        권역외상센터 간호사의 근거기반실무역량, 셀프리더십, 조직몰입이 전문직 자아개념에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: This study investigated the effects of evidence-based practice competency, self-leadership, and organizational commitment on professional self-concept of nurses in regional trauma centers. Methods: The 98 research participants were nurses with clinical experience of a year or more. Descriptive statistics, t-tests, Mann-Whitney U test, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficients were computed, and multiple regression analysis was conducted. Results: Professional self-concept showed statistically significant differences according to marital status, religion, and educational background, and was positively correlated with and affected by evidence-based practice competency, self-leadership, and organizational commitment. Conclusion: Trauma nursing education programs should include evidence-based practice competency and self-leadership and organizational support should be provided to improve the professional self-concept of nurses in regional trauma centers.

        시뮬레이션 교육이 간호대학생의 교육실재감, 시스템사고능력 및 문제해결 적극성에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: This study aimed to develop and apply simulation-based education, and to verify the effects of this type of education on nursing students' presence in education, systems thinking, and proactivity in problem solving. Method: Subjects were 69 senior college students recruited through convenient sampling. This study used a one-group pre-posttest quasi-experimental design. A structured survey was administered a week before and after provision of the simulation-based education once a week for 4 weeks. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and t-tests. Results: Teaching presence increased after the educational intervention; instructional design and organization, and aspect of direct facilitation subscales improved. Learning presence increased after the educational intervention; although cognitive presence did not change, emotional presence increased. With regard to emotional presence, perception and expression of one's emotional status increased, although emotional management did not change. Moreover, systems thinking increased. Among the subscales, team learning showed an increase after the educational intervention. However, there was no significant difference in proactivity in problem solving, although it showed an increase after the educational intervention. Conclusion: Based on the aforementioned study results, there is need to establish educational environments for qualitative teaching and learning presence, and devise strategies to increase learning effects with various teaching methods and type of content.

        요양병원 간호사의 감염관리에 대한 지식, 수행도 및 교육요구 -제주 지역을 중심으로-

        Purpose: This study aimed to provide basic data for the development of education programs which improve the nurses' infection control performance by investigating the knowledge, performance, and educational needs of infection control among nurses in long-term care hospitals, and analyzing the relationship between these parameters. Methods: This was a descriptive study. A self-reported questionnaire was provided to 153 nurses in 210 long-term care hospitals on Jeju Island. Their knowledge, performance, and educational needs of infection control, data were analyzed using SAS Window(ver. 9.4), t-test, Wilcoxon rank-sum test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe test, and Pearson's correlation coefficient. Results: Both knowledge (r=0.16, p=.042) and performance (r=0.52, p<.001) of infection control had positive correlations with the educational needs of the infection control. Conclusion: The higher the knowledge of infection control was, the higher the educational needs of the nurses were. However, knowledge of infection control did not correlate with performance of infection control. Therefore to increase the knowledge and performance of infection control, infection control education programs should suit the educational needs and the actual conditions of long-term care hospitals.

        영유아 부모의 인터넷 건강정보 추구행동 영향요인

        본 연구의 목적은 영유아 부모의 인터넷 건강정보 추구행동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위해 시행되었다. 연구 대상자는 영유아 자녀를 둔 부모 108명을 편의 표집하여 인터넷 건강정보에 대한 태도, e-헬스 리터러시, 인터넷 건강정보 추구행동에 대해 구조화된 설문지로 조사를 하였다. 수집된 자료는 t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 지각된 유용성과 정보활용도가 영유아 부모의 인터넷 건강정보 추구행동에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 영유아 부모의 특성과 유용성, 정보 활용도를 고려하여 건강정보를 제공하고 활용을 관리하는 프로그램을 개발하는 것이 필요하다. The purpose of this study is to investigate factors associated with internet health information seeking behavior of younger children's parents. The subjects included 108 parents with infants and children, the survey was conducted with structured questionnaires about attitudes to internet health information, e-health literacy, and internet health information seeking behavior. Data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, and multiple regression analysis. As a results of the study, perceived usefulness and information utilization was founded to factors associated with internet health information seeking behavior of younger children's parents. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to develop a program to provide health information and manage utilization by considering the characteristics, usefulness, and information utilization of infants and their parents.

        간호사의 직무스트레스, 대처유연성, 강인성이 소진에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: This study aims to examine the effects of occupational stress, coping flexibility, and hardiness on burnout in nurses and the factors influencing these relationships. Methods: Convenience sampling was used in this study to engage a total of 122 nurses from two general hospitals. A structured questionnaire was used to assess the nurses' occupational stress, coping flexibility, hardiness, and burnout. The collected data were analyzed with regard to descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression by using the SPSS program. Results: There were differences in the extent of burnout in nurses depending on their age, marital status, educational level, and religion. Burnout and occupational stress were positively correlated, whereas there was a negative correlation between burnout and hardiness. For the factors influencing nurses' burnout, occupational stress was identified to be most influential, followed by hardiness, total clinical career, religion, and working unit. Conclusion: To decrease burnout in nurses, there is a need for developing and deploying programs which can reduce their occupational stress and enhance hardiness.

        전립선암 노인 환자의 하부요로증상

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the degree of LUTS (Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms) and factors affecting LUTS in patients with prostate cancer. Methods: Fifty-four patients with prostate cancer participated and they completed a structured questionnaire at a hospital in Seoul. The LUTS level was measured by using the International prostate symptom score (1992) and the data were analyzed by Wilcoxon rank sum test and Kurskal-Wallis test. Results: Most subjects obtained a higher than moderate LUTS score. The participants who had a lower perceived health status and did not drink alcohol were more likely to had a lower LUTS score than other patients who had higher perceived health status and drink alcohol. In addition, eye diseases were significantly associated with the LUTS score. In LUTS, all the patients received higher IPSS-QOL (International prostate symptom score quality of life) and frequency, nocturia. Conclusion: For proper nursing care related to LUTS, nurses should focus on the factors identified when performing nursing assessments and should develop nursing intervention programs for symptoms management.

        중년기 직장여성의 직무스트레스와 삶의 질의 관계에 대한 갱년기 증상의 매개효과

        Purpose: This study was conducted to explore the mediating effect of menopausal symptoms in the relationship between occupational stress and quality of Life in middle-aged working women Method: Data collection was conducted from May 2019 to July 2019. A sample of 130 middle-aged working women was recruited from three cities in Korea. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tset, ANOVA, Scheffé test, pearson correlation, and a three step regression analysis. The mediating effect was analyzed using PROCESS macro with a 95.0% bias corrected bootstrap confidence interval (5,000 bootstraps resampling). Results: Quality of life had a negative correlation with occupational stress and menopausal symptoms, while there was a positive correlation between occupational stress and menopausal symptoms. Menopausal symptoms showed a direct effect on quality of life through occupational stress as a mediating variable. Conclusion: These results suggest that menopausal symptoms should be considered when developing interventions to improve quality of life through occupational stress control of middle-aged working women

        간이식 후 중환자실에서의 섬망 발생 위험요인

        Purpose: The objectives of this study were to determine the prevalence, incidence, duration and risk factors for delirium following liver transplantation while the patients were in the acute stage and admitted to the intensive care unit. Method: A retrospective chart review of 106 patients who had liver transplantation was conducted. A delirium risk factor checklist was used, to collect preoperative and postoperative data. Descriptive analysis, t-test, x2-test, and logistic regression analyses were used for data analysis. Results: The post-transplantation incidence of delirium was 29.3 % (n=31). Multivariate analysis revealed that risk factors were preoperative conditions in the patients including spontaneous bacterial peritonitis, hepatorenal syndrome, and postoperative laboratory test results, such as hyperbilirubinemia. Conclusion: Therefore, a daily delirium risk factor assessment should be conducted before liver transplantation as a way to identify risk of delirium after the liver transplantation and to effectively manage delirium when it occurs.

        신입간호사의 정서지능, 자아탄력성, 핵심자기평가가 간호업무수행에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 신입간호사의 정서지능, 자아탄력성, 핵심자기평가가 간호업무수행에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 서술적 조사연구이다. 대상자는 경기도에 소재한 800병상 이상의 종합병원 2곳에서 근무하는 12개월 미만의 신입간호사 114명이었다. 자료 수집은 2013년 7월부터 11월까지 간호업무수행, 정서지능, 자아탄력성, 핵심자기평가에 대해 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 측정하였다. 연구의 결과, 신입간호사의 교육 정도, 직무만족도, 근무부서 업무만족도에 따라 간호업무수행 정도의 차이가 있었으며, 정서지능, 자아탄력성, 핵심자기평가가 높을수록 간호업무수행 정도는 높았다. 정서지능, 교육수준, 핵심자기평가와 직무만족도는 간호업무수행 정도를 잘 예측하는 변수로 확인되었고, 간호업무수행 정도를 33% 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 신입간호사의 교육 정도와 직무만족도를 고려하여 신입간호사 오리엔테이션부터 간호업무수행 외에 정서지능과 핵심자기평가를 포함한 실제적인 실무적응 훈련교육이 필요하다. This study is a descriptive research of investigating the correlation between new nurses’ nursing performance, emotional intelligence, self-resiliency and core self-evaluation. The subjects were 114 new nurses working for less than 12 months at two different hospitals with over 800 beds located in Gyeonggi-do. Between July and November, this study collected the data measured by using a structured questionnaire survey for nursing performance, emotional intelligence, self-resiliency and core self-evaluation. As a result, it was found that there was a difference in the degree of nursing performance according to new nurses’ education level, job satisfaction, and working position task satisfaction, and that the higher the emotional intelligence, self-resiliency and core self-evaluation were, the better the nursing performance was. As for emotional intelligence, education level, core self-evaluation and job satisfaction, it was found that they were variables to well predict the degree of nursing performance, and explained 33% of variance in nursing performance. Accordingly, it is necessary to provide actual field-adaptive training education including emotional intelligence and core self-evaluation other than nursing performance from new nurses’ orientation in consideration of education degree and job satisfaction.
