메타분석을 활용한 태권도장 서비스품질이 만족에 미치는 영향력 효과검증: 고객, 수련생 만족을 중심으로

본 연구는 태권도장의 서비스품질이 만족 요인에 미치는 영향력 효과검증을 파악하여 서비스품질 효과성 재입증에 의의가 있으며, 현재 수련생 감소와 코로나바이러스-19(COVID-19) 사회적 악영향까지 더해져 경영적 어려움에 처해있는 전국의 태권도장 경영방안에 실무적 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 2010년 1월부터 2020년 12월까지 국내에 발표된 연구를 선정하였고, 선정과정을 거쳐 총 11편을 최종분석대상으로 선정하였다. 이에 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 태권도장 서비스품질 요인이 만족에 미치는 전체 영향력 효과크기는 중간 수준으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 서비스품질의 하위요인에 따른 만족(도장, 고객, 수련생)에 미치는 효과크기는 유형성이 가장 높았고, 확신, 응답, 공감, 신뢰성 순으로 나타났으며, 요인 간의 유의한 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 셋째, 만족 유형에 따른 서비스품질 효과크기는 수련생 만족이 가장 크게 나타났으며, 도장, 고객만족 순으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to verify the effectiveness of service quality on satisfaction factors, and to provide practical information on the management of Taekwondo Dojang nationwide, which are facing difficulties due to the decrease in trainees and COVID-19. In this study, 11 studies were selected from January 2010 to December 2020. The conclusion is as follows. First of all, it has been confirmed that the overall influence of Taekwondo dojo service on satisfaction is moderate. Second, the effectiveness of low-quality service on satisfaction (painting, customers, trainees) was the highest, and there was no significant difference between the factors in order of confidence, response, empathy and reliability. Third, the quality, effectiveness and satisfaction of the satisfaction type were the greatest, and the satisfaction of the trainees was the coating and customer satisfaction.

한시에 표현된 기장의 장소감

이 글에서는 조선시대 사대부들이 출신지와 신분에 따라 기장이라는 장소를 어떻게 느꼈는가를 그들이 지은 한시 작품들을 통해 살펴보고자 하였다. 기장현과 관련된 한시를 지은 사대부들은 출신지에 따라 기장 출신 사대부들과 타 지역 출신 사대부들로 크게 두 부류로 구분할 수 있다. 타 지역출신 사대부들은 다시 신분에 따라 관원 신분으로 기장 현감으로 부임하거나 공무 출장차 기장을 방문한 사대부들과 죄인 신분으로 벌을 받아 기장에 유배온 사대부들이나 그들의 가족으로 구분할 수 있다. 그리하여 이 글에서는 한시 작품들에 표현된 기장의 장소감들을 그 시들을 지은 사대부들의 출신지와 신분과 관련지어 다섯 가지 유형으로 나누어 살펴보았다. 그럼으로써 조선시대 사대부들이 기장이라는 장소에 대해 느꼈던 것들을 다각적으로 살펴볼 수 있었으며, 또 이를 통해 기장이라는 장소의 특색이 드러날 수 있었다. This paper aims to investigate how noblemen in the Chosun Dynasty felt the place, Gijiang, according to their native place and status through their Chinese poems. The feeling of Gijiang, which are expressed in Chinese poems, can be classified into five types: (1) a faraway place, (2) a difficult place for life of exile, (3) a place devastated by war, (4) a place with richness of local color, (5) a place bringing about love for people's native.

This study is meaningful in providing practical information on the recognition of eSports and the direction of development of eSports to the disabled. among them, 309 people with disabilities were selected as the population, and the data processing method was analyzed frequently using Excel 2016 and SPSS 21.0, and the following conclusions were drawn. First, 246 out of 309 disabled people cognition eSports, 219 of which recognized eSports as a new sport. among them, 237 people participated in eSports. Second, friends are the most likely opportunities for disabled person to participate in eSports, smartphones are the most likely ways to participate, and LoL (League of Legend) is the most likely way to participate. Third, most of the respondents answered that eSports for the disabled are helpful in relieving stress, and the difficulty in participating is that eSports programs for the disabled are insufficient. According to a survey of eSports goods, the largest proportion was less than 100,000 won. Fourth, the most reason for not accepting eSports is that it is not a real sport, and the most reason for not being attend is that it was not of interest. However, as a result of asking their intention to participate in the future, it was found that there were many answers.

화가의 자작 제화시와 화면상의 이미지의 재산출 방향(1) -강세황의 <칠탄정십육경도시>를 대상으로-

이 글은 강세황의 <칠탄정십육경> 시를 대상으로 하여 그림을 그린 화가가 자신의 그림을 시적 대상으로 하여 화면상의 이미지를 어떠한 방향으로 재산출하였으며 그리고 왜 그렇게 재산출하였는가 라는 문제를 다루려고 하였다. 그럼으로써 시인이나 그림 그리고 시형의 유형과 같은 제화시 창작의 주요 변수가 달라짐에 따라 화면상의 이미지의 재산출 방향과 관련된 양상이 어떻게 달라지는가 라는 문제를 논의하기 위한 토대를 마련하고자 하였다. 이 글에서는 분량 관계상 일차적으로 화면상의 이미지를 부각하는 방향으로 시적 이미지를 재산출한 시들로 보이는 작품 6수를 대상으로 하여 그림과의 비교를 통해 각 작품에서 제시되는 시적 풍경이 전적으로 화면에 근거하고 있음을 밝혔다. 화면상의 풍경과 시적 풍경의 일치는 곧 그림의 표제상으로 제시된 풍경이 구체적으로 어떠해야 하는가에 대한 화가와 시인의 인식이 일치됨을 뜻한다. 그림의 표제에 대한 화가와 시인의 관점 이 일치됨을 보여주는 작품이 전체 15수 가운데 6수나 된다는 것은 바로 화가와 시인이 동일 인물일 때에야 가능하다고 본다. This paper is intended to look at why the poetic image is reproduced from the pictorial image in what directions, by the poet who has composed poems about his own pictures. As the result, this paper will examine how the aspects, which are related to the direction of reproducing the poetic images from the pictorial images, vary with the main factors of writing poems about pictures, such as the type of the poet, the painting, and the verse form. Then, "Chil Tan Pavilion sixteen poems(七灘亭十六景詩)", which were composed by Kang, Se-hwang, are contrasted with his own "Chil Tan Pavilion sixteen pictures(七灘亭十六景圖)". In this paper, it is confirmed that the poetic images, the poetic sceneries in six poems, are reproduced in the direction of emphasizing the pictorial images and each is based on the pictorial sceneries in six pictures.

월전 장우성의 그림과 제화시의 기능

이 글은 월전 장우성의 그림에서 제화시가 어떠한 기능을 하고 있는가를 규명함으로써 한글 전용시대에 월전이 한시로 제화 시를 지어 자신의 그림에 써 넣은 이유를 살펴보려고 하였다. 이를 위해 먼저 월전의 <화제 변>이라는 글을 분석하여 한글 전용시대에 한시나 한문으로 된 화제의 유용성 여부에 대한 상이한 주장을 정리하여 제시하였다. 그런 다음 월전의 그림에서 한시나 한문이 구체적으로 어떠한 역할을 하는가를 살펴봄으로써 어느 쪽의 주장이 타당한지를 검토해 보았다. 검토해 본 결과, 비록 월전이 주로 미적 기능에 근거하여 한시나 한문으로 된 화제의 유용성을 주장하였지만, 월전 역시 화제의 정보 제시적 기능을 간과할 수 없고, 또 실제로 간과하지 않았음을 알 수 있었다. 월전은 한 편으로 그림에 대한정보를 제시하면서 다른 한 편으로 전체적인 화면 형성에 여러모로 활용하기 위해 한시나 한문을 사용하여 자신의 그림에 화제를 써 넣었던 것이다. 또한 제화시가 적혀진 월전의 그림들을 검토해본 결과, 제화시가 두 가지 기능을 다 하고 있는 작품들이 대부분이었지만, 한 가지 기능만을 하고 있는 작품도 있었다. In this paper it is studied why Chang Woo-soung has composed Chinese poems about his own pictures and written the poems on the pictures in the period of exclusive use of Hangeul, by analyzing the functions of the poems. The poems on the pictures have two functions; one is to inform on the pictures as text messages, and the other is to form the whole pictorial images as shapes of letter characters. In conclusion, Chang Woo-soung has composed Chinese poems about his own pictures and written the poems on the pictures, not only to inform on the pictures but also to form the whole pictorial images.

월전 장우성의 그림과 화제의 미적 기능

이 글은 월전 장우성의 그림들에서 화제로 적혀진 한시나 한문이 일군의 문자 형상으로서 하는 여러 가지 미적 기능 가운데 화면의 주요 형상을 부각하는 기능을 중점적으로 다루었다. 월전의 그림들의 분석을 통해, 월전이 화면의 주요 형상을 부각하기 위해 일군의 문자 형상을 활용하였던 방법들은 다음과 같이 크게 3가지 유형으로 추출할 수 있다. 첫 번째는 일군의 문자 형상으로 주요 형상을 둘러싸서 그 형상을 두드러져 보이게 하는 방법이다. 두 번째는 일군의 문자 형상을 활용하여 화면이 주요 형상에 집중되게끔 구도를 잡는 방법이다. 세 번째는 일군의 문자 형상을 활용하 여 주요 형상의 이미지를 강화하는 방법이다. 첫 번째 방법은 다시 어떤 식으로 둘러싸느냐에 따라 7가지 유형으로 세분할 수 있다. 이 글에서는 또한 예시된 그림들의 화제로 적혀진 한시나 한문의 분석을 통해 화제가 일종의 문자 메시지로서 그림에 대한 각종 정보를 제공하는 기능도 함께하고 있음을 밝혔다. In this paper it is studied that Chinese poems and Chinese prose writings, which are written in Chang Woo-soung's paintings, as shapes of letter characters, perform the function of highlighting the main shape in the picture. The methods that highlight the main shape in the picture by using shapes of letter characters are three kinds as follows. (1) the method of surrounding the main shape by using shapes of letter characters. (2) the method of composing painting which focus on the main shape by using shapes of letter characters. (3) the method of reinforcing the image of the main shape by using shapes of letter characters.
