        코로나 스트레스가 대학생의 스마트폰 중독에 미치는 영향: 자기조절능력의 매개효과

        This study examined the relationship between COVID-19 stress, self-regulation, and smartphone addiction among university students. It also assessed whether self-regulation mediates the relationship between COVID-19 stress and smartphone addiction. The participants comprised 346 students enrolled in G city university. Data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS to generate descriptive statistics, perform a correlation analysis, and create a structural equation model. The main findings were as follows. First, COVID-19 stress had a negative correlation with self-regulation, but a positive correlation with smartphone addiction. A negative correlation was observed between self-regulation ability and smartphone addiction. Secondly, self-regulation partially mediated the relationship between COVID-19 stress and smartphone addiction. The results will inform educational and counseling interventions aimed at preventing smartphone addiction among university students living in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic.

        무엇이 한국 청소년들을 행복하게 하는가: 부모의 양육행동과 주관적 안녕감의 관계에서 자율성의 매개효과

        Korean adolescents have a lower subjective well-being compared to their counterparts in other Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development member countries as well as experience more psychological difficulties than adults. Previous research shows that parenting behavior has a considerable influence on adolescent subjective well-being. Additionally, the personality dimension of self-directedness, the ability to regulate personal behavior to obtain onindividual goals, has a positive influence on subjective well-being. This study analyzed the structural relationship between parenting behavior, self-directedness, and the subjective well-being of Korean adolescents as well as investigated the mediating effect of self-directedness in the relationships between parenting behaviors and the subjective well-being of adolescents. Participants were 325 middle school students in Gwangju, Korea, who completed measures of self-directedness (from the Korean Junior Temperament and Character Inventory), subjective well-being (Well-Being Scale of Adolescents in Korea), and perceived parenting behaviors (My Memories of Upbringing - Short Korean version). Results showed that emotional warmth had a statistically significant direct impact on adolescents’ subjective well-being. However, the findings also indicated a statistically significant indirect impact mediated by self-directedness. Rejection and overprotection had a statistically significant indirect effect on adolescents’ subjective well-being that was mediated by self-directedness. The results provide information that can be used to develop programs to improve the subjective well-being of adolescents as well as confirm the importance of parenting behavior and self-directedness during adolescence.

        청소년의 일상적 스트레스가 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향: 긍정심리자본의 조절효과

        본 논문은 청소년의 일상적 스트레스, 긍정심리자본, 심리적 안녕감의 관계를 살펴보고, 청소년의 일상적 스트레스가 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향에서 긍정심리자본의 조절효과를 확인하였다. 광주광역시에 소재한 중학교 3곳의 중학생을 대상으로 총 237명에게 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료분석을 위해 상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년의 일상적 스트레스는 긍정심리자본, 심리적 안녕감과 각각 유의미한 부적 상관을 보였고, 긍정심리자본과 심리적 안녕감은 유의미한 정적 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 청소년의 일상적 스트레스가 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향에서 긍정심리자본의 조절효과는 유의미하게 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 일상적 스트레스로 인해 청소년의 심리적 안녕감이 저해되지 않도록 긍정심리자본 증진을 위한 교육 및 상담적 개입의 필요성을 시사한다. This study examined the relationship between daily stress, positive psychological capital, and psychological well-being of adolescents. In addition, in the influence of adolescents’ daily stress on psychological well-being, the moderating effect of positive psychological capital was confirmed. A total of 237 students were surveyed for middle school students living in Gwangju city. Collected data were analyzed by correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. According to the results, first, the daily stress of adolescents showed a significant negative correlation with positive psychological capital and psychological well-being. And the positive psychological capital showed the a significant positive correlation with psychological well-being. Second, in the influence of adolescents’ daily stress on psychological well-being, the moderating effect of positive psychological capital was significant. These results suggest the necessity of educational and counseling intervention to promote positive psychological capital so that the adolescents’ well-being is not impaired by daily stress.

        기질과 부·모의 애정적 양육태도가 중학생의 자율성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 사회인구학적 변인, 기질, 부·모의 애정적 양육태도가 청소년의 자율성에 미치는 영향을 밝히는 것이다. 본 연구를 위해 G시의 중학생 354명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 상관관계 분석과 위계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 기질 변인과 부·모의 애정적 양육태도 변인은 청소년의 자율성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 개별 변인의 영향을 살펴보면 위험회피 기질이 청소년의 자율성에 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 부의 애정적 양육태도, 인내력기질, 가정경제수준, 자극추구 기질 순으로 나타났다. 이러한 본 연구의 결과는 청소년의 자율성 향상에 있어 개인적 요인인 기질과 환경적 요인인 애정적 양육태도의 중요성을 보여주며, 특히 부의 역할이 중요함을 강조한다. 본 연구는 청소년들이 자율성을 향상하여 성숙한 성인으로 성장할 수 있도록 돕는 기초자료를 제공하는데 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the influences of temperament, parenting affective attitudes on the self-directedness of adolescents. The data were collected from 354 middle school students living in G city. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation analyses and hierarchical regression analyses. Results of the study are summarized as follows. Temperament and parenting affective attitudes effect on adolescent`s self-directedness. In terms of individual factors, harm avoidance temperament had the greatest effect on self-directedness, followed by father`s parenting affective attitudes, persistence temperament, home economic status, novelty seeking temperament, in that order. The result for the effects of temperament, parenting affective attitudes on adolescent`s self-directedness highlights the important roles played by the temperament of personal variable, parenting affective attitudes of environment variable in improving and adolescent`s self-directedness. This study contributes to the literature by proving fundamental insights into an adolescent`s self-directedness and mature life.

        코로나 팬데믹 시대의 대학생 삶의 만족도에 관한 연구

        목적 본 연구의 목적은 코로나 팬데믹 시대를 살아가는 대학생의 스트레스, 긍정심리자본, 삶의 만족도 간의 관계를 살펴보고, 코로나 스트레스와 대학생 삶의 만족도와의 관계에서 긍정심리자본의 매개효과를 확인하는 것이다. 방법 연구대상은 광주광역시 4년제 대학에 재학 중인 대학생 346명이다. SPSS와 AMOS 프로그램을 통해 기술통계분석, 상관관계분석, 구조모형분석을 실시하였다. 결과 첫째, 코로나 스트레스는 긍정심리자본, 삶의 만족도와 부적상관을 보였으며, 긍정심리자본과 삶의 만족도는 정적상관을 보였다. 둘째, 코로나 스트레스가 대학생의 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향에서 긍정심리자본의 완전매개 효과를 확인하였다. 결론 대학생들의 삶의 만족도를 증진하기 위해서는 코로나 스트레스를 감소시키는 동시에 긍정심리자본을 증진시켜주는 통합적 개입이 필요하다. Objectives The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between stress, positive psychological capital, and life satisfaction of university students living in the COVID-19 pandemic era, and to confirm the mediating effect of positive psychological capital in the relationship between COVID-19 stress and life satisfaction. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 346 university students located in Gwangju City, and correlation analysis and structural model analysis were performed on the collected data using SPSS and AMOS. Results COVID-19 stress, positive pshycological capital, and life satisfaction showed a significant correlation, and the fully mediating effect of positive pshycological capital was found in the effect of COVID-19 stress on life satisfaction of university students. Conclusions This suggests that an integrative intervention that reduces COVID-19 stress and enhances positive psychological capital at the same time is necessary to improve life satisfaction of university students.

        코로나-19 시대를 살아가는 대학생들의 스마트폰 중독에 관한 연구: 스트레스, 우울을 중심으로

        본 연구는 코로나-19로 인한 스트레스, 우울, 스마트폰 중독 간의 관계를 살펴보고, 코로나-19 스트레스가 대학생의 스마트폰 중독에 미치는 영향에서 우울의 매개효과를 확인하고자 한다. G시 대학에 재학 중인 대학생 346명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 그 자료를 바탕으로 상관관계분석과 구조분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 코로나-19 스트레스는 우울, 스마트폰 중독과 모두 정적 상관을 보였으며, 우울과 스마트폰 중독 역시 정적상관을 보였다. 둘째, 코로나-19 스트레스가 대학생 우울에 미치는 영향에서 우울의 부분 매개효과가 확인되었다. 본 연구는 코로나-19 시대를 살아가는 대학생들의 스마트폰 중독을 예방하고 치료하는데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. This study examined the relationship between COVID-19 stress, depression, and smartphone addiction, and aims to confirm the mediating effect of depression in the effects of COVID-19 stress on smartphone addiction in college students. A survey was conducted on 346 college students, and correlation analysis and structural analysis were conducted based on the data. The results of this study are as follows. First, COVID-19 stress showed a positive correlation with both depression and smartphone addiction, and depression and smartphone addiction also showed a positive correlation. Second, the mediating effect of depression was confirmed in the effect of COVID-19 stress on college student depression. This study will be able to use basic data to prevent and treat smartphone addiction of college students living in the era of COVID-19.

        어머니의 정서표현성, 유아의 자기조절능력 및 스마트기기 과의존 경향성의 구조적 관계

        Objectives: This study analyzed the relationship between mothers’ emotional expressiveness, young children’s self-regulation ability, and smart device overdependence tendency. In addition, it examined the direct and indirect effects of mothers’ emotional expressiveness and young children’s self-regulation ability on the smart devices overdependence tendency through structural model analysis. Methods: Participants in this study consisted of 225 young children and their mothers living in G city. Data were analyzed using SPSS ver. 18.0 and AMOS ver. 18.0 to carry out descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and the structural equation model. Results: The findings reveal that self-regulation ability negatively correlates with smart devices overdependence tendency. Moreover, the mother’s positive and negative emotional expressiveness indirectly affected the young children’s smart devices overdependence tendency through self-regulation. In other words, it was found that the mother’s emotional expressiveness completely mediates the young children’s self-regulation ability and indirectly affects the smart device overdependence tendency. Conclusion: The significance of this study is that it revealed risk and protective factors that affect young children’s smart device overdependence in a social situation where the problem of young children’s smart device overdependence has become more serious. Essentially, the findings can be utilized to develop a smart device overdependence prevention program for young children.

        청소년의 기질과 사회적 지지가 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향: 긍정심리자본의 매개효과

        This study grasps the structural relationships between temperament, social support, and school adjustment by adolescents as well as investigates the mediating effect of positive psychological capital from relationships between temperament, social support, and school adjustment. Participants in this study consisted of 763 students in the second grade of five middle schools. Productive correlation analysis were conducted on data collected for this study using PASW statistics ver. 18.0 program; in addition, structural equation modeling analysis was conducted using AMOS ver. 18.0 program. The main findings are as follows. Paths appeared in different ways according to the investigation of mediating effect of positive psychological capital under the impact of temperament and social support on school adjustment of adolescents. Investigation showed that harm avoidance temperament had a statistically significant indirect effect on school adjustment with a medium of positive psychological capital. Novelty seeking temperament and persistence temperament had a direct impact on the school adjustment of adolescents; however, it appeared to also indicate an indirect impact through a medium of positive psychological capital. Social support seemed to indicate a direct impact on school adjustment of adolescents as well as an indirect impact through a medium of positive psychological capital. This study provides basic data to help in the school adjustment of adolescents using personal, environmental, and psychological variables that proves the importance of positive psychological capital in adolescence.
