access Control 을 제안한다.

모바일 소셜플랫폼 기반 SNG 이용자의 지속적 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

The wide spread of smartphones and the growth of the number of internet users are reshaping the SNS (Social Network Service). Merging into other service areas and creating new business models with high profits, SNS is no more a service simply providing personal connections. Now SNS has positioned itself as a service platform. SNG (Social Network Game) is a new outcome utilizing SNS as a game platform and showing a rapid growth rate in a short period of time. The number of SNG users is expected to increase steadily. In this study, we examine whether SNG user motivations lead to flow experience and future intention to use. For that purpose. we conducted a survey with smartphone users. The results indicate that flow experience functions as a mediator and user motivations indirectly affect intention to use through flow experience. This paper concludes with discussions on findings and suggestions for future research.

새로운 형태의 사용자 인터페이스를 제공하는 안드로이드용 이미지 합성 애플리케이션 개발

안드로이드는 휴대용 장치를 위해 널리 사용되고 있는 공개 모바일 운영체제로서, 그를 기반으로 다양한 안드로이드용 애플리케이션들이 제작되고 있다. 그 중 이미지 합성 애플리케이션은 Social Networking Service (SNS), 블로그 등에 올라가는 다양한 이미지 제작을 위해 활발히 사용되는 애플리케이션이다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 이미지 합성 애플리케이션들과는 다른 방식으로 이미지를 합성 하도록 해주는 새로운 사용자 인터페이스의 이미지 합성 애플리케이션을 개발한다. 본 논문에서 개발한 이미지 합성 애플리케이션은 보다 직관적이고 쉬운 방식으로 사용자가 이미지를 합성할 수 있도록 해준다.

청각장애인의 심리상담 경험에 관한 현상학적 연구

본 연구의 목적은 심리적 문제를 해소하기 위해 심리상담을 경험한 청각장애인이 심리상담을 통해어떠한 경험을 하는지 현상학적으로 탐구함으로써 그 경험의 본질을 이해하기 위함이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 청각장애인 복지관에서 최소 10회기 이상의 심리상담을 받아 본 경험이 있는청각장애인 6명을 대상으로 심층 면담을 시행하고 Giorgi의 현상학적 연구 5단계 분석 방법을 이용하여 이를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 청각장애인들이 경험하는 심리상담의 본질적 의미는 ‘청각장애인은청각장애로 청인과 다름에서 오는 차이와 소수 사회 안에서의 갈등을 당연한 것으로 인식하고, 소통의 벽과 편견에 가로막혀 열리지 않는 마음을 상담자와 나, 그리고 삼각의 동맹을 맺는 사람들과 함께결정적 순간을 경험하며 문제를 바라보는 새로운 시각을 제시받는다. 청각장애인의 심리상담은 상담자의 조언을 연습해볼 수 있는 장이며, 상담의 작은 변화를 통해 상담의 효과를 결정한다’로 나타났다. 본 연구는 청각장애인의 심리상담 현장에서의 구체적이고 생생한 경험 안에서의 공통점을 발견하였다는 데 의의가 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과가 청각장애인 내담자에게 도움을 줄 수 있는 자료로활용될 수 있기를 기대한다. The purpose of this study is to explore the types of experiences the deaf have through psychological counseling from a phenomenological perspective to solve psychological problems to achieve a better understanding of the essence of those experiences. To achieve this research purpose, in-depth interviews were conducted with six deaf people who had received at least 10 psychological counseling sessions at a deaf welfare institution and analyzed using Giorgi's phenomenological research 5-step analysis method. In this study, the essential meaning of psychological counseling experienced by the deaf is that the hearing impaired perceive the differences and conflicts they experience as a minority in society as natural. This suggests a new perspective on problems while experiencing the decisive moment between the counselor, oneself, and third-party assistants who form a triangular alliance with an open mind that is not held back by communication barriers and prejudices. Psychological counseling for the deaf is a place where they can practice, and through small changes in counseling, they decide between two options at the end of counseling. This study found commonalities in the concrete and actual experiences of deaf people through psychological counseling at a psychological counseling site for deaf, which lacks study data. Therefore, it is expected that the results of this study can be used as data that can assist deaf clients with deaf psychological counseling.
