        ELISA에 의한 국내 재래종 산양의 정상상태에서의 혈중 cortisol 농도

        This study was performed to examine the charges of serum cortisol concentrations on the normal conditions in Korean native goats by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). The Korean native goats were 4 to 30 months old and weighted 6.0 to 28kg. The goats were allowed ad libitum access to water and food. To minimize the stress with handing and blood sampling, animals were adapted for 2 weeks before the experiment. After adaptation, intravenouse catheter was inserted left intact a jugular vein of 6 goats and blood samples were done 2~3 days later. Experimental animals were divided into 2 groups which was non-catheterized and catheterized group in order to examine the effect for changes of serum concentration and circadian rhythm of cortisol. The results were obtained as follows ; The sensitivity of serum cortisol concentration was $20pg/m{\ell}$. The intra-assay and inter-assay coefficient of variation were below 2.5% and 5%, respectively. Serum concentration of cortisol was more higher in noo-catheterized group$(32.84{\pm}16.78ng/m{\ell})$ than catheterized group$(23.20{\pm}10.29ng/m{\ell})$. The difference according to months old in serum concentration of cortisol was the more higber on 4~6 than 7~12 and lowest over 12 months old. A circadian rhythm in the serum concentration of cortisol in Korean native goats was not found significantly with 2 hours sampling intervals.

        모듈러 임대주택 공급을 위한 초등학교 교사동 리모델링 제안 - 서울 원당초등학교 리모델링 계획안

        공공임대주택은 서울의 도시주택 문제를 해결하기 위한 대안으로 도입되었지만, 현재 서울은 신규 택지가 부족하여 공급에 어려움이 있다. 공급을 확대하기 위해서는 기존 주거지 내에 저이용, 미이용되고 있는 공유지와 건물을 활용한 공급 전략이 필요하다. 이에 이 연구는 학생 수 감소로 인하여 시설과 공간이 낭비되는 국공립학교를 대상으로 모듈러 임대주택 공급 계획을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 공공임대주택, 모듈러 주택과 관련한 연구, 사업, 통계를 조사하고 학교시설의 활용 잠재력을 분석하여 계획의 방향을 설정하고자 한다. 그 후 설계 대상시설을 선정하고 리모델링 계획과 모듈 계획을 도면 작성을 통해 구체화함으로써 제안의 실현 가능성을 연구하고자 한다. 본 연구는 공공임대주택 공급량 부족과 저이용 학교 문제의 통합적 해결 방안을 마련하고 주거지 내 공유지에 대한 새로운 관점을 제시하였다는 점에서 가치를 갖는다. Public housing has been introduced as an alternative solution to resolve the problem of housing supply in Seoul, but there is a difficulty to increase the supply due to lack of land resources for new housing development. In order to expand the supply of public housing, a strategy using public lands and buildings that are low-used or unused in existing residential areas is needed. Therefore, this study aims to present a plan to supply public modular housing by utilizing public schools where facilities and space are disused due to a decrease in the number of students. The plan of public modular housing has been materialized through investigating research on business and statistics related to public housing and modular house, and analyzing the potential for utilization of schools. After that, it is intended to examine the feasibility of the proposal by selecting the target facility with drawing the remodeling plan and module plan. This study is valuable to provides an integrated solution for the lack of public housing supply and low-used school problems, and presents a new perspective on public lands in residential areas.

        초등학교 시설의 공공임대주택 복합개발 유형과 설계 지침

        Elementary schools are evenly distributed in the urban residential fabric as an essential infrastructure. However, along with the constant decrease of students due to low birth-rate, they result in underused leftover spaces or closing down of school. These schools have potentials to be remodelled with various facilities including housing and community program. Especially, public housing in the school site can resolve the current housing shortage problem in the existing neighborhoods. This study aims to present planning and desigh guidelines for public housing for in elementary schools, located in residential areas in Seoul. The survey was made for 523 public elementary schools in Seoul, 298 schools were found to be in a underused state and classified into development types. The classification factors are residential area density, required community program, school site condition and school layout, accessibility for development. Finally, four development types are judged to be highly feasible for mixed-use development. Practical and detailed guidelines are proposed for these four types. This investigation may be applied in providing public housing, utilizing the existing underused schools.

      • 시기별 신도시 생활권공원의 배치와 형식 분석

        The purpose of this study was to present park planning elements that will be applied to future residential planning. The analysis data were the layout and format of the park in dwelling units and park & green system of the new towns by period. The elements of park planning were analyzed by the distribution, the arrangement, the form of parks, and relationship with residential areas and major urban functions. The results of the study are as follows. In recent planned cities, the impact of natural green areas was greater, so the park was freely located and had an excellent park area ratio. Planning linear parks and green axes can be expected to improve accessibility to parks and to use them consecutively. A park plan that is linked to residential areas and major urban functions, and that takes into account pedestrians, should be made.

        CPFR 실행요인과 성과의 관계에 대한 CPFR 프로세스 역량의 조절효과 연구

        본 연구에서는 국내의 125개 CPFR을 도입한 전략사업단위(SBU)를 대상으로 CPFR 실행요인과 CPFR 성과간의 관계에 초점을 맞추어 CPFR 프로세스의 역량이 조절 효과를 가지는지 실증적으로 분석하였다. 실증자료의 분석결과 대체로 선행연구에서 나타난 바와 같이 최고경영자의 의지, 시스템 통합, 정보공유 등의 CPFR 실행요인이 CPFR의 고객지향성과와 운영지향성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다만 CPFR 실행요인이 운영지향성과에 미치는 영향의 정도는 고객지향성과에 미치는 영향보다 작은 특성을 보이는 차이점을 발견하였다. 또한 CPFR 프로세스 역량이 높고 낮음에 따라서 실행요인이 성과에 미치는 영향은 의미 있는 차이를 보였다. 고객지향성과에 미치는 영향의 경우 고역량집단에서는 최고경영자의 역할이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 저역량집단에서는 시스템통합이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 저역량집단의 경우 운영지향적성과에 대해서 실행요인이 아무런 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타나서 프로세스 역량구축이 선행되어야 함을 확인할 수 있었다. This study focuses on empirically testing if the relationship between CPFR implementation factors and CPFR performances is moderated by the CPFR process capabilities. Based on the survey of 125 SBUs in Korea, CEO's commitment on the CPFR, information sharing, and system integration appeared to significantly improve both the customer-oriented and the operationoriented CPFR performances. However, the overall contribution of the implementation factors was much higher to the customer-oriented performance than to the operation-oriented performance. The implementation-performance relationship showed a significant difference between the two CPFR process capability groups. For the high CPFR process capability group, the CEO's commitment on CPFR was the most contributing factor to the customer-oriented performance while the system integration was for the low CPFR process capability group. However, no CPFR implementation factors showed any significant effect on the operation-oriented CPFR performance when the low CPFR process capability group was tested.

        한우(Bos taurus coreanae)의 정맥관흔적(rudimentum of ductus venous)의 증례

        The observations of the anatomical closure of the ductus venosus (DV) and vestige of DV were studied in 22 cattle, ranging from 210-day-old fetus to 3-years old Korean native cattle. Vinylite solution was injected into the hepatic, portal, umbilical veins and caudal vena cavae of 22 specimens for vinylite corrosion casts. The DV originated at the confluence of the umbilical and portal veins and emptied into the left hepatic vein or posterior vena cava. The DVs were persisted in a 210-day-old fetus, a 240-day-old fetus, and a 270-day-old fetus. Two newborns, two 2-year-old and two 3-year-old cattle had no rudimentum of DV (6 cases, 31.58%). However, vestiges of DV in varying sizes were observed in a 14-day-old, a 3O-day-old, two 180-day-old and nine adult cattle (13 cases, 68.42%). The lengths of vestiges of DV were about 4.97~99.66 mm. Therefore, the present study demonstrates that DV in cattle can be degenerated during the late period of a pregnancy.

        고라니(Hydropotes inermis) 장골과 천골이 유합된 1례

        The sacrum fused with ilium in a chinese water deer (Hydropotes inermis) was observed. The sacrum consists of four sacral vertebrae which was fused each other. In the ventral part of the fused pelvis, on the left, there was a 20.19 mm gap at the dorsolateral part of the sacroiliac articular part which is in between the promontory and the cranial border of the first ventral sacral foramen. On the right, there was a 14.34 mm gap at the dorsal part of sacroiliac articulation. In the dorsal view of the fused pelvis, the wing of sacrum and the wing of ilium were fused tightly, so that the boundary of the two bones was not recognizable. The left and right second dorsal sacral foramina and the third dorsal sacral foramen on the left were small. The third dorsal and ventral sacral foramina on the right were not formed.

        세퍼드(German shepherd)의 천골이 첫째미추골과 장골에 유합된 1례

        The sacrum fused with first caudal vertebra and ilium of a male German shepherd were observed macroscopically. The sacrum and first caudal vertebra were fused, however caudal articular process of the sacrum separated from the cranial articular process of the first caudal vertebra. On the other hand, partial fusion were also observed between the sacrum and ilium. The sacrum and ilium were fused from the cranioventral part of the sacropelvic surface in the wing of ilium to the lateral part of the right cranial articular surface in the sacrum.

        한우의 임신경과에 따른 황체조직의 광학 및 전자현미경적 변화

        Corpus luteum (CL) is the primary productive organ of progesterone in pregnant cows. Progesterone levels in bovine plasma depend on the volume, weight and shape of the CL. Progesterone productions during the late stages of gestation occur both in the CL and placenta, and placentas producted more progesterone than CL on progesterone prcduction. Because division of progesterone production of these two organs is impoxxible, the CL function can not be determined by plasma progesterone levels following gestation stages. This study was carried out to evaluate histological findings on the CL spurium and CL verum, and also on the CL following the pregnant stages by histological and immunohistochemical and electron microscopical methods and then we expect to assume the functions of CL by histological findings. 1. Proliferations of luteal cells occur by day 120 of gestation, vessel hyperplasia occur by day 90 of gestation, and the walls and lumens of vessels developed by day 120 of pregnancy. 2. Sizes of CL cells increased to maximum around day 200 of gestation and similarly maintained by day 240. So these findings indicated that the function of Cl is most active around day 200 of gestation. 3. On parturation day, the number and size of luteal cells were maintained but stain intensity of the luteal cells and vessels are declined or disappeared, and fibrosis of luteal cells increased, and the vessel lumens are emptied. These findings indicate that CL is inactive. 4. In immunohistochemical findings, proliferative positive cells by PCNA antibody appeared more in number during early stages of gestation but appeared less following course of pregnant stages and not nearly appeared on day 120 of gestation. Apoptotic positive cells by TUNEL methods not nearly appeared on the early pregnant stages and a few appeared at late pregnant stages. So developments of CL proceed until day 120 of gestation and regression of CL was occurred by transform of luteal cells into fibrocytes than by luteal cell apoptosis. 5. In electron microscopical findings, the size of luteal cells increased more in CL verum than in CL spurium. During gestation stages, the size of luteal cells increased, mitochondria in the luteal cell cytoplasms densely and abundantly developed and also swelled mitochondria increased. The interspace of luteal cells are also dilated, transformation of luteal cells into fibrocytes are more number. The lumens and walls of peripheral capillaries of large luteal cells more broadened and thickened, and transformation of large and small luteal cells to fibrocytes are increased. The above findings suggest that function of pregnant CL more developed by day 120 of gestation and are most active around day 200 of gestation and similarly maintained by day 240 and are promptly regressed on paturation day.

        아프리카코끼리(Loxodonta africana)의 흉추골유합과 요추골, 천골 및 장골이 유합된 1례

        The vertebrae of female African elephant (Loxodonta africana) of twenty-eight years old were observed macroscopically. The result was summarized as follows; the vertebral formula of African elephant was $C_7$ $T_{21}$ $L_3$ $S_4$ $Cd_{21}$. The total length of the vertebral column removed intervertebreal disks was 353 cm. The length of each segment of vertebral column was 44 cm in cervical, 142 cm in thoracic, 21 cm in lumbar, 27 cm in sacral and 119 cm in caudal vertebrae. The 17th and 18th thoracic vertebrae (T) were partially fused each other in four parts: the transverse processes of 17th and 18th T, caudal articular process of 17th T and cranial articular process of 18th T, left mammilary process of 18th T and left transverse process of 17th T, and vertebral arch of 17th and 18th T, respectively. Others partial fusions also observed among the third luwbar, sacrum and ilium. These were in between transverse process of third lumbar vertebra and cranial parts of wing of sacrum, lateral part of sacrum and tuber sacrale, respectively. The sternum was consisted of three pieces; one is a part of anterior prestemum, two is the part from caudal demifacet at second facet to cranial demifacet at third facet in middle mesosternum, which is divided vertically into an half at second and third facets, respectively, and the last is the part between caudal demifacet of third facet in middle mesosternum and the posterior xiphisternum. There are 21 pairs of ribs, six sternal, ten asternal ribs and the last five being floating ribs.
