        다양한 강도의 일회성 운동이 종양의 세포자멸(apoptosis) 유도인자에 미치는 영향

The aim of this study was to investigate the expression of apoptosis-related genes(bax, JNK) in colon tissue of colon cancer induced mice according to different exercise intensity. ICR(Imprinting Control Region, n=28) mice were divided into 4 group: CON(n=7); LIE(n=7, 10m/min); MIE(n=7, 18m/min); HIE(n=7, 272m/min). The expression of apoptosis-initiate factor gene of HIE was significantly decreased than Con(p<.005). Also, JNK, the other apoptosis initiate factor gene of LIE and MIE were shown to be significantly lower than other exercise groups(p<.00). These results show that apoptosis related genes(bax. JNK) are decreased by exercise in colon tissue of colon cancer model.

        장기간의 운동이 대장암 유발 쥐의 SPARC와 OSM발현에 미치는 영향

        PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to investigate the impacts of long-term treadmill exercise on the expression of SPARC and OSM in muscle, blood and colon polyp of colon cancer-induced mice. METHODS: Thirty mice were randomly divided into two groups: Exercise group (EX, n=15), Control group (CON, n=15). Mice of EX, at 6-week of old, performed exercise at moderate intensity for 30 minutes, 5 days per week, during 12 weeks. At 17-week of old, all mice were injected AOM and DSS to induce colon cancer. Then EX kept doing exercise for another 12 weeks. The expression of OSM and SPARC in muscle, blood, colon polyp was analyzed using the ELISA kit. RESULTS: The OSM expression of EX was significantly higher than CON in muscle (p<.01), but not in blood and polyps. On the other hand, the SPARC expression of EX was significantly increased in colon polyp (p<.01) compared with CON, however, there is no significant difference in blood and muscle. CONCLUSIONS: A 24-week treadmill exercise induced over-expression of SPARC and OSM in different tissues of colon cancerinduced mice, therefore these could be one of important factors to demonstrate exercise effect on cancer management.

        운동 강도에 따른 일회성 트레드밀 운동이 대장암 유발 쥐의 대장조직 내 HSP70 발현에 미치는 영향

        The effects of exercise intensity at acute treadmill exercise on the expression of HSP70 in colon tissue of inducing colon cancer mice. The aim of this study was to investigate the expression of Heat Shock Protein70(HSP70) in colon tissue of colon cancer induced mice according to different exercise intensity. ICR(Imprinting Control Region, n=28) mice were divided into 4 groups: CON(n=7); LIE(n=7, 10m/min); MIE(n=7, 18m/min); HIE(n=7, 27m/min). The expression of HSP70 in colon tissue analyzed by western blotting. The results show that HSP70 of all exercise groups were significantly overexpressed than Con(p<.05). Particularly, HSP70 of MIE was shown to be significantly higher than other exercise groups(p<.01). These results show that HSP70 are overexpressed by exercise in colon tissue of colon cancer model, thus it is considered that the role of HSP by exercise on colon tissue of inducing colon cancer mice may important.

        복지관 운동 프로그램유형이 노인의 신체조성 및 건강체력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences the body composition and health-related fitness by the type of exercise program in community-dwelling senior welfare center. Participants were divided into four groups according to program type; CG(control group, n=8), AEG(aerobic exercise group, n=8), REG(resistance exercise group, n=10), CEG(combined exercise group, n=7). The exercise program was consisted of 2 times a week for 16 weeks. We measured body composition, health-related fitness before and after 16 weeks. As the result, there were no significant differences on body composition among groups. However, there were significant improvement on grip strength, arm curl and knee extension in REG; on grip strength and knee extension in AEG; on knee extension in CEG compared by CG. However there were no significant differences on flexibility, agility, balance, cardio-fitness among groups. Therefore, the resistance exercise program was more effective for elderly, thus exercise programs in community-dwelling senior centre should be considered to include the resistance exercise program for elderly.

        12주 필라테스 복합운동 프로그램이 경도인지장애 관련 혈액인자에 미치는 영향

        Mild cognitive impairment (MCI) refers to memory deficits in excess of normal aging, but not sufficient for the diagnosis of Alzheimer`s disease (AD). Recent researches were reported changes of biomarkers, including IL-1, IL-3, IL-11 and EGF, in blood flow to improve diagnosis of MCI. In the present study, 8 subjects were recruited in our community. Two types of combined exercise program were designed: Pilates (60 min/day, 2 days/week) and walking (30 min/day, 2 days/week). Body composition (body weight, Height, BMI, fat-free mass, %body fat, WHR) and metabolic factors of blood (HDL, HDL, TG and blood glucose) were measured. And physical fitness test for elderly people was performed before and after exercise intervention. In this study, body composition and aerobic ability were not changed by exercise intervention. However, muscle endurance ability was increased (p<0.05) after 12 weeks exercise program. Also, concentrations of IL-3 and EGF (and their ratio), blood markers of MCI, were significantly improved (p<0.05) after 12 weeks of exercise program. As a result, 12 weeks of combined exercise intervention could affect positively in MCI prevention especially with changing in levels of blood cytokines.

        저항운동이 CNTF 유전자 다형성에 따른 하지의 운동단위 동원능력, 근기능 및 운동수행능력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of resistance exercise on motor unit recruitment, muscularstrength, muscular endurance, and exercise performance acording to CNTF gene polymorphism. Thesubjects of this study covered 8 normal homozygote GG group and 10 mutation heterozygote and homozygoteGA/AA group according to CNTF gene polymorphism. They performed resistance exercise during 8weeks. Comparative analysis of the results following conclusions were obtained by measuring body compositionand muscular function variables. Muscle mass(p<.001), fat free mass(p<.001), and body fat(p<.001)significantly improved in the GG and GA/AA groups. SUMP area o fvastus medialis during isokinetic exerciseof 180°/sec(p<.05), peak torque per body weight of knee joint extensor durin gisokinetic exercise of60°/sec(p<.001), peak torque per body weight of knee joint extensor during isokinetic exercise of 180°/sec(p<.001), reaction rate(p<.01), vertical jump(p<.001), side step(p<.001), 50m running time(p<.01), significantlyimproved in the GG and GA/AA groups. The changes opf eak torque per body weight of knee join textensor during isokinetic exercise of 60°/sec(p<.05) in the GA/AA group were significant higher than in th eGG group. In summary, resistance exercise had positive effect on motor unit recruitment, muscular endurance,and exercise performance regardless of CNTF gene polymorphism.H owever, muscle strength showed thedifference according to CNTF gene polymorphism.

        기공 운동이 비만인의 건강관련 삶의 질(SF-36)과 심리적 요인에 미치는 영향

        많은 비만인들은 사회적인 편견과 차별로 인하여 신체상에 대한 불만족, 우울, 불안 및 정서장애를 경험하고 있으며, 더 나아가 건강과 관련된 삶의 질의 저하를 나타내고 있다. 이러한 비만인들의 정신적 고통을 개선하기 위하여 운동요법은 하나의 긍정적인 치료 방법으로 권장되고 있다. 본 연구는 동양의 전통 운동형태 중 기공 운동이 비만인에게 건강관련 삶의 질(SF-36), 자기효능감, 우울, 불안, 피로의 심리적 요인에 어떠한 효과를 나타내는지를 살펴봄으로써 비만인을 위한 운동처방 지침을 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구의 피검자는 S시 G구에 소재한 S대학교 골든웰빙 운동프로그램에 참가하는 50-60대의 성인으로 통제군 16명, 운동군 17명으로 분류하였다. 기공 운동은 12주 동안 주2회의 빈도로 실시하여, 운동 전ㆍ후로 건강관련 삶의 질(SF-36), 신체적 자기효능감, 우울, 불안, 피로도 변인을 측정하였다. 12주간의 기공 운동 전 후 건강관련 삶의 질(SF-36)의 8항목 중 감정역할 제한(F=0.187, p=0.668), 정신건강(F=2.043, p=0.163)은 집단 간의 유의한 차이를 나타내지 못하였으나, 신체기능(F=15.151, p<0.001), 신체역할 제한(F=18.278, p<0.001), 사회적 기능(F=4.957, p=0.033), 활력/피로(F=11.485, p=0.002), 신체통증(F=6.623, p=0.015), 일반적인 건강(F=4.498, p=0.042)의 6가지 변인은 집단 간의 유의한 차이를 나타내었다. 불안(F=0.631, p=0.433)은 집단 간의 유의한 차이를 나타내지 못하였으나, 신체적 자기효능감(F=6.124, p=0.019), 우울(F=5.109, p=0.031), 피로(F=7.998, p=0.008)의 3가지 변인은 집단 간의 유의한 차이를 나타내었다. 비만인에게 있어서 기공 운동은 비록 느린 동작으로 수행되는 낮은 강도의 운동형태일지라도 운동자체가 가져다주는 정신 심리적인 개선효과가 분명하게 나타나는 운동임을 본 연구를 통하여 확인할 수 있었다. Obese people experience dissatisfaction of body, depression, anxiety, and emotional disturbance by social prejudice and discrimination, further they represent decline of health-related quality of life. Exercise therapy is recommended as one of the positive treatments to improve the emotional pain of obese people. This study is to provide guideline of exercise prescription for obese people by investigating the effects of qigong exercise on psychological factors such as health-related quality of life (SF-36), self-efficiency, depression, anxiety, and fatigue in obese people. The subjects of this study were 50~60s adults participated in Golden-Wellbeing program at S university in G gu of S city and were devided into exercise (N=17) and control (N=16) group. Qigong exercise was performed twice per week for 12 weeks and SF-36, self-efficiency, depression, anxiety, and fatigue were measured before and after 12 weeks of exercise. In the 8 items of SF-36 before and after 12 weeks of qi-gong exercise, there was no significance in role limitation-emotional (F=0.187, p=0.668), mental health (F=2.043, p=0.163) between groups, but there was significance in physical functioning (F=15.151, p<0.001), role limitation-physical (F=18.278, p<0.001), social functioning (F=4.957, p=0.033), vitality (F=11.485, p=0.002), bodily pain (F=6.623, p=0.015), and general health (F=4.498, p=0.042) between groups. Also, anxiety (F=0.631, p=0.433) was not significant, whereas self-efficiency (F=6.124, p=0.019), depression (F=5.109, p=0.031), fatigue (F=7.998, p=0.008) was significant between groups. Even though qigong is slow motion and low intensity of exercise, it was found that qi-gong has exercise effect which induces mental and psychological improvement through this study.

        운동 유형이 비만 청소년의 신체조성, 혈중지질과 인슐린 저항성에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of two types of exercise on body composition, blood lipid and insulin resistance in obese adolescents. Subjects were composed of 20 students(boys; %body fat > 25%, girls; %body fat >30%) and they were divided to 2 groups and exercise was performed for 12 weeks. The aerobic exercise group performed treadmill and the intensity at 60%-70% of HRR and kept increasing it. The resistance exercise group performed program using 10 kinds of weight training machines and the intensity was 70% 1RM, 10-12times, 3sets. Body composition was measured by using inbody 4.0, and insulin resistance was measured by oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT) before and after training. The results obtained through this study are as follows: In body composition, before and after training, weight(p<0.1), Muscle weight(p<.05), Fat free mass(p<.05) were shown significant difference in resistance exercise group. In insulin resistance, blood sugar(p<.05) was significantly decreased in both aerobic and resistance exercise group after 2 hours of oral ingestion, and insulin level(p<.05) was significantly decreased in both groups after 2 hours of oral ingestion. Therefore, resistance exercise is effective in order to enhance body composition and insulin resistance in obese adolescents.
