여성차별철폐협약(CEDAW) 관점에서 본 여성고용: 공공부문 성별대표성을 중심으로

2019년, 현재 우리나라에서‘왜 여전히 성평등을 이야기 하는가?’에 대해 생각할 필요가 있다. 그러나 또 다른 이는‘성평등’과 관련된 논의는 이제 더 이상 할 필요가 없어졌다고 한다. 다양한 분야에서 여성의 진출이 활발해졌으며, 여러 가지의 법률과 제도로 여성에 대한 자원배분이나 권한으로 충분히 지지하고 있다고 생각하기 때문이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 우리나라에서 사람들이 공감하고, 체감하는 성평등 수준은 과거와 비교하여 정치·사회·경제 등의 분야에서 여성의 진출이 확대되었으나, 수치로서의 양적 확대가 전체적인 여성의 지위와 권한의 향상으로 연결되지 못했다는 것이다. 성차별 금지로 다양한 영역에서 여성 진출의 성별 격차는 크게 줄어들고 있으나, 이는 하위직급이나 공개경쟁에서 대부분 이루어졌으며, 상위직급 혹은 고위직에서의 성별 현황은 여전히 현격한 차이를 보이고 있다. 여기에서는 여성차별철폐협약의 법적 지위 및 의의, 협약국의 의무 그리고 협의 주요 내용과 그에 따른 함의에 대한 살펴보고, 권고사항에 따른 보고서의 이행 현황을 검토하고자 한다. 또한 이와 관련한 우리나라 공공부분의 성별대표성을 중심으로 성차별 금지 및 성평등 제고 관련 현황과 한계점에 대해 다룰 것이다. Now it is necessary to think about why we still talk about gender equality in our country. But someone else says there is no need to discuss further “Gender equality”. Because I think women’s entry into various fields has become active, and with various laws and systems, I fully support the distribution or authority of resources to women. Nevertheless, the level of gender equality people share and feel in our country has expanded women’s advancement in political, social and economic fields compared to the past, but the quantitative expansion as a figure has failed to lead to the improvement of women"s status and authority as a whole. The ‘Gender discrimination’ has significantly reduced the gender gap in women’s spending in various areas, but it has mostly occurred in lower or open competition, and gender status in higher positions remains significantly different. Here, we will look at the legal status and significance of the Convention on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women, the significance of the Convention and the Agreement States, and the main contents of the consultation and its implications, and review the status of implementation of the report in accordance with the recommendations. In addition, we will address the current situation and limitations regarding the prohibition of gender discrimination and the enhancement of gender equality, focusing on gender representation in the public sector in Korea.

신체놀이를 활용한 집단표현예술치료가 지역사회 조현병 대상자의 대인관계에 미치는 효과

본 연구의 목적은 신체놀이를 활용한 집단표현예술치료가 지역사회 조현병 대상자의 대인관계에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 대상은 S시에 소재한 ○○센터를 이용하는 10년 이상 조현병 증상을 가지고 있으며, 미혼인 지역사회 성인 조현병 대상자로 실험집단 6명, 통제집단 6명으로 이루어졌으며, 프로그램은 2019년 02월~04월까지 11주간 세션 당 90분씩 10회 실시되었다. 두 집단 모두 프로그램 시작, 종료 후 대인관계에 대한 능력을 측정하기 위한 대인관계 변화척도(Relationship Change Scale)를 사용하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21을 통해 사전・사후로 비교분석하였다. 연구 결과 신체놀이를 활용한 집단표현예술치료가 지역사회 조현병 대상자의 대인관계향상에 긍정적인 변화를 보였다. 신체놀이를 활용한 집단표현예술치료가 지역사회 조현병 대상자들의 대인관계변화 척도의 하위요인인 의사소통, 신뢰감, 이해성에서 유의미한 변화를 나타내었다. 이상의 연구 결과를 종합해보면 신체놀이를 활용한 집단표현예술치료 프로그램이 지역사회 조현병 대 상자의 대인관계에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었다. The purpose of this study was to find out how the group expressive arts therapy using physical play effect on interpersonal relationships of schizophrenia patients in the regional community. The subjects of the study were 6 experimental groups and 6 control groups of adult who had schizophrenia symptoms for more than 10 years using the ○○ Center located in S-si, and were not married or divorced and lived alone, and the program was conducted 10 times per 90minutes of session for 11 weeks from February to April 2019. Both groups used Relationship Change Scale to measure interpersonal skills at the beginning and end of the program, and the collected data were compared and analyzed in advance and postmortem through SPSS21. As a result of the study, first, the group expressive arts therapy using physical play showed a positive effect on improving interpersonal relationships of schizophrenia patients in the regional community. Second, the group expressive arts therapy using physical play has had a significant impact on communication, trust, and understanding, which are the sub-factors of the interpersonal change measure of the regional community s schizophrenia patients. The results of the above studies show that the group expressive arts therapy programs using physical play have a positive impact on interpersonal relationships of schizophrenia patients in the regional community.
