        This study aims to accelerate the necessity of medical welfare technology and fused thinking while looking over the use of Artificial Intelligence(AI) for experts of the field of health and welfare for the elderly to support the needs and problem solving of the elderly in super-aged society. To this purpose, this study collects the social surveys from the existing statistical offices, research materials, online materials, press releases and articles including overseas data. And this study firstly investigate definitions of artificial intelligence, types of artificial intelligence, and academic sources of artificial intelligence. Second, this study extracts thirty three articles by searching the database of the elderly and artificial intelligence from Research Information Sharing Service(RISS), and uses as oral sources of this study by analyzing the practically relevant data.

        Zinc-borosilicate Glass Frit 첨가에 따른 Ca(Li<sub>1/4</sub>Nb<sub>3/4</sub>)O<sub>3</sub>-CaTiO<sub>3</sub> 세라믹스의 마이크로파 유전 특성

        $xCa(Li_{1/4}Nb_{3/4})O_{3}-(1-x)CaTiO_{3}$ ceramics were sintered under the presence of zinc-borosilicate(ZBS) glass and resultant microwave dielectric properties were investigated with a view to applying the composition to low-temperature co-fired ceramic(LTCC) technology. The addition of $5{\sim}15wt%$ ZBS glass ensured successful sintering below $900\;^{\circ}C$. In general, increased addition of ZBS glass increased sinterability but it decreased the quality factor($Q{\times}f_{0}$) significantly due to the formation of an excessive liquid and second phases. As for the addition of $CaTiO_3$, the dielectric constant(${\epsilon}_r$) and temperature coefficient of resonant frequency(${\tau}_f$) increased, while the quality factor($Q{\times}f_{0}$) did not show an apparent change. The sintered $0.9Ca(Li_{1/4}Nb_{3/4})O_{3}-0.1CaTiO_{3}$ specimen at $900\;^{\circ}C$ with 10 wt% ZBS glass demonstrated 39.6 in dielectric constant(${\epsilon}_r$), 4,400 in quality factor$(Q{\times}f_{0}),\;and\;-11ppm/^{\circ}C$ in temperature coefficient of resonant frequency(${\tau}_f$).

        유기게르마늄(GE - 132)이 Bromobenzene의 대사계에 미치는 영향

        Bromobenzene투여시 GE-132의 해독기전을 추구할 목적으로 epoxide생성계와 해독계 효소 및 glutathione 관련 효소계의 활성에 GE-132가 어떤 영향을 주는가를 검토하여 다음과 같은 실험 결과를 얻었다. GE-132(100㎎/㎏)의 전처리로 cytochrome P-450, aminopyrine demethylase 및 aniline hydroxylase와 해독계 효소인 epoxide hydrolase활성에는 영향을 미치지 않았으나, glutathione S-transferase활성은 증가 하였다. Bromobenzene(460㎎/㎏)을 주사하였을때 glutathione S-transferase의 활성이 현저히 감소되던 것이 GE-132의 투여로 대조군 수준으로 증가되었다. 조직 내 glutathione의 함량변동도 bromobenzene 투여로 감소되던 것이 GE-132의 전처리로 bromobenzene단독 투여군보다 증가되었으며 γ-glutamylcystein synthtase의 활성은 각 실험군에서 별다른 영향이 없는데 비해 glutathione reductase의 활성은 bromobenzene투여로 억제 되던 것이 GE-132의 전처리로 대조군 수준으로 활성으로 유지하고 있었다. The study was attempted to elucidate the mechanism of GE-132 (100㎎/㎏, p.o. for 6 weeks) on the metabolism of bromobenzene(460㎎/㎏, i.p. bid, for 2 days), which has potent carcinogenicity, mutagenicity and hepatotoxicity. It showed that activities of cytochrome P-450, aminopyrine demethylase and aniline hydroxylase, which have epoxide generating property, were not changed by GE-132 treatment. On the other hand, epoxide hydrolase was not changed but that glutathione S-transferase was significantly increased by GE132 treatment. And also γ-glutamylcysteine synthetase was not changed following the GE-132 treatment, but the activity of glutathione reductase was significantly increased. The level of hepatic glutathione which was decreased by bromobenzene recovered markedly by GE-132 pretreatment. It is concluded that the mechanism for the observed effect of GE-132 on bromobenzene metabolism is due to the induction of glutathione Stransferase.

        Lead-Borosilicate Glass계 LTCC용 유전체에 대한 고찰

        The effects of lead-borosilicate glass frits on the sintering behavior and microwave dielectric properties of ceramic-glass composites were investigated as functions of glass composition of glass addition ($10{\sim}50vol%$), softening point (Ts) of the glass, and sintering temperature of the composites ($500{\sim}900^{\circ}C$ for 2 h). The addition of 50 vol% glass ensured successful sintering below $900^{\circ}C$. Sintering characteristics of the composites were well described in terms of Ts. PbO addition in to the glass enhanced the reaction with $Al_{2}O_3$ to form liquid phase and $PbAl_{2}Si_{2}O_8$, which was responsible to lower Ts. Dielectric constant(${\epsilon}_r$), $Q{\times}f_0$ and temperature coefficient of resonant frequency (${\tau}_f$) of the composite with 50 vol% glass contents ($B_{2}O_{3}:PbO:SiO_{2}:CaO:Al_{2}O_3$ = 5:40:45:5:5) demonstrated 8.5, 6,000 GHz, $-70\;ppm/^{\circ}C$, respectively, which is applicable to substrate requiring a low dielectric constant. When the same glass composition was applied sinter $MgTiO_3\;and\;TiO_2,\;at\;900^{\circ}C$ (50 vol% glass in total), the properties were 23.8, 4,000 GHz, $-65ppm/^{\circ}C$ and 31.1, 2,500 GHz, $+80ppm/^{\circ}C$ respectively, which is applicable to filter requiring an intermidiate dielectric constant.

        유기게르마늄(GE - 132)이 Glutathione S - Transferase활성에 미치는 영향

        GE-132가 rat 간 cytosolic glutathione S-transferase (GST)의 활성에 어떠한 영향을 주는가를 검토할 목적으로 실험을 행한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 정상 동물에서 반응 용량시험에 대한 기초적 실험에서 GE-132를 투여하였을 때 GST의 활성은 증가되었다. In vi-fro 실험에서 GE-132를 시험관내에서 첨가 농도를 증가시켰으나 GST의 활성에는 별다른 영향이 없었으며, 대조군과 GE-132의 투여군에서 GST와 기질과의 친화력 및 반응속도를 관찰하였을 때 Km치에는 별다른 영향이 없었으나 Vmax치는 증가되었다. 또한, ethacrynic acid를 주사하였을 때 GST의 활성이 현저히 감소되던것이 GE-132의 투여로 대조군 수준으로 증가되었으며 조직내 glutathione의 함량 변동은 ethacrynic acid 투여로 억제되던 것이 GE-132의 전처리로 ethacrynic acid 단독 투여군 보다 증가되었으며 γ-glutamylcystein synthtase의 활성은 각 실험군에서 별다른 영향이 없는데 비해 glutathione reductase의 활성은 ethacrynic acid투여로 억제되던 것이 GE-132 의 전처리로 대조군 수준으로 활성을 유지하고 있었다. 한편 GE-132를 전처리한 실험군에서 ethacrynic acid에 의한 사망률도 감소되었다. The study was initiated to elucidate the mechanism by examining the effect of GE-132 on hepatic glutathione S-transferase (GST) activity. Activity of GST increased with dose-dependent manner in hepatic cytosolic fraction of GE-132 treatment rats. Double reciprocal plotting gave Vmax value 1.4 fold increase by the treatment of GE-132 (100㎎/㎏, p.o. for 6 weeks) compared with control group, but did not change Km value. Ethacrynic acid (85㎎/㎏, once a day, i.p.) was injected to control rat, the GST activity decreased remarkably. However, GE-132 pretreated group, the effect caused by ethacrynic acid was markedly reduced. And activity of γ-glutamylcysteine synthetase was not changed either by GE-132 treatment, but the activity of glutathione reductase increased significantly. Decreasing properties of ethacrynic acid decreased level of hepatic glutathione, which was restored to same degree by GE-132 pretreatment. GE-132 also protective effect on ethacrynic acid-induced mortality. It is concluded that the effect of GE-132 is partly mediated by increase in hepatic GST activity.

        1992년 2월에서 10월까지 취수탑근처의 1개지점을 선정해 가창댐의 수질과 영양단계를 조사하였다. pH의 범위는 6.0∼8.0이고 COD의 범위는 1.2∼5.1㎎/ℓ, 총질소는 0.24∼1.23㎎/ℓ, 총인은 0.02∼0.14㎎/ℓ이다. 평균 pH는 호소의 생활환경기준으로 1등급이며 COD는 3등급, 총질소는 4등급, 총인은 3등급으로 나타났다. 가창댐의 영양상태는 EPA의 기준에 의하면 빈영양-부영양상태이고, Forsberg와 Ryding의 기준에 의하면 중영양-부영양상태이며, Carlson기준에 의하여도 중영양-부영양산태인 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 가창댐의 현재 영양상태는 중영양에서 부영양으로 진행되는 단계이다. 저층에서 총질소와 총인의 농도는 저니로부터 총질소와 총인의 용출 때문에 표층보다 더 높게 나타난다. 그러므로 양질의 물을 취수하기 위해서 필요한 취수탑의 취수구 지점은 5∼10m 수심이 되도록 하는 것이 바람직하다. The water qualities and trophic state of Gachang Dam were examined at 1 station located near the pumping tower during the period of February to October, 1992. The pH ranged from 6.0 to 8.0, COD ranged from 1.20㎎/ℓ to 5.10㎎/ℓ, total nitrogen ranged from 0.24㎎/ℓ to 1.23㎎/ℓ and total phosporus ranged from 0.02㎎/ℓ to 0.14㎎/ℓ. And the average value of pH is 1st grade, COD is 3rd grade, T-N is 4th grade, and T-Pis 3th grade by water quality criteria of lake. The trophic state of Gachang Dam is oligotrophic-eutrophic one by EPA's criteria, mesotrophic-eutrophic by Forsberg and Ryding's criteria, and mesotrophic-eutrophic by Carlson's criteria. Therefore the current trophic of Gachang Dam is one which is changing from mesotrophic state to eutrophic state. The concentrations of T-N and T-P of the bottom water are higher than those of the surface water because of release of T-N and T-P from sediment. It is desired that the intaking point of the pumping tower should be located at 5∼10m water depth to take water of good quality.
