공공토목사업 CM 발주를 위한 단계별 업무지원 시스템 구축

Recently, the MLTM (Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs) has announced CM business guidelines, because it is expected that the CM deliveries are going to be increased for a civil engineering industry with enforcement of the CM at Risk. In this trend, The CM business guideline, which is currently announced, is for the steps after the CM contract. However, the practical business guideline from a planning phase for the CM delivery to a selection phase of a CMr (Construction Manager) is essential for public construction projects including the civil engineering projects that the frequency of the CM deliveries is not sufficient. Therefore, this study established a standardized process model from the planning phase for the CM delivery to the selection phase of the CMr. study configured a business breakdown structure for CM delivery. A prototype system for supporting the CM delivery was also developed, and a practical operability was verified by a case evaluation based on the developed system. Hence, it is expected that this study will be utilized as a supporting system of the CM delivery business for public clients, which have not sufficient cases of the CM delivery. 위험형 CM(CM at Risk) 제도의 시행과 함께 토목시설물에도 CM계약사례가 증가할 것으로 예상되어, 국토해양부 등에서는 CM 업무지침을 공표하고 있다. 현재 공표된 CM 업무지침은 CM 계약 이후의 업무지침이지만, CM 발주사례가 부족한 토목사설을 포함한 공공사업에서는 CM 발주 자체에 필요한 CM발주의 가획단계부터 CM 업자 (Construction Manager, CMr) 선정까지의 업무지침이 필요한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 발주처의 건설사업관리 발주업무를 발주 기획단계부터 CMr 선정단계까지 표준화된 프로세스 모형으로 구축하였으며, 이를 위해 CM발주 업무분류체계를 구성하였다. 또한 연구에서는 구축된 모형에 근거한 CM 발주지원 시스템을 개발하여 시스템의 실무 운영성을 검증하였다. 이러한 연구는 CM 발주사례가 부족한 발주처의 CM 발주업무 지원체계로 활용성을 가질 수 있다.

최근 국내에서 건설사업관리(Construction Management, CM) 계약사례가 점차 증대되고 있다. CM업무의 원활한 수행을 위해 국토해양부 등에서는 CM 업무지침을 공표하고 있으며, 이러한 CM 업무지침은 CM계약 이후의 CM 업무수행지침을 의미한다. 하지만 CM 발주경험이 부족한 발주기관에서는 CM 업무수행지침 외에 CM발주부터 CM 용역계약까지의 업무지침을 필요로 하고 있다. 즉, CM 발주사례가 부족한 기관에서는 CM발주를 위한 기획업무부터 CM업자(Construction Manager, CMr) 선정까지의 업무지침이 실무적으로 도움이 될 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존 CM 발주업무를 조사 및 분석하여 발주기관의 CM 발주단계에 중점을 둔 단계별 업무지침을 표준적인 절차로 구성하며, 이를 프로세스 모형으로 구축하였다. 제시된 업무지침과 모형은 전문가 설문조사로 활용성을 검증하였다. 제시된 업무지침은 CM발주에 경험이 없는 발주기관의 경우에도 CM기획, 입찰, 선정, 계약단계의 단계별 발주업무에 활용이 가능하도록 하여 CM 발주업무의 효율성 제고에 기여할 수 있다. Recently, CM(Construction Management) contracts are gradually increasing. In this trend, the MLTM (Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs) announced a CM business guideline. The guideline is focused on businesses after the CM contract. However, contractors that experiences of CM order are not sufficient require a business guideline from CM order to CM contract with a business execution guideline for CM. That is, the guidelines from planning of CM order to selection of CMr(Construction Manager) help the contractors to apply in practice. Therefore, this study develops a business guideline for each stage focusing on a CM order stage of a contractors as a standard process by analyzing existing CM order businesses. Usability of the suggested CM business guideline and its process model is verified by questionnaire of experts. It is expected that the CM business guideline will provide efficiencies in performing an order business of CM by allowing the contractors that the ordering experiences are lack to support order business of each stage, which include planning, bidding, selection and contract of CM business.
자동차 클러치 다이어프램 스프링의 유한요소해석 및 최적설계

A diaphragm spring is an important component of a clutch assembly, characteristics of which depends largely on that of a diaphragm spring. A diaphragm spring is subject to high stress concentration in driving condition, which frequently causes cracks and fracture around finger area. In this paper, behavior of a diaphragm spring is analysed by finite element method to calculate sensitivity of design parameters, which is used to perform optimal design of diaphragm spring shape. As an object function, hoop stresses are taken and minimized to improve durability. Characteristics of the diaphragm is used as equality constraint to maintain the original design purpose and sequential linear programming(SLP) is utilized as an optimization tool. With optimized design, it is verified that concentrated stress is decreased maintaining release load characteristic.

Commercially pure copper is tested to obtain creep curves at 2500C. Constitutive relations adopting continuum damage mechanics concept is found to be appropriate to model the creep defor mation up to the tertiary stage. Microscopic observation by SEM reveals that creep condition induces cavities and microcracks subsequently. The constitutive equations along with evaluated creep parameters are implemented into finite element analysis code. The analysis reproduces creep curves under step loading as well as constant loading with reasonable accuracy. Distribution and evolution of damage under creep loading are numerically simulated for two different types of notched specimen. Predicted creep life agrees quite well with rupture test results. The influence of mesh size at notch tip on rupture time prediction is studied, and a degree of refinement is suggested for the specific notched specimens.
