        중년기 여성의 향기치료 경험 연구

        This study is a case study on aromatherapy experience for middle-aged women. The purpose of this study was to investigate the experiences of aromatherapy treatment for middle-aged women who complained of physical pain with depression and anxiety as well as middle-aged life. The study participants were middle-aged women who are experiencing menopause and have concerns about their physical and psychological health, and two people (54 and 56 years old) in their mid-50s were selected. All of the participants in this study complained of depression and physical health in middle age while taking medications for physical and psychological factors from their late 40s. This study conducted a total of 5 sessions of aroma therapy for about 60 minutes from August 2021 to November 2021, and collected experiences for each session. In this research method, a direct interpretation method and a method of summing categories were used to understand the case of aroma therapy by focusing on the research problem. Therefore, it was said that in aromatherapy, the study participants gained confidence and experienced psychological healing through fragrance. Therefore, I think that aromatherapy will be helpful for inner exploration and healing of minds for people of various classes, including middle-aged women. 본 연구는 중년여성을 위한 향기치료 경험에 관한 사례연구이다. 본 연구의 목적은 중년기의 삶과 우울 및 불안감을 호소하는 중년 여성을 대상으로 향기치료 경험이 어떠한지를 알아보고자 진행하였다. 연구 참여자는 갱년기를 경험하고 있으며 신체적, 심리적 건강에 염려가 있는 중년여성이며, 50대 중반 2인(54세, 56세)이 선정되었다. 본 연구참여자 모두 40대 후반부터 신체 및 심리적인 요인으로 약을 복용하면서 중년기 우울감과 신체적인 건강을 호소하는 대상이다. 본 연구는 2021년 8월부터 2021년 11월까지 총 5회기의 향기치료를 약 60분간씩 실시하였고, 매 회기 활동에 대한 경험을 수집하였다. 본 연구방법은 연구문제에 초점을 두고 향기치료 사례를 이해하고자 직접적인 해석 방법과 범주를 합산하는 방법을 사용하였다. 이에 향기치료는 연구참여자들이 자신감을 얻었으며 향기치료를 통한 심리적 치유를 경험하였다고 하였다. 이에 향기치료는 중년여성을 비롯하여 다양한 계층의 사람들에게 내면 탐색과 마음치유에 도움이 될 것이라 본다.

        The purpose of this study is to provide some basic data which can be helpful for improving the methods of mathematics teaching-learning emphasizing the affective factors by investigating the effect on affective characteristics and mathematical problem solving ability of the students on the elementary school sixth grade. In order to achieve these purpose, the following research problems were set up for the present study: The results of this study are as follows: First, it was appeared that there was not any difference on attitude on mathematics, belief, self-confidence and the degree of mathematical problem solving ability by sex. Second, it was appeared that there was some statistical meaningful difference on attitude on mathematics, belief, self-confidence and the degree of mathematical problem solving ability according to high middle low ability on mathematics which the students think that they have. Based on the results of this study, I'd like to give some suggestions as followings to provide some help to teaching and learning mathematics. First, the succeeding studies are needed by selecting different population from the population of this study, classifying low-ranking factors consisting of affective characteristics differently from this study, compounding each low-ranking factors in various manners like using new items, etc. Second, the succeeding studies are needed in this part, because what mathematical belief teachers have mathematics can have an effect on students' mathematical belief and action as well as on teachers' thinking process and action in the class. Third, the succeeding studies are needed to develop concrete field study and program which can be helpful for improving actually students' affective behavior characteristics in school field.
