슬관절 전치환술 시행 후 CPM과 PNF 치료에 따른 효과 비교

Objective : Compare the results of CPM and PNF in recovery rates when applied as an initial physical therapy. Methods : Randomly selected 19 patients who underwent through total knee replacement surgery. 23 cases were studied and divided into 12 CPM and 11 PNF cases. CPM case was carried out for 60 minutes, a maximum allowed exercise without pain. PNF case was carried out for 20 minutes by a therapist to a patient as 'one on one'. Result : Result showed that PNF treatment was increased significantly at P<0.05 in flexor muscle strength in 8 days after the surgery. Conclusion : The study revealed that in comparison with CPM, PNF was more effective treatment increase of flexor muscle strength in rehabilitation on after total knee replacement surgery.
Random Urinary Calcium/Creatinine Ratio for Screening Hypercalciuria in Children with Hematuria

Background: Hypercalciuria is one of the most common causes of unexplained isolated hematuria. The diagnostic methods for hypercalciuria have not yet been standardized. The aim of this study was to assess whether random urinary calcium/creatinine ratio could be used as a screening tool for hypercalciuria in children with hematuria. Methods: This prospective study included 264 children with primary hematuria for whom both random and 24 hr urinary evaluations were performed. Pearson correlation and ROC curve were used to assess the correlations. A multiple linear regression model was used to analyze effects of age, weight, height, body mass index, and body surface area on random urinary calcium/creatinine ratio. Results: There was a moderately strong correlation between random urinary calcium/creatinine ratio and 24 hr urinary calcium excretion (r=0.584, P<0.001). The most appropriate cutoff value of random urinary calcium/creatinine ratio for the estimation of hypercalciuria was 0.075 mg/mg (sensitivity, 77.8%; specificity, 64.3%; area under the curve, 0.778). Body mass index and 24 hr urinary calcium excretion significantly affected random urinary calcium/creatinine ratio with a low coefficient of determination (r2=0.380, P<0.001). Conclusions: Random urinary calcium/creatinine ratio is not suitable for screening hypercalciuria in children with hematuria. Twenty-four hour urinary analysis should be performed to diagnose hypercalciuria in children with hematuria.

최근 국내 VE에 관한 이슈가 대두되고 있으며, 이에 따른 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 하지만 기능분석 및 VE분석절차에 관한 연구에 머물러 있을 뿐이고, 합리적인 제안 채택을 위한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 특히 발주자의 입장에서 실행단계 업무처리와 VE활성화에 일조할 수 있도록, VE프로세스에서 제안채택 여부를 결정하는 최종단계의 평가 절차와 기준에 관한 체계적인 방안을 제인하고자 한다. 우선, 국내외 문헌고찰 및 설문조사를 통하여 문제점을 파악하고 개선방향을 도출한다. 이어서 제안채택 여부 결정을 위한 세부절차를 설정하고 표준평가쉬트를 제안하였다. 마지막으로, 본 논문은 프로젝트의 성격에 따라 발주자 측에서 적절히 조정하여 적용한다면 VE관리업무에 효율적으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. The role and importance of VE have been enlarged since VE application was mandatory by law in public sector in March, 2000. Public organizations have widened the technological horizon through VE competitions and applied VE technique to private investment projects. Many studies have been carried out on function analysis and VE procedure. In practice it is common that clients make a decision one-sidedly on whether or not VE proposals are selected. The VE procedure itself is not smooth. This study gives some suggestions on VE appraisal procedure and criteria at the last phase on VE process in order to smooth the progress of VE. The results of this study can be used as a tool to improve efficiency in the management of VE.

본 연구에서는 중소기업청의 정책자금지원 사업을 도와 줄 OLAP 데이터베이스 시스템을 구축하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 정책자금을 단계적으로 지원하기 위해서는 필수적으로 이질 차원 스키마를 채택해야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 단계적 정책금융을 지원하도록 하는 FREQUENCY 차원테이블을 작성한 것이다. 또한 본 연구에서는 중소기업의 크기를 측정할 모델을 작성하였는데, 이 모델은 매출액, 고용인력, 기술보유, 매출액 영업이익률, 부채 비율, 유동비율의 6가지 기업크기 측정지표로 구성되어 있다. FREQUENCY 차원을 포함한 3개 차원과 기업크기 측정모델을 사용하여 OLAP 데이터베이스 시스템을 구축한 것이다. 아울러 이렇게 구축한 OLAP 데이터베이스 시스템을 이용하여 2004년~2007년 간 기 시행된 중소기업 정책자금 지원사업의 적정성을 평가해 보고 있다. The purpose of this paper is to develop an OLAP (online analytical processing) database system that supports the SMBA (Small and medium Business Administration) policy funding. A heterogeneous dimension schema will be central in staged support of policy funds. In this paper, therefore, we designed the FREQUENCY dimension table which has a heterogeneous dimension schema structure. In this paper, we made a model of measuring SME (small and medium-sized enterprise) size first. The model is composed of six determinants of firm growth such as sales, employment, own technology, the operating profit to sales ratio, the debt ratio, and the current ratio. We developed the OLAP database system by using three dimensions including the FREQUENCY dimension, and using the model of measuring SME size. Also we assessed past decisions on policy funding in the Small Business Policy Funds Support Project (2004-2007) by using the OLAP database system.
