A long term deactivation study was carried out with commercial MEA provided by Hyundai Motor Co. The deactivation phenomena were observed only at high voltage region where there is no diffusion-limited reaction. A rapid deactivation was observed up to 40h owing to the sintering of Pt particles. This was followed a gradual increase in the activity up to 300 h, which is probably caused by improvement in the electrode properties in the presence of current during the reaction. After 300 h, monotonic decrease in the activity was observed owing to dissolution of Pt particles especially in the cathode. The presence oxygen is the cause of oxidation and dissolution of Pt. The dissolution rate can be somewhat retarded by generation of current, which reduces Pt ion back to Pt in the cathode.
C-T Finding in Behcet's Disease : Case Report
정철구,김달수,이상철,차희중,이화용,김홍집 대한신경외과학회 1981 Journal of Korean neurosurgical society Vol.10 No.1
The clinical triad of Behcet's Disease is relapsing iritis and ulcers of the mouth and genitalia. The diagnosis of Behcet's Disease is based only on clinical grounds, as there are no pathognomic or histologic features. A reported case of Behcet's Disease with neurologic manifestations that have undergone computerized tomography of the brain have demonstraited lesion of decreased density with negative contrast enhancement in basal ganglia which is similar with the other reported cases.

Optic nerve glioma is rare tumor. Any confined intraorbital optic nerve glioma has not been previously reported. This report is a case of confined intraorbital optic nerve glioma for the first time found in a 17 year old female. A transfrontal orbital approach was used in order to determine the presence or absence of intracranial extension of tumor. CT and MRI were not sufficient for definite diagnosis of this condition. The presence of this rare type of tumor, confined to the intraorbital optic nerve, was confirmed by pathological study of intracranial optic nerve serial sections

We present a case of a 64-year-old man with chondrosarcoma complicated with intratumoral hemorrhage. Cartilage cell tumors within the cranium are very rare, only less than 0.2% of all intracranial tumors. However chondrosarcoma with intratumoral hemorrhage has not been reported. We report a rare case of chondrosarcoma with intratumoral hemorrhage in parasella region with a literatures review.
