        기상 전용 항공기 도입 및 운영방안 연구

        The Prime objectives of this study are to identify and analyze possible solutions and select a solution for the specification and operation plan of the meteorological purpose aircraft in Korea. Infrastructure like meteorological purpose aircraft and aircraft operating systems should be set up and their efficient plan must be established to improve meteorological technic in Korea. As a result of the study, we have found that the turboprop engine powered aircraft is the most suitable to initial model for the meteorological purpose aircraft. It was found that the indirect operation method might be the best solution, also. The results of this study may be useful to make decision for selecting specification and operation of the meteorological purpose aircraft.

        조종사 양성교육기관의 안전문화지수 측정에 관한 연구

        The importance of safety culture improvement and transformation has highlighted since an organization's safety culture can be the causal factor of the accident. Every designated aviation training school have to manage their own SMS and will comply with the regulations specified in article 49, Korean Aviation law. In related regulations, it is specified the safety culture status and problems of an organizations must be accessed and improved. On this study, safety culture index of designated aviation training school has measured using abbreviated CASS developed by KTSA. Results from the statistical analysis, the overall safety culture average found as 3.711. Among the subindex, mean of 'Employee Empowerment' appeared the most high(3.980) and 'Reward System' appeared the most low(3.309). Service providers are able to apply the intervention strategy on the basis of the results of these measurements. The weak part of Safety Culture might be improved and this will lead the better organizational culture.

        봄철 서해안 해무의 수치예보

        The purpose of this case study is to determine the possibility of Numerical Forecasting of sea fog at West Sea in spring time. For practical method of analyzing the data collected from 24th to 26th March 2003, Numerical Weather Prediction model MM5(Mesoscale Model Version 5) and synoptic field study using synoptic chart, upper level chart, and sea surface temperature were employed. The results of synoptic field analysis summarized that sea fog at West sea in spring is intensified by the inflow of the warm flow from west or southwest, low sea surface temperature to increase the temperature difference between air and sea surface, and inversion layer to disturb the disperse. It appears that the possibility of sea fog forecasting by MM5, in view of the result that the MM5 output is similar to the synoptic fields analysis.

        As the low-cost carriers of the region enters the air transportation market, the domestic air transport circumstance is to be changed and each local autonomous entity conducts the feasibility study to develop the regional airport. But the airport is developed almost all by the goal of the policy and actually the valid basis of the airport development is often weak. To present the validity of the regional airport development Using the pre-feasibility study method the government performs I apply it to the airport development project of the Seo-san region. To present the validity of the regional airport development this study carries out the pre-feasibility study by the AHP analysis.

        비행자료산출을 위한 소요시간과 정답오차범위에 관한 연구

        The purpose of the present paper is to determine the time required and error tolerance limits for flight data computation. The results of statistical analysis showed that the calculator side computation required about 50 seconds for each question and wind side computation needed about 115 seconds for each question In case of error tolerance limits, it was found that the error tolerance limit for altitude cornputation war 90 feet anti two knots of interval was recommanded for the speed computation in calculator side, and one degree of interval for heading computation and five knots interval for speed computation in wind side.

        운항 황경 변화 요인에 관한 연구

        항공기 운항과 관련한 환경의 변화는 다른 분야의 환경보다 그 속도가 빠르고 변화의 폭이 크다고 할 수 있다. 약 1세기 동안에 항공기 개발기술은 실로 놀라운 변화를 거듭해 왔으며 전자시스템의 도입으로 수 십년 전에는 상상조차 할 수 없었던 일들이 현실로 나타나게 되었다. 본 논문은 이러한 환경변화 가운데 비행안전이라는 목표를 실현하기 위해 우선적으로 항공기 운항과 관련한 환경변화 요인들에 내포되어 있는 문제점들을 분석하고자 하였으며 장비개발 및 Human Factor, 항공교통 관제 및 항공기 운항 그리고 조종사 관리 및 조종 환경으로 분야를 나누어 요인 분석을 함으로써 현재와 미래를 통해 예상되는 문제점들을 도출하였다. 또한 항공기 사고사례를 분석하여 공통되는 요인을 도출, 이를 문제점으로 제시하였다. 이러한 문제점들에 대한 대책에 관한 연구는 항공기 운항 분야의 발전과 비행안전을 위해 계속해서 이루어질 것으로 기대한다.
