        Today, everybody lives in the stress. So 50% to 80% or 60% to 80% of the modern diseases are estimated what is caused by the stress. And one of the most important point of the stress is a too serious and continuos tension state. Therefore the best way to promotion, persistence, prevention and treatment of the modern man's health will be the relaxion from the tension state. The relax therapy as known as am effective method to the disease which as concerned with stress. that can be adapted to the treatment of anxiety-related diseases, insomnia, hypertension, tension headache, migraine, asthma, preparation of delivery, G-I disorders and menstrual disorders. Until now we guess the change of a relaxed state by the observation to the change of autonomic nervous system(ANS) and EEG. From the point of the ANS, sympathetic nervous system progresses slowly but parasympathetic nervous system increases the activity. In the EEG, both the alpha-wave concerned with the deep physical relaxed state and emotional stability and the theta-wave appeared in the state of meditation are increased. Current studies show that among the biochemical changes, especially serotinin like body hormone is increased by the feeling of the stability or the happiness. So, to see the change of the relaxed state in the image of the D.I.T.I., we used the deviational differences between the pre-relaxed state and the post-relaxed state of 70 people. As a result, the portional deviation of the face is decreased in the image of the D.I.T.I. So it can be thaught that we can determine the changes of the relaxed state by the D.I.T.I.

      • 습관성 유산에 대한 최신 연구 경향 및 실험적 방법 연구

        Objectives : Recurrent pregnancy loss occurs in approximately 0.5-3% of women. There are many studies concerning immunological factor recently. Therefore, aim of this study is to examine the latest trend of researches concerning recurrent pregnancy loss, and controlled experiment on animals about antiphospholipid antibody. Method : We referred Pubmed site by using searching word of 'recurrent pregnancy loss' (Limits : 2000.1-2004.3, animal) Results and conclusions : 1. We searched 29 papers. Immunological factor : 18 ( about antiphospholipid antibody : 10 ), Chromosomal abnormality : 6, The others : 5 2. In five papers about controlled experiment on animals, (1) Materials : 8-12 weeks old mice / 11.5-day old-rat embryos / New Zealand rabbit (2) Inductions : inject intraperitoneally with human IgG containing antiphospholipid antibodies / culture in a solution of 1 ml medium which contained IgG purified from sera of women / inject intradermally with cardiolipin (3) Treatments : inject intraperitoneally with complement component before / culture in a solution of 1 ml medium which contained IgG purified from sera of women with SLE and RPL or from healthy women / inject intradermally with TFX, 0.9% NaCl (4) Measurements : weight fetuses and placentas, calculate frequency of fetal resorption / after culture, examine the embryos / examine platelet counts, APTT and numbers of live and dead newborns, resorbed fetuses, body mass, newborn viability and survival rates.

        Obesity can cause abnormality of ovarian function, which can also result disorder of menstruation. According to several studies, to reduce weights is the effective treatment in order to cure amenorrhea such as disorder of menstruation caused by obesity. This study shows a case that an obese woman by sumdam(濕痰) recovered from abnormality of menstruation as losing her weight due to a dose of Yijintang(二陳湯).

        사상체질분류검사(QSCC II)의 재현성에 관한 연구

        Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the reproducibility of responses to the QSCC II. Methods: Subjects have been tested by QSCC II for 2 or 3 successive years in Kangnam Korean Hospital at Kyunghee University from January 2002 to December 2005. We analyzed constitutions of the same subjects of each year tested. Results: In the second year of QSCC II assessment, 333 of the total 584 subjects were classed as the same constitutions as in their first test. The reproducibility was thus 56.88%. After the third year of QSCC II, 45 of a total 81 subjects were in the same constitutions. The reproducibility was thus 55.56%. Conclusions: We have found that the reproducibility of QSCC II is about 56%, so there is a severe limitation to diagnosis of constitution by QSCC II. Therefore, we must analyze constitutions through multiple objective methods.

        DDMB 구조에서의 런타임 메모리 최적화 알고리즘

        대부분의 디지털 신호 처리기 (Digital Signal Processor)는 두 개 이상의 메모리 뱅크를 가지는 하버드 아키텍처 (Harvard architecture)를 지원한다. 다중 메모리 뱅크 중에서 하나는 프로그램용으로 나머지는 데이터용으로 사용하여 프로세서가 한 명령어 사이클에 메모리의 여러 데이터에 동시 접근을 가능하게 한다. 이전 연구에서 우리는 다중 메모리 뱅크에 효율적으로 데이터를 할당하는 방법에 대하여 논하였다. 본 논문에서는 이전 연구의 확장으로 런타임 메모리의 최적화에 대한 우리의 최근 연구에 대하여 소개한다. 듀얼 데이터 메모리 뱅3(Dual Data Memory Bank)를 효율적으로 이용하기 위해 각 메모리 뱅크에 할당된 변수를 관리하기 위한 독립적인 두 개의 런타임 스택이 필요하다. 프로시저에 대한 두 메모리 뱅크의 활성화 레코드(Activation Record)의 크기는 각 메모리 뱅크에 할당된 변수의 개수가 일정하지 않기 때문에 다를 수 있다. 따라서 여러 개의 프로시저가 연속으로 호출될 때 두 개의 런타임 스택의 크기가 크게 달라질 수 있다. 이러한 두 메모리 뱅크 사이의 불균형은 하나의 메모리에 여유 공간이 있음에도 불구하고 다른 하나의 메모리 뱅크의 사용량이 온칩 메모리(on-chip memory)범위를 초과하는 원인이 될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 온칩 메모리를 효율적으로 사용하기 위해 두 런타임 스택의 균형 맞추기를 시도했다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 알고리즘은 상대적으로 단순하지만 효율적으로 런타임 메모리를 사용할 수 있다는 것을 실험결과를 통해 보여주고 있다. Most vendors of digital signal processors (DSPs) support a Harvard architecture, which has two or more memory buses, one for program and one or more for data and allow the processor to access multiple words of data from memory in a single instruction cycle. We already addressed how to efficiently assign data to multi-memory banks in our previous work. This paper reports on our recent attempt to optimize run-time memory. The run-time environment for dual data memory banks (DBMBs) requires two run-time stacks to control activation records located in two memory banks corresponding to calling procedures. However, activation records of two memory banks for a procedure are able to have different size. As a consequence, dual run-time stacks can be unbalanced whenever a procedure is called. This unbalance between two memory banks causes that usage of one memory bank can exceed the extent of on-chip memory area although there is free area in the other memory bank. We attempt balancing dual run-time slacks to enhance efficiently utilization of on-chip memory in this paper. The experimental results have revealed that although our algorithm is relatively quite simple, it still can utilize run-time memories efficiently; thus enabling our compiler to run extremely fast, yet minimizing the usage of un-time memory in the target code.

        태음조위탕(太陰調胃湯)과 전기침(電氣鍼) 병행치료의 비만에 대한 효과

        We wanted to study the effect of Taeyeumjowee-tang and electroacupunctre combined-therapy on obese patients. From 1 March, 2000 to 30, September, 2000 we studied 33 out-ward patients who clinically diagnosed obesity and classified Tae-Em-In by QSCC(Questionnaire of Sasang Constitution Classification). We treated the patients by electroacupuncture therapy and taeyeumjowee-tang for 6 weeks, We investigated the change of mean body weight, mean body mass index, mean obesity degree, percent body fat and waist-hip circumference ratio. To analyze the results we used repeat measure method by SPSS ver 7.5. The results were as follows: 1. From $70.4{\pm}11.4\;to\;64.9{\pm}8.7$, mean body weight was significantly decreased according to combined-therapy. 2. From $27.2{\pm}3.2\;to\;24.6{\pm}2.7$, mean BMI was significantly decreased according to combined-therapy. 3. From $116.7{\pm}13.9\;to\;104.4{\pm}12.1$, mean obesity degree was significantly decreased according to combined-therapy. 4. From $32.1{\pm}6.8\;to\;27.4{\pm}7.5$, percent body fat was significantly decreased according to combined-therapy. 5. From $0.90{\pm}0.06\;to\;$0.86{\pm}0.06$, waist-hip circumference ratio was significantly decreased according to combined-therapy. In this study we knew the combined-therapy of electroacupuncture and taeyeumjowee-tang is very efficient in obese patient.

        3D 프린팅 센서 연구 동향 소개-전왜성 변형/로드셀 센서 중심으로

        The conventional microelectromechanical system (MEMS) process has been used to fabricate sensors with high costs and high-volume productions. Emerging 3D printing can utilize various materials and quickly fabricate a product using low-cost equipment rather than traditional manufacturing processes. 3D printing also can produce the sensor using various materials and design its sensing structure with freely optimized shapes. Hence, 3D printing is expected to be a new technology that can produce sensors on-site and respond to on-demand demand by combining it with open platform technology. Therefore, this paper reviews three standard 3D printing technologies, such as Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM), Direct Ink Writing (DIW), and Digital Light Processing (DLP), which can apply to the sensor fabrication process. The review focuses on strain/load sensors having both sensing material features and structural features as well. NCPC (Nano Carbon Piezoresistive Composite) is also introduced as a promising 3D material due to its favorable sensing characteristics.

        엘리트 운동선수들의 은퇴 후 10년, 반성과 조언

        이 연구는 대한민국 엘리트 운동선수들의 은퇴 후 10년, 반성과 조언에 대한 반응을 심층적으로 분석함으로써 앞으로 은퇴를 준비하는 운동선수들에게 실질적인 도움을 주는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 2004년에 은퇴한 운동선수 66명을 선정하였으며, 조사도구는 개방형 질문지를 사용하였다. 개방형 질문에 대한 귀납적 내용분석을 통하여 소영역, 중영역, 대영역으로 분류하였으며, 이상의 절차를 통하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 엘리트 운동선수들의 은퇴 후 10년, 반성에 대한 내용분석은 20개의 소영역이 도출되었으며, 이는 다시 7개의 중영역으로 분류되었다. 최종적으로 3개의 대영역으로 분류되었다. 이를 구체적으로 살펴보면, 은퇴에 대한 준비 부족, 학업에 대한 아쉬움, 현실에 대한 불안 등으로 범주화되었다. 둘째, 엘리트 운동선수들의 은퇴 후 10년, 조언에 대한 내용분석 결과 20개의 소영역이 도출되었으며, 이는 다시 8개의 중영역으로 분류되었다. 최종적으로 3개의 대영역으로 분류되었다. 이를 구체적으로 살펴보면, 진로에 대한 준비, 다양한 경험하기, 학문적 소양 쌓기 등으로 범주화되었다. The purpose of this study was to make in.depth analysis on elite athletes’ reflection and advice on 10 years after retirement as an effort to give a practical help to athletes preparing their retirement in the future. The subjects of this study were 66 athletes who had retired in 2004, and an open questionnaire was used in the survey. Through inductive content analysis, the participants’ answers to the open questions were classified into small, medium and large areas, and from this procedure were drawn conclusions as follows. First, through the content analysis of elite athletes’ reflection on 10 years after retirement, 20 small areas were derived, which were again classified into 7 medium areas, and finally into 3 large areas. Specifically, they mentioned lack of preparation for retirement, regret for study, anxiety about the reality, etc. Second, through the content analysis of elite athletes’ advice on 10 years after retirement, 20 small areas were derived, which were again classified into 8 medium areas, and finally into 3 large areas. Specifically, they recommended preparation for future career, cultivation of , diverse experiences and academic literacy.

        Recently, the trends in the shape of tall buildings and large span spatial structures can be characterized as freeform shape. Especially, three-dimensional surface structure such as the shells and membrane structures is difficult to apply the wind load due to the complexity of the shape and the thin thickness. According to codes for wind resisting design, The structures which is difficult to calculate wind load, are allowed to perform the wind tunnel experiment or analysis methods. so, In this study, Mun-Hak stadium roof structure of the typical membrane structures was analyzed for the wind pressure characteristic against state of the damaged roof membrane caused by Hurricane Kompas and original state using CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamic).
