Purpose: This study aimed to examine the relationships between positive nursing organizational culture, organizational communication satisfaction, and the level of work engagement among nurses working in tertiary hospitals, as well as to identify influencing factors on work engagement. Methods: This study used a descriptive research design. Data were collected from 184 general nurses working in four tertiary hospitals in Seoul using self-report questionnaires from March 13 to 30, 2023. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson correlation, and hierarchical regression. Results: In the hierarchical regression analysis, the variables that significantly influenced work engagement in Model 1 were marital status (β=.26, p=.002), graduate or higher degree (β=.41, p<.001), more than 1 year and less than 3 years (β=.18, p=.030) and 3 years or more but less than 5 years of clinical experience in present hospital (β=.17, p=.023), and satisfaction (β=.27, p=.002) and moderate satisfaction with pay (β=.18, p=.033). In model 2, adding the subdomains of positive nursing organizational culture and organizational communication satisfaction to the Model 1, the variables that had a significant effect on work engagement were trust-based organizational relationships (β=.50, p<.001) and organizational communication satisfaction (β=.25, p=.005). Conclusion: The results suggest that education level, clinical experience, and satisfaction with pay should be considered to improve nurses' work engagement. In addition, it was identified that organizational relationship based on trust and organizational communication satisfaction are the main influencing factors for improving work engagement.

Enneagram is a tool for self-transformation. But, there is a limit on the extent to which one can achieve self-transformation through Enneagram. It is because humans who are in a state of existential estrangement can't conquest estrangement on their own. This thesis focuses on finding one's existential predicament through Enneagram, recognizing one's finitude, and learning the courage to accept the acceptance in order to discuss the process of transformation. In addition, the thesis sheds light on the ways to overcome the limitations of Enneagram by looking into the important elements found in Tillich's Ontological Theology; basic principle of Reformation theology, "Justification by Faith".

Safety and Efficacy of Polycalcium for Improving Biomarkers of Bone Metabolism: A 4-Week Open-Label Clinical Study

Polycalcium is a mixture of Polycan and calcium lactate–gluconate 1:9 (w/w) with demonstrated antiosteoporosis activity in vitro and in vivo studies. These studies were a 4-week open-label, single-center trial to evaluate the efficacy of oral Polycalcium on bone metabolism and safety. In total, 30 healthy women (range 40–60 years) were administered 400 mg of Polycalcium for 4 weeks. The primary efficacy parameter was urinary deoxypyridinoline (DPYR) levels, and serum osteocalcin (OSC), bone-specific alkaline phosphatase (BALP), urinary cross-linked C-telopeptide of type-1 collagen (CTx), urinary cross-linked N-telopeptide of type-1 collagen (NTx), calcium (Ca), and phosphorus (P) levels, which were evaluated for comparison before and after administration of Polycalcium. After 4 weeks of Polycalcium administration, 27 subjects completed the test plan. Three subjects withdrew their consent to participate. The values of blood OSC, BALP, serum Ca, and serum P from baseline to 4 weeks of treatment were changed by −28.44%, 14.37%, 6.11%, and 1.42%, respectively. Biomarkers of bone resorption: urinary DPYR, serum CTx, serum NTx, urinary Ca, and urinary P, at baseline after 4 weeks of treatment were changed by −13.40%, 6.67%, −5.13%, −22.43%, and −3.04%, respectively. Additionally, when considering the subjects' adverse effects and the results of the blood and urine tests over the 4-week trial period, the dose of 400 mg Polycalcium showed efficacy for improving bone metabolism and was well tolerated and safe. 예술치료에 참여한 한 위기 청소년의 자기표현 경험에 대한 내러티브 탐구

본 연구는 위기 청소년이 예술치료프로그램에 참여하면서 연구자와의 상호작용과 미술 작품 활동, 이야기짓기와 시짓기 등을 통하여 어떠한 자기표현을 경험하였고 그 경험의 의미는 무엇인지 살펴보는 것에 목적이 있다. 연구참여자 진수(가명)는 2020년 1월부터 6월까지 20회기 총 20시간 동안 연구자가 진행한 예술치료 프로그램에 참여하였다. 진수는 교통사고 가해자로서 법원에서 보호관찰 수강명령을 받고 비자발적으로 상담을 받게 된 위기 청소년이다. 연구자는 ETC(Expressive Therapies Continnum: 이하 ETC)모델을 참조하여 진수와의 협력적인 관계에서 예술치료 프로그램을 구성하였고, 프로그램 과정에서 진수가 창작한 작품들과 연구자와의 상호작용을 Clandinnin과 Connelly(2007)가 제안한 3차원적 탐구 공간에서 살펴보면서 진수의 자기표현 경험을 탐색하였다. 참여자 진수는 예술치료 초기에 소외감과 경계심으로 말이 없거나 박탈감을 드러내었으나 다양한 심리상태와 발달수준을 표현할 수 있는 매체를 활용한 미술창작 활동과 이야기짓기, 상담사와의 상호작용을 통하여 점차 마음을 열며 다양한 감정을 탐색할 수 있었다. 진수는 친구에게 자신의 힘든 마음을 전하는 내용의 시짓기를 함으로써 소통의 문을 두드렸고, 넓은 바다로 나가는 고래에 자신을 비유하면서 새로운 세상을 향해 나아가고자 하는 희망을 드러내었다. 본 연구는 한 위기 청소년이 공감적이고 수용적인 분위기에서 다양한 미술 및 문예활동을 통하여 ‘억압된 자기를 표현하고 정체성을 새롭게 찾아가는 과정’을 생생하게 드러낸 것에 의의가 있다.

Purpose : This study analyzes the process of spirituality restoration of the Enneagram type 2, 3, 4. Methods : The study discusses the process of disidentification with personality type following the identification with it, and tries to associate the results with the Christian spirituality. Results : The process of disidentifying with discovering negative aspects of one’s personality requires a conscious effort. This process also requires enduring the voluntary suffering, which is same as crucifying oneself. Furthermore, we can accept the gift of Grace when we reveal ourselves. Conclusion : The more one accepts the negative aspects of one’s personality, the greater the possibility of self-change becomes. Self-change is transition of the state of being, a restoration of the Essential nature, and a restoration of the Christian spirituality.

중년기 자아통합을 돕는 목회상담적 도구로서 에니어그램 활용에 관한 연구

본 연구는 중년기 위기에 선 그리스도인을 목회상담적으로 어떻게 도울 수 있는지, 특히 에니어그램이라는 도구를 통하여 적절한 훈련프로그램을 개발하고, 개발된 훈련프로그램이 자아통합과 영적 성장에 얼마나 영향을 미치는지 살펴봄으로써 중년기 자아통합을 돕는 도구로서의 에니어그램의 적합성과 그 활용방안에 관한 연구이다. 우선 중년기의 범위를 규정하기 위하여 중년기를 연구한 대표적 학자들의 제 이론을 살펴보고 각 주장 점과 근거들을 알아보았고, 중년기에 위기 증상이 발발하는 것에 대해, 그리고 중년기가 왜 위기일 수밖에 없는지 이해하기 위하여 중년기의 시기, 의미, 중년기이해하기와 자기 만족감에 대해 각 학자들의 이론을 비교하였다. 다음으로는 생애 발달론에 근거하여 자아통합의 개념을 살펴보았다. 다음으로 목회상담적 도구로써 에니어그램 활용방안을 다루었다. 이는 실제 소그룹 집단 상담의 기법으로 프로그램화된 에니어그램을 실험적으로 적용해보고 그 현장에서 나온 결과물을 토대로 에니어그램 활용방안을 모색해 보았다. 결론적으로 에니어그램은 자신의 부정적인 강박을 찾는 과정이므로 어렵고 힘든 의식 성찰의 과정을 거쳐야 하지만, 이를 통해 자기 자신의 참된 모습과 숨겨져 있는 무의식의 역동성을 발견함으로서 중년기 위기에 처한 그리스도인에게 심리적 전환을 통해 내면의 성숙과 자아통합에 이르게 하는 적절한 목회 상담적 도구임을 보여준다.

한.미.일 50대 기업 웹사이트의 웹 접근성 및 사용성에 관한 실증 연구

무한 사이버 공간인 인터넷의 발달과 함께 인터넷의 사용이 크게 늘어 거의 대부분이 인터넷을 이용하고 있다. 이러한 인터넷에서의 정보와 지식은 누구나가 어떠한 환경에서도 사용가능해야 한다. 장애인, 노인 ,어린이 , 약시 등을 고려한 웹 개발이 절실하다. 국내에서는 2008년 4 월 11 일 「장애인차별금지 및 권리구제 등에 관한 법률」 동법시행령(제 14조)에 웹 접근성 의무화 조항 마련을 마련하여 복지 분야 뿐 아니라 인터넷에서도 장애인에 대한 평등을 강화하였다. 매년 웹 접근성 실태조사를 하고 있는 중앙행정기관의 웹 접근성 평균 접수는 2005년 72.3 점, 2006 년 81. 8 점,2007 년 88.2 점 , 2008년 90.6점이고, 광역지자체는 2005 년 71 .6점, 2006년 81.8점, 2007 년 86.8 점, 91.6점으로 해마다 향상되고 있는 것으로 나타났다(한국정보화진흥원 웹접근성연구소, 2009) 이와 비교해 볼 때, 민간기업의 웹사이트는 웹 접근성 준수율이 많이 낮으므로 본 연구에서는 한국 미국 일본 50대 기업의 웹 접근성 및 사용성에 대해 나라별 기업별로 실중 평가 분석하여 문제점을 도출하고 개선안을 제시하여 민간기업의 웹 접근성, 사용성 수준을 향상시키는데 다소라도 기여하고자 하며 향후 IPTV, 휴대폰 등 다양한 웹 접근성 연구 분야에 대해 제시했다.

유아의 정서지능과 도덕적 판단력의 관계

본 연구는 만 5세 유아들을 대상으로 정서지능과 도덕적 판단력과의 관계를 알아보았다. 연구대상은 만 5세 유아 81명(남아 47명, 여아 34명)이며, 자료는 정서지능 측정도구와 도덕적 판단력 측정도구를 통하여 이루어졌고 결과처리는 SPSS를 이용하여 t검증과 Pearson의 적률상관계수를 구하였다. 연구결과 정서지능과 도덕적 판단력에서 성별차이는 나타나지 않았다. 정서지능과 도덕적 판단력과는 정적인 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was investigate to the relationship between children's emotional intelligence and moral judgement. The subjects were 81 five-year-old children in four early childhood education center. Instruments were emotional intelligence scale and moral judgement scale. The analysis of data were z-test, pearson's correlation by SPSS program. The results of the study were as follows: Frist, emotional intelligence and moral judgement was no statistically significant difference of sex. Second, children's emotional intelligence was positively correlated to moral judgement.
