본 연구는 부모가 자녀의 발달적 특성과 요구를 이해하고 지원함으로써 자녀의 성장 및 발달을 도모하여 부모-자녀관계를 긍정적으로 유지하고 발전시킬 수 있는 자녀양육지원 프로그램을 적용하고 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 D시에 소재한 N유치원의 만3-5세 유아와 그들의 어머니 40명이다. 실험집단에서는 6개 활동 즉, 부모-자녀관계 증진을 위한 부모교육 강연회 7회, 부모용 소책자 제공 12회, 부모-자녀 놀이 활동 12회, 유아놀이 활동 6회, 어머니 취미활동 6회, 가족 숲 체험 활동 2회의 프로그램을 실시하였다. 자녀양육지원 프로그램의 효과를 검증한 결과 자녀양육지원 프로그램은 전체 어머니의 자녀양육 스트레스 감소에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 자녀양육지원 프로그램의 적용은 어머니의 자녀양육 스트레스 감소와 자녀양육 효능감 증진에 효과적임을 의미한다. This research aims at the child-parent support program for a desirable parent-child relationship by letting the parents correctly understand and effectively support the developmental characteristics and requirements of children for their growth and development. The subjects of the study were the young children ages 3 to 5 who attended N kindergarten located in D-City and the 40 parents of the children. The verification of the efficiency of the child-parent partnership support program showed that the program had a positive effect on the reduction of all the mothers` child nurturing related stress. It was also evident that the child-parent partnership support program had a positive influence on improving the entire mothers` sense of efficiency toward child nurturing.

실과교과의 영양교육지도를 위한 대학생들의 매식행위에 관한 예비연구

The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors related to dietary behaviors in lunch. Survey was carried out by questionnaire and the subjects were 118 male and 95 female college students in Cheong-Ju. Some results obtained are as follows : 1) The age, mother’s educational level, mother’s age, and pocket money per month of male students were significantly higher than those of female students. 2) Both male and female students ate lunch out because it was inconvenient to carry a lunch box. There were significant differences between male and female students in the contents of lunch, eating place, and the problem of eating out. Male students ate more likely cooked rice than female students. Female students ate more likely lunch out at campus restaurant than male students. Almost 50% of female and male students pointed out that the shortage of nutrition was the problem of eating lunch out. 3) Their pocket money per month was positively related to the food expenses. 4) The place of eating lunch out was significantly related to the pocket money, food expenses, the problem of eating out, and satisfaction with their food. 5) The contents of eating lunch out were significantly related to the pocket money and satisfaction with their food.

이 연구는 서비스업 종사자인 카지노 딜러를 대상으로 감정노동이 소진과 우울에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 서비스업 종사자의 소진은 전문성과 그들이 제공하는 서비스의 효과성과 효율성을 저하시키는 심각한 문제이고, 또한 우울은 개인의 정신건강에 중대한 영향을 미치는 핵심 요소이다. 이를 위해 H리조트 카지노 딜러 606명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문조사를 실시한 후에 자료를 분석하였다. 소진은 CBI를 통해 업무관련 소진과 고객관련 소진을 측정하였고, 우울은 BDI를 사용하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 카지노 딜러의 감정노동(3.50)과 업무관련 소진(3.86), 고객관련 소진(3.91)은 비교적 높은 수준으로 나타났고 둘째, 감정노동은 우울과 소진 모두에서 정(+)의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 셋째, 남성에 비해 여성의 감정노동이 높았으며, 소진은 딜러가 관리직보다 높게 그리고 20대가 가장 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 감정노동은 소진과 우울 모두에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 감정노동에 종사하는 카지노 딜러의 소진을 예방하고 우울을 줄이기 위한 법률의 제정 및 근로자지원 프로그램(EAP) 등의 조직 및 개인차원의 전략과 함의를 도출하였다. The purpose of this study was to verify the effects of emotional labor on casino dealers’ burnout and depression. Burnout is a big problem which thwarts their professionalism and effectualness of the service they provide. Depression is a core factor which affects one’s mental health. To analyze the effects of emotional labor on casino workers’ burnout and depression, we conducted a survey of 606 casino dealers of H resort and analyzed the results. Burnout was measured in terms of the client-related burnout and work-related burnout by the Copenhagen Burnout Inventory (CBI), and depression was measured by the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI). The research finding are as follows. First, the level of emotional labor (3.50) was higher than the mid-point on the 4 point Likert scale, and the work-related burnout (3.86) and client-related burnout (3.91) were higher than the mid-point on the 5 point Likert scale. Second, emotional labor was correlated to their depression and burnout. Third, emotional labor showed a significant difference according to gender, while burnout showed significant differences according to age, position and term of service. Fourth, emotional labor had an effect on the casino dealers’ burnout and depression. We discussed the implications of these findings and possible strategies to alleviate this situation, for example, the passing of a law and development of an employee assistance program (EAP) to prevent their burnout and reduce their depression.

이 논문의 목적은 근대 한·일 여성고등교육기관을 대상으로 스포츠교육에 나타난 신체 담론을 성찰하는 것이다. 최근 몸짱 신드롬과 스포츠웰빙 차원에서의 몸가꾸기 프로젝트가 한국사회에 폭발적인 유행으로 번지고 있다. 과거와 달리 미디어에 의해 여러 가지 사회 가치와 유행이 가공되고 있는데, 특히 스포츠와 관련하여 여성의 몸만들기 프로젝트가 최근 거대담론이 되고 있다. 한국의 경우 근대 여성 고등 교육기관에서 `보여주는 몸`을 가능하게 하는 교육적 뿌리가 존재하고, 일본의 경우 덕과 예를 육성하는 도구로서 신체교육의 전통이 크게 작용해 왔다는 사실을 고찰하였다. 이러한 비교의 예를 통해서 우리나라의 몸짱 프로젝트가 건강한 담론으로 조정되길 제안한다. The purpose of this research is to make comparative analysis on the bodily discourse upon the education from women`s higher education institution in early modern Korea and Japan. As Mom-JJang, a new view of the body which contemporary Korean women have, is getting boomed, the interest in their body is at the peak along with the code of `well-being` life style. Specially, women have changed their attitude toward some fields, such as sports, a sense of value, and a habit, which can be considered as media for these activities. Their habits, attitudes, and values on physical activities were largely influenced by bodily discourses at the time when sports was introduced. It was rooted educational background to be showed body by the higher educational institution in Korea. But it was reflected that body education was traditional background something like to emphasize the need of goodness and manner in Japan. Finally, we need the body project to make keeping for the healthful discourses constructing by social network.

The interest in a literary museum which is endemic recently seems to give relaxation on the walkways of our city. It started as part of health campaign, and these walkways were formed in the city together with the encouragement policy of walking. The interest in the village which started from the road is expanded to search for persons as well as to make trail plan by the relevant district offices. These facts can be found commonly around us. The literary museum facing with the walkway of city is a glad occasion like a meeting of novel found incidentally in our life. It is approaching to us as analog communication that makes it delay the speed of the world digitalized under the today"s flood of industrialization and to make our hurried step stopped for a while. Under the present atmosphere of the times facing the crisis of humanities, a plan of the literary museum for exhibiting "Literature" has its purpose and meaning in that has a chance to recognize the value and meaning of literature newly. As a role of literature, the planning of literature museum can have influence on the emotion and enrichment of sensitivity for the visitors, view of communication of contents. Consequently it requires a lot of time and effort. This project has contents of renovating the culture center at Banghak3-dong Dobong-gu located on a section of Banghak-dong Dulle-gil Trail to a poet "Kim Su-Young Literary Museum".
