This study is aimed to design a lesson attendance monitoring system of students attending level based teaching at mobile locations, using mobile RFID Technology. The system will be able to monitor student's lesson attendance and furthermore, be able to provide on-site, real time information on all students' location. The system should automate the checking of student attendance, thereby eliminating time spent on manually checking student attendance levels and therefore increase 'active' lesson time, and ultimately increase teacher performance levels. Also, the system should bring added pressure for students to attend lessons with a more accurate punishment / reward system ie extra credit etc and vitalize mobile lesson on a subject level of students.
청소년의 스마트폰 중독과 마음건강과의 관계에서 학교생활적응의 매개효과

본 연구는 스마트폰 중독에 영향을 미치는 요인으로서 마음건강의 주 효과를 검증하고, 이들 관계에 학교생활적응의 매개효과를 검증해봄으로써 스마트폰 중독 예방을 위한 다양한 실천적 함의를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 스마트폰을 사용하는 지역 소재 초등학교 260명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 스마트폰 중독, 마음건강 및 학교생활적응 간의 관계를 구조방정식 모형으로 설정해 학교생활적응의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구결과 학교생활적응은 마음건강과 스마트폰 중독 사이의 관계를 완전히 매개하는 변인으로 나타났다. 학교생활적응의 매개효과는 Sobel 검증을 통해서 통계적 유의미성이 검증되었다. 이러한 결과는 마음건강이 학교생활적응과 같은 부정적 정서의 발생을 감소시켜주며, 이는 다시 스마트폰의 중독적 사용 가능성을 낮춰주는데 영향이 있음을 제시하고 있다. 이를 토대로 본 연구는 스마트폰 중독 예방을 위해 마음건강 향상과 같은 보호요인의 강화 노력이 무엇보다 중요하며, 매개 변인으로서 스마트폰 중독에 영향을 미치는 학교생활적응과 같은 위험요인을 관리하기 위한 장·단기적 개입이 필요하다는 점을 시사하고 있다. This study aims to offer a wide range of practical implications for Smartphone addiction prevention by verifying the effect of mind health as a factor that is influenced by Smartphone addiction, and testing the relationships between Smartphone addiction and mind health with school life adaptation as a mediation effect. For this research, a survey was conducted of 250 elementary school students who use Smartphones. The relationships between Smartphone addiction, mind health and school life adaptation were set as the structural equation model, and they were verified by the mediation effect of school life adaptation. The results showed that school life adaptation turned out to be an entirely mediating variable on the relationship between mind health and Smartphone addiction. The statistical significance of the effect on school life adaptation was verified by the Sobel test. The mediation effect resulted in mind health reducing the occurrence of negative emotion of school life adaptation, and also reinforced decreased Smartphone use.
색채를 이용한 청소년의 마음상처 치유 어플리케이션 설계 및 구현

The purpose of this study is to design and implement an application for the smartphone in order to cure the wounded heart of the youth. The heart of the youth can be wounded regardless of their willingness in growing. Not only the wounded heart is hardly cured, but also it can diverse the direction of ones life. It has been tried to adopt color reflection to the smartphone which is accustomed to them. A color reflection curing application based on the smartphone is designed and implemented. The application has been tested with 15 teachers, they were satisfied with it.
이야기치료 기법을 활용한 마음상처 치유 어플리케이션 개발 및 효과분석

This study is to design and implement Smartphone application by applying the principles and processes of narrative therapy for the participants. The application is able for participants to fight out of the difficulty in question centered on the issue, and to be able to find a positive new stories to be evolving the story of their lives as well. Therefore, using the application will help them to live a healthier life out of the problems. As a way of currying the wounded heart of the youth, narrative therapy techniques were applied to Smartphone appliances accustomed to the youth. The youths’ wounded minds will not only be easily cured but also can be a important factor in determining the direction of life. In this study, narrative flow was structured into four stages; relationships, externalization, creating new stories and strengthening the new story bsed on Doll & Doll’ theory. Based on them, the Smartphone application for curing the wounded heart was designed and developed by utilizing narrative therapy techniques. The application was tested by 30 University students in Jeonbuk province in Korea and the results showed that they were satisfied with the application with relation to improving their heart health.
경쟁력 있는 정보화 국가 대비를 위한 IT교육의 국제비교: 한국과 영국의 비교

This study focuses on tracing the differences between Korean and British IT (Information Technology) education and then suggests a promising method for Korea to stay at the forefront of IT. IT education in Britain involves step-by-step lessons, starting from primary to secondary education, which gives students a good motivation to learn IT skills. Whereas in Korea the curriculum does not maintain a close relationship between different year groups.<BR> British students should learn IT from the five-year-old until the age of fourteen as one of compulsory subjects and they are given opportunities to carry on up to university entrance examination(called "A-levels") as an optional subject. But Korean students begin their IT education at the age of twelve merely as another school subject till the year 8, and IT subjects are also negligently treated because a lot of head masters dismiss IT as simply word processing and internet use, and subsequently are not included in the national examination for university entrance.<BR> The next issue lies in the difference of the quality of IT teachers. In Britain, all IT teachers should have full and confident IT knowledge and skills, while in Korea the majority of IT teacher posts have been filled with those with majors in other fields when the demand for their subjects had been suddenly decreased due to the change of society paradigm with the advent of the information era.<BR> In conclusion, it suggests that for Korea to remain a leader in the world of IT competition, education in schools should not only keep close linkage with step-by-step teaching but also be conducted by fully qualified teachers.
Paper Evaluation of 'Application of AHP in Project Management' by K.M.A.S-S. Al-Harbi

This study focuses on the evaluation of an article about the AHP methodology in project area at 2001 edition. It is titled, "Application of AHP in project management," by K.M.A.S-S. Al-Harbi. This paper presents the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) as a decision making method in project management. The evaluation by each section is based on the model by Fred Pyrczak (2008) in Evaluating Research in Academic Journals. This paper has an implication that evaluation method can be shown by quantitative numerical value.

The aim of this study is to show that using a Web-Based Instruction system is a better method to help counteract deficient teaching, learning conditions and facilities thus improving the students' interest, understanding, participation and skill development in Physical Education. The key findings of this study are as follows; The first advantage of using this system is that the theory of Softball is explained with the use of pictures rather than text, thus improving the students' understanding. The second is the method in which practical skills are explained and demonstrated. Action image sequences are used as opposed to the old method of using stationary pictures. This means that the learners can clearly see and understand why and, more importantly, how to use these skills. The third advantage is the technique used to teach the application of these skills. Using active rather than passive learning and thus engaging the student encourages improved participation and learning. The fourth advantage comes in evaluation: both subjective and objective questions are asked in theoretical evaluation, and the teachers can evaluate the students' understanding and skill development by filming their actual Softball games. 본 연구는 프로젝트 선정 및 포트폴리오 관리에 관한 고찰이다. 첫 번째 부분은 프로젝트 선정에 관한 세 가지 방법 (AHP, 경제학적 방법, Microsoft's Enterprise 프로젝트 관리 방법)의 장 단점에 대한 간단한 견해를 제시하였다. 두 번째 부분은 프로젝트 포트폴리오 관리에 관한 기법 등을 소개하였고, 6개의 질문을 통해 프로젝트 포트폴리오 관리 시스템에 대해 어떻게 조직화하고 활용할 것인가를 고찰하였다.
