IP 카메라란 영상을 네트워크를 통하여 전송하는 카메라로 웹 서버, 네트워크 인터페이스 장치 및 CCD(Charge Coupled Device) 모듈을 모두 내장하고 있어 영상을 네트워크를 통하여 실시간으로 전송이 가능하며 네트워크가 구축된 곳 어디서든 카메라의 IP 또는 웹 주소를 통해서 24시간 현장의 영상을 모니터링하고 기록한다. 현재 IP 카메라는 기술의 발전과 함께 날로 진화하여 기존의 아날로그 카메라시장을 점차 대체해가고 있으며, 아직은 초기 단계지만 우수한 확장성과 아날로그 카메라의 노이즈 문제를 극복하기 위해 철도차량에서도 점차 그 영역을 넓혀갈 것으로 기대된다. 하지만 IP 카메라의 상용화를 위해서는 여러 해결되지 않은 문제점들이 내제되어 있어 본 논문에서는 철도차량의 IP 카메라 시스템 구성에 대해 알아보고 철도차량용 IP 카메라 시스템의 개발 및 설계에 도움이 되고자 한다. IP camera which transmits image signal in network includes web server, network interface unit and CCD(Charge-Coupled Device) module. IP camera is able to transmit image signals by network in real time and to monitor the scene image always by IP or Web address. IP camera is substituted for analog camera now gradually according to the development and progress of camera technology and expect it to extend the boundary in rolling stock gradually cause of the excellent expansibility and noise solution of analog camera. We survey the IP camera system composition in rolling stock and so this can be a help to develop and design IP camera system, because it has unsolved problems for common use of IP camera.

소장 폐색의 위석을 금속 스텐트 삽입 및 압박하여 제거

Small bowel obstructions (SBOs) that develop for various reasons often require prompt medical treatment. Migration of a gastric bezoar (indigestible foreign material that has accumulated in the stomach) is a rare cause of SBO. Treatment of a symptomatic SBO caused by a bezoar requires a multidisciplinary approach that considers the patient’s physical status and comorbidities and the bezoar volume, location, and pathology. Although surgery is the treatment of choice, endoscopic treatments such as fragmentation and retrieval may serve as alternatives. We present the first case of resolution of a large phytobezoar via mechanical compression after covered metal stent insertion, followed by stent retrieval, in a patient with a symptomatic SBO that persisted even after two sessions of push-endoscopic fragmentation. Ulcerative colitis, an inflammatory bowel disease, often exhibits extra-intestinal manifestations including various dermatological problems. Pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) is a painful ulcerative cutaneous disorder characterized by the development of rapidly enlarging nodules. The lesion may become aggravated when ulcerative colitis is active, and it commonly affects the extensor surfaces of the lower extremities but rarely the upper extremities, face, periauricular area, anterior chest, back, or buttocks. We encountered a rare case of PG of the chest wall near the left breast, on the face and pretibial area of a male patient with ulcerative colitis. He had not undergone breast surgery and had no history of trauma. The lesion and symptoms were successfully treated by steroid and mesalazine; there was no need for surgery or more potent drugs. 항만관련 사업체와 해운선사의 조직간 관계특성이 신뢰와 몰입 및 조직성과에 미치는 영향

이 연구는 해운서비스 네트워크상의 해운선사와 항만관련사업체들의 상호 형성 관계를 고찰하고 해운선사와 항만관련사업체와의 관계특성을 규명하여 이러한 관계특성이 양자 사이의 신뢰와 몰입 등에 미치는 영향과 이에 따른 거래만족 및 조직성과와의 관계를 실증분석해 보고자 하였다. 서비스 네트워크와 서비스 네트워크상의 조직간 관계특성에 대한 기존의 연구를 고찰하고, 해운선사와 항만관련사업체의 거래관계를 분석한 결과 조직간 관계특성 요인으로 공유 가치, 정보공유, 기회주의 행동, 거래공정성, 관계지향성 등의 5가지 요인을 도출하였다. 실증분석 결과 정보공유, 거래공정성, 관계지향성이 해운선사에 대한 신뢰에, 공유 가치, 기회주의 행동, 거래공정성, 관계지향성이 해운선사에 대한 몰입에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 해운선사에 대한 신뢰는 몰입에 통계적으로 유의적인 정의 영향을 미치며, 이러한 신뢰와 몰입은 해운선사와의 거래만족에 통계적으로 유의적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 거래만족은 항만관련사업체의 조직성과에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. Globalization has been discussed as an important market environment in various territories. Maritime industry is also closely associated with globalization. Together with globalization, faster, more reliable, and cheaper maritime transport services have facilitated the expansion of global trade. With the development of emerging economies, the maritime industry had increased dramatically. The rise of China as the world manufacturing center was a key driver of this growth. Since 2008, however, there have been some declines because of the global financial crisis. It is not easy for container ports to have a sufficient container cargo volumes including transshipment. Therefore, container ports in individual countries require effective strategies for generating sufficient container traffic. Through a country-level analysis, this paper is designed to empirically investigate the influences of globalization on individual container ports` internal capabilities and transshipment traffic volumes.

내시경 초음파하 담관십이지장문합술을 이용하여 난치성 담관결석을 제거한 3예

내시경역행담췌관조영술로 제거가 어려운 담관결석에 있어서 경피적 담석 제거 및 쇄석술은 잘 알려진 시술이다. 그러나 경피적으로 만들어진 누공을 확장하는 데 시간이 많이 걸리는 단점이 있다. 내시경 초음파하 담관십이지장문합술은 요즈음 이러한 난치성 담관결석을 제거하는 데 사용되고 있다. 저자들은 최근에 금속 스텐트를 이용한 내시경 초음파하 담관십이지장문합술을 이용한 경험을 소개하고자 한다. 세 명의 총담관 내지 간내 담관결석 환자에서 내시경역행담췌관 조영술로 제거가 실패한 후 다양한 도구를 사용해서 이 방법으로 제거하는 데 성공하였다. 심각한 출혈, 감염, 천공 등의 합병증은 없었다. 내시경 초음파하 시술로부터 퇴원까지 10-14일 정도가 소요되었다. 이 방법은 현재 아직 추가 검증이 필요하지만, 내시경역행담췌관조영술로 제거가 어려운 담관결석 환자에서 내시경 초음파하 삽입된 스텐트로 만들어진 누공을 통해서 제거하는 효과적이고 안전한 방법일 수 있다. After failed removal of common bile duct or intrahepatic bile duct (IHD) stones by endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), percutaneous lithotripsy is well-known as an effective procedure. However, it is time-consuming because multiple sessions of transhepatic tract dilatation are required. Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS)-guided choledochoduodenostomy (CDS) has been recently used to approach IHD to remove difficult bile duct stones. We recently experienced EUS-guided CDS performed with metal stent. Common bile duct or IHD stones were removed by retrieval accessories after initial failed or inadequate ERCP in three patients. Serious complications including bleeding, infection, and perforation were not noted. The duration of hospital stay from EUS-guided procedure to discharge ranged from 10 to 14 days. Although this result is interim and ongoing, it suggests that EUS-guided CDS might be an effective and safe procedure after failed ERCP to remove difficult bile duct stones through the tract.
