        주거지역 가로망 평가를 위한 통합지표개발에 관한 연구

        New paradigms related to urban residential regions are moving toward those viewpoints such as the design of road networks that are walking oriented, public transportation oriented and considering environment friendliness and this is considered to be important in terms of the creation of comfortable residential environments. By now, road networks in residential regions have been only evaluated centering on the mobility and efficiency of the roads and now the necessity of those road networks evaluation indices made for the shake of residents in the residential regions is emerging. To this end, this study developed an integrated evaluation criteria to evaluate road networks in residential regions in diverse city development projects implemented by the social paradigm of city recycling. The study was implemented in 3 stages at large in order to develop the integrated evaluation criteria. First, existing studies related to those residential regions' road networks evaluation criteria reflecting new plan paradigms were reviewed. Next, the evaluation criteria items were determined and weighted values were calculated through a primary and a secondary expert questionnaire surveys in order to hammer out the integrated road networks evaluation criteria. Finally, the effectiveness of the integrated road networks evaluation criteria as suggested by this study was reviewed through the verification of the road networks evaluation criteria made through case studies. To summarize the result of the study, it was indicated that, the road networks in each region such as collecting/distributing . local roads, pedestrian walkways and bicycle roads were more important than main line/subsidiary main line roads in residential regions and road networks between regions for public transportation. It was indicated that, road networks were more important than public transportations in road networks between regions and in road networks in each region, pedestrians' walkways were the most important followed by bicycle roads and road networks in the order of precedence. The result of a review of the effectiveness of the integrated road network evaluation criteria made through case studies indicated that the result was quite different from that of existing road network evaluation criteria and this suggests the necessity of those road network evaluations that consider the evaluation criteria from the viewpoint of users (safety, comfort, convenience) when evaluating road networks in residential regions.

        고속도로 사고등급별 돌발상황 처리시간 예측모형 및 의사결정나무 개발

        본 연구는 고속도로에서 발생하는 비반복적 정체 중 교통사고로 인하여 발생하는 돌발상황에 대한 운영관리 부족 및 처리시간에 대한 정보제공 요구증가에 따라 이에 대응할 수 있는 돌발상황 처리시간 예측모형개발을 개발하였다. 돌발상황 처리시간 예측모형을 개발하기에 앞서 종속변수인 사고처리시간을 사고등급 A, B, C등급으로 구분하였으며, 독립변수로는 교통량, 사고차량수, 사고시간대 등 총 15개 변수를 적용하여 모형을 개발하였다. 모형도출결과 돌발상황 처리시간에 영향을 미치는 주요변수로는 교통량, 중차량포함여부, 사고시간대가 도출되었다. 또한 돌발상황 처리시간 예측모형에서 영향 변수로 도출된 변수들을 토대로 의사결정나무를 구축하였으며, 이때 CHAID기법을 적용하였다. 그 결과 1차적으로 사고등급 A, B등급과 C등급으로 구분되었으며, 2차적으로는 도로의 교통량으로 분리되었다. 본 연구를 통하여 도출된 돌발상황 처리시간 예측모형과 의사결정나무를 통하여 향후 고속도로 돌발상황 발생시 도로이용자들에게 보다 신속하고 실효성있는 교통정보를 제공하는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. In this study, a prediction model for incident reaction time was developed so that we can cope with the increasing demand for information related to the accident reaction time. For this, the time for dealing with accidents and dependent variables were classified into incident grade, A, B, and C. Then, fifteen independent variables including traffic volume, number of accident-related vehicles and the accidents time zone were utilized. As a result, traffic volume, possibility of including heavy vehicles, and an accident time zone were found as important variables. The results showed that the model has some degree of explanatory power. In addition, when the CHAID Technique was applied, the Answer Tree was constructed based on the variables included in the prediction model for incident reaction time. Using the developed Answer Tree model, accidents firstly were classified into grades A, B, and C. In the secondary classification, they were grouped according to the traffic volume. This study is expected to make a contribution to provide expressway users with quicker and more effective traffic information through the prediction model for incident reaction time and the Answer Tree, when incidents happen on expressway.

        Evaluation Criteria for Road Networks in Residential Areas

        The objective of this study is to identify evaluation criteria for evaluating residential area road networks. To this end, existing studies regarding urban plan paradigms, neighborhood road network designs and road network evaluation criteria are reviewed,leading to the selection through first and second expert questionnaire surveys of 42 road network evaluation criteria. The road network evaluation criteria were divided into interregional road networks and regional road networks. To derive the evaluation criteria, the former were divided into motorways (main roads and auxiliary main roads) and public transportation, while the latter were divided into motorways (distributed roads, local roads), pedestrian ways and bicycle ways. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP)analysis of the weighted values of the evaluation criteria revealed the regional road networks to be more important than the interregional road networks, and the eco-friendly transportation networks such as pedestrian ways and bicycle ways to be more important than others. The road network evaluation criteria were divided into quantitative and qualitative indicators, and the methods for their scoring were presented by considering the characteristics of each evaluation criterion. Finally, the practicality of these evaluation criteria was investigated with a case study that examined a residential area redevelopment project of the “Jeonnong ·dapshim-ri rearrangement promotion”. In the evaluation of the road networks before and after implementation of the development project, the evaluation scores of the interregional road networks did not show any significant differences, while the evaluation scores of regional road networks did. This result indicated that the conditions of the regional road networks, including motorways (distributed roads, local roads), were considerably improved by the case region development project.

        TKR~TSR간 LNG 철도수송 연계를 위한 기초연구

        본 연구는 박근혜 대통령의 SRX(실크로드 익스프레스) 구상과 남북 및 대륙철도 연계를 앞당길 수 있는 실현방안으로서 기존에 검토되었던 남 북 러 가스관(PNG)사업의 천연가스를 철도를 통하여 수송 할 수 있는 방안에 대한 기초연구를 실시하였다. 이를 위하여 남 북 러 가스관(PNG) 사업의 추진현황과 남 북 철도현황에 대한 자료를 수집 정리하였다. LNG의 철도수송 가능성을 검토하기 위해 국내외 LNG 철도수송 사례를 검토한 결과 일본과 중국의 경우 LNG 탱크컨테이너를 이용한 철도수송이 이루어지고 있고 한국의 경우 LNG 탱크컨테이너 개발 및 철도운송 시범사업을 통해 철도수송의 안정성이 검증되었다. 연간 750만톤의 천연가스의 철도수송을 위한 운송노선과 화물열차 운행방안 등에 대한 기본방향을 설정하였고 LNG의 원활한 철도수송을 위한 인프라와 운영분야의 선결사항에 대해 제시하였다. TKR~TSR간 LNG 철도수송 사업은 기존의 남 북 러 가스관(PNG) 사업을 대체하는 별도의 사업이 아닌 SRX(실크로드 익스프레스) 정책의 조기실현과 유라시아 대륙철도 연계를 위한 상징적인 사업으로서의 의미를 가질 수 있으며, 남북철도 연계시 LNG 뿐만 아니라 컨테이너 및 벌크화물(석탄, 광석 등)의 대륙수송을 위한 상징적인 철도수송 노선을 확보하는데 보다 큰 의미를 부여할 수 있다. This study is the realization of natural gas as ways to advance the South and the continental railway linking basic research was conducted on railway transport. Summary data on the Status of North Korean railway which was to have reviewed the case of LNG railway transportation in Japan and China is becoming an LNG tank containers by rail transportation is done. In the case of Korea, the stability of railway transportation through the development of LNG tank containers and rail transportation pilot project was tested. It was set up and the basic directions of freight trains transport routes and methods for rail transport 7.5 million tons of natural gas per year. TKR ~ TSR between the LNG transportation business is an existing railway south. North. Russia gas pipeline (PNG) instead of a separate project to replace the business SRX (Silk Road Express) is a symbolic project for the early realization of the Eurasian railway linking policy. This study may give greater meaning to secure the iconic railway transport route for continental transport of containers and bulk cargo (coal, ores, etc.).

        일관수송용 파렛트의 RFID 도입에 따른 경제적 효과분석

        최근 물류분야를 비롯한 여러 산업분야에서 RFID 도입과 관련된 다양한 연구들이 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구는 일관수송용 파렛트의 RFID 부착에 따른 경제적 효과분석 및 RFID 도입비용 추정모형을 개발을 통하여 향후 물류분야 RFID 도입의 활성화 및 효율성 제고를 위한 기반을 마련하였다. 이를 위하여 50개 물류업체의 RFID 도입에 따른 의식도 조사자료를 이용하였으며, 경제적 효과분석결과 B/C 2.766, NPV 26억 원의 효과가 있는 것으로 분석되어 기업물류차원에서 상당한 편익을 가져올 것으로 나타났다. 이는 기존의 정성적인 기대효과 제시에 머무르고 있는 현시점에서 본 연구의 결과가 의미하는 부분이 상당히 크다. Recently, various studies regarding introduction of RFID have been implemented in many industries including logistics field. The objective of this study are (i) to analyze an economical effect due to the introduction of RFID on ULS(Unit Load System) Pallet, (ii) to develop a model to estimate cost of RFID introduction, and (iii) to establish a foundation for activating introduction of RFID to the logistics field in order to increase efficiency. This study utilized data regarding fifty logistics companies' awareness of RFID usage. The result of the economical analysis showed B/C of 2.766 and NPV of 2.6 billion won, which implies significant benefit to the logistics industry. This study is meaningful in that it is the first study to quantitatively estimate the effect of RFID introduction on ULS pallet in Korea.

        RFID Application in the Food-Beverage Industry: Identifying Decision Making Factors and Evaluating SCM Efficiency

        The advancement of Information Technology (IT) has efficiently and systematically changed most of all industry activities. With the increased implementation of IT in logistics, the implementation of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) in logistics could enable the improvement of supply Chain Capacity (SC) and play an important role in the procurement of resources, production,transport, loading and unloading, warehouse, etc., consisting of Supply Chain Management (SCM). This study identifies how composition factors have an effect on SCM efficiency and the intention of implementing RFID according to the implementation of RFID into the food-beverage industry. In addition, this study attempts to reveal the contributing factors affecting the intention of implementing RFID into food-beverage companies by using the intention determination model for implementing RFID and analyzing data characterizing those companies. Based on nine hypotheses produced according to the implementation of RFID into the food-beverage industry, Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Structural Equation Model (SEM) were used for achieving the goals of this study. As the analysis results of this study indicate, the implementation effects of RFID into SCM showed not a unidirectional influence relationship but a multidirectional and complicated influence relationship.

        차세대전동차 시스템 도입에 따른 이용자 지불의사금액 결정요인분석

        Research and development related to advanced railway systems is currently underway presently to promote the maintenance and economic feasibility of subways, and the aim of such research and development is to enhance the functionality, passenger convenience, system safety and reliability assurance of the subway. In this situation, a study that predicts the effect that the development of such an advanced railway system would have on subway users is required. To this end, this study derived willingness to pay and decision factors with the introduction of an advanced railway system after surveying passengers who use subway lines 1 ~ 8. The Price Sensitivity Method (PSM) was applied to derive the willingness to pay in relation to user convenience (operating speed, ride comfort, safety, comfort, security and informativeness) with the introduction of an advanced railway system. In addition, willingness to pay and decision factors were examined after explaining the effects of introducing an advanced railway system in detail to subway users. Through the analysis, it was found that willingness to pay amounted to a premium of 148 won ~ 161 won with the introduction of an advanced railway system, and that this was affected by factors such as gender, frequency of use, satisfaction with comfort, and satisfaction with security. 지하철의 유지보수성, 경제성 등의 문제점을 보완하기 위하여 현재 차세대전동차 시스템 개발연구가 활발히 진행되고 있으며, 이는 지하철의 첨단성, 승객편의성, 시스템 안전성 및 신뢰성확보를 목적으로 하고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 차세대전동차 개발이 지하철 이용자들에게 미치는 영향에 대한 사전연구가 필요하며, 본 연구에서는 서울시 지하철 1~8호선 이용자를 대상으로 차세대전동차 시스템 도입에 따른 지불의사금액 및 결정요인을 도출하였다. 차세대전동차 시스템 도입에 따른 이용자의 편의성(운행속도, 승차감, 안전성, 쾌적성, 보안성, 정보성)에 대한 지불의사금액 도출을 위하여 Price Sensitivity Method(PSM)를 적용하였으며, 지하철 이용자를 대상으로 차세대전동차 도입시 발생하는 효과에 대한 정의를 상세히 설명하고, 추가지불의사금액(willingness to pay) 및 결정요인을 조사하였다. 분석결과 차세대전동차 시스템 도입에 따른 지불의사금액의 범위는 148원~161원이 도출되었으며, 지불의사금액 결정요인은 지하철 이용자의 “성별”, “이용횟수”, “쾌적성 만족도”, “보안성 만족도”가 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.
