        여가제약, 삶의 질, 자살생각 간의 관계

        본 연구의 목적은 여가제약과 삶의 질 그리고 자살생각을 주요 변수로 설정하고 이들의 영향 관계를 규명함으로써 자살률 감소를 위한 정책적 시사점 제시 및 여가정책 수립 시 참고자료로 활용될 수 있도록 하는데 있다. 이를 위해서 국내에 거주하는 내국인들을 대상으로 2016년 4월 2일부터 6월 24일까지 약 3달의 기간에 걸쳐 온·오프라인 방식을 병행한 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하였으며 최종 394부가 실증분석에 활용되었다. 그리고 실증분석을 위해 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 18.0 통계패키지 프로그램이 활용되었으며 분석을 통해 다음과 같은 결과들을 도출하였다. 첫째, 여가제약이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 관계에서 대인적 제약과 정보적 제약은 정서적 삶의 질에, 그리고 구조적 제약은 인지적 삶의 질에 각각 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 삶의 질이 자살생각에 미치는 영향에 관한 가설검정 결과 유의수준 내에서 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 그 영향력은 인지적 삶의 질(-.292), 정서적 삶의 질(-.179) 순으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 정서적 삶의 질은 유의수준 내에서 인지적 삶의 질에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 최초 제안모델과 정서적 삶의 질→인지적 삶의 질의 경로를 추가한 수정모델 간의 카이제곱 차이검정에서 경로를 추가한 수정모델이 좀 더 우수한 것으로 평가되었다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 연구결과들을 토대로 여가정책에 관한 시사점을 제시하였으며, 본 연구의 한계점 및 향후 연구과제에 대해서도 제안하였다. The purpose of this study, focused on the relation among leisure constraints, quality of life and suicidal ideation, is to present policy implications for decreasing the suicide rate and to be used as a reference in establishment of leisure policies. In order to achieve the objective, the data was collected by both online and offline survey of local residents in S. Korea, from April, 2nd, 2016 to June, 24th, 2016. And 394 valid samples were used for this study. SPSS 18.0 for Windows and AMOS 18.0 statical package program were used for the empirical analysis. The results from the analysis are as follows; First, interpersonal constraints and informational constraints affect significantly on emotional quality of life, and structural constraints affect significantly on perceived quality of life in a negative direction. Second, quality of life affects significantly on suicidal ideation in a negative direction. Especially, perceived quality of life(-.292) more affects on suicidal ideation than emotional quality of life(-.179). Third, emotional quality of life affects significantly on perceived quality of life in a positive direction. Forth, a chi-square goodness-of-fit test for comparing the proposed model against the modified model added the path(emotional quality of life→perceived quality of life) was implemented, and showed that the modified model is superior to proposed model. The limitations and implications of leisure policy stemming from the empirical findings about this study were also discussed.

        지역관광브랜드 개발유형에 따른 편익이 개발지지도에 미치는 영향

        This study is to analyze the effect of benefits according to types of regional tourism brand`s development on the supports for the development. The ultimate objective is to suggest the effective way to generate the benefits from the development and give the good direction how to make regional people support voluntarily for regional tourism brand`s development. In order to achieve this purpose, the study limited Gangneung city as the regional range, the subjects were selected as the residents who have currently lived around the main area(Gangmundong, Gyodong, Naegokdong, Noamdong, Songjeongdong, Okcheondong, Ponamdong, Hongjedong and the like) in the city. The test was conducted by separating the first survey and the second survey largely, 614 copies were used for the final analysis. SPSS 18.0 for Windows and AMOS 18.0 statistical package program were used for the empirical analysis. In results, there were different effects on the benefits through the types of regional tourism brand`s development, and that led to the supports from residents. Directions for further research and managerial implications stemming from the empirical findings were discussed as well.

        여행사 e-서비스품질, 고객만족, 재구매의도 간의 관계에서 고객만족의 매개효과 및 e-서비스회복품질의 조절효과 검증

        e-Service quality is gradually more important in this I.T. generation. The most of people are using the internet for searching information and buying products. Especially, the number of customers buying products on the internet is growing up. Statistics Korea(2007) said traveling service transactions are the briskest on online. This means that travel agencies can attract many customers to them using web site if they are using it usefully. However, we lack an understanding of e-service of travel agency. Therefore, we need to understand e-service quality of travel agency well, providing via web site, to improve the customer`s satisfaction and repurchase intention. Moreover, we have to consider e-service recovery quality to cope with a service failure and prevent from losing customers. So, this study aims to examine the mediating effect of customer satisfaction on the relation between e-service quality and repurchase intention and the moderating effect of e-service recovery quality on the relation between e-service quality and customer satisfaction for better understanding e-service quality of travel agency. To achieve these objectives, the questionaries, total 650, were distributed for about 3 months, but finally 131 valid samples for this study were analyzed by SPSS Ver.17. This study found the mediating effect of customer satisfaction and moderating effect of e-service recovery quality on the relations proposed in this study. Directions for further research and managerial implications stemming from the empirical findings about this study are discussed.

        여행업 종사원의 유니폼이 조직애착에 미치는 영향

        The study is to analyze the effects of the uniform of travel agency employee on organizational commitment. In order to achieve the purpose, 250 questionnaires were distributed to the employees who engage in travel agencies located in Seoul that wear the uniform to work, 204 valid samples were finally analyzed by Social Science Search Methodology of SPSS 21.0. As a result, first, aesthetic and symbolization as a factor of uniform influence positive effects on the image of the corporation. Also aesthetic and functionality influence a relatively positive effect on the uniform’s professional image fit. Second, the uniform’s corporation image fit, one of the factors of uniform image fit, is analyzed that it influences positive effects in a significance level on organizational commitment. Third, symbolization among the uniform components is the only factor that effects on organizational commitment. In result, the uniform system in travel agencies is appraised its contribute to inspire loyalty for employee partly as well as use to make expression of image. However, most of the people who approve wearing a uniform claim just the convenience making them do not need to care about their dressing, as a reason that is irrelevant to business activities. Therefore, usefulness of wearing a uniform should be reviewed carefully in travel industry. A direction for further research is also offered.

        농촌관광 지원요소가 농촌관광개발과 농촌관광사업 성과에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of support factors in green tourism on the development and business performance of green tourism, then suggesting the implications as an alternative management methodology for growing of the green tourism in Korea. The survey was done to businessmen of green tourism, or villagers participating in those businesses as the population of this survey. The sampling population includes those who were engaged in agricultural traditional theme village and green agricultural village projects. The survey conducted for about two months from January 5 to March 8, 2010, which included mail survey, telephone interviews, face-to-face interviews, and e-mail. The questionnaires were self-completion ones. Total of questionnaires was 300, while 253 were collected and 227 were usable and 26 excluded. The data was analyzed by SPSS/WIN Ver.17.0. The following results were obtained. First, humanware support factor effected on the support system which is the factor of the development of green tourism. Second, software and humanware support factors effected on the business support of the development of green tourism. Third, hardware and humanware support systems effected on human support that is in the development of green tourism. Finally, all factors of the development of green tourism effected on the business performance in green tourism. Directions for further research on green tourism are offered. Managerial implications stemming from the empirical findings about this study are also discussed.

        여행사 e-서비스품질이 고객만족과 재구매의도에 미치는 영향

        This study aims to examine the effect of the e-service quality of travel agency on the customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. To achieve the purpose, the questionnaires, total 350, were distributed for about 2 months to users who have experienced visiting website of travel agency and purchasing the travel product, but finally 234 valid samples were analyzed by SPSS for Window Ver.17.0. The following results were obtained. First, the four factors, `efficiency`, `fulfillment`, `system availability` and `privacy`, were drawn by factor analysis for the e-service quality of travel agency scale. Except the `fulfillment`, other factors effected on customer satisfaction. Second, the customer satisfaction with using website of travel agency effected in repurchase intention. It means that travel agency is able to put the e-service to attract the patronage effectively. Third, only two factors in e-service quality, `efficiency` and `system availability`, effected on repurchase intention. Directions for further research on e-service quality of travel agency are offered. Managerial implications stemming from the empirical findings about this study are also discussed.

        In this paper, S-100-based message catalog data application schema and feature catalog are created to deliver the SMART-Navigation standard model developed in a modular form and to distinguish the contents of communication objects and information based on MRN in maritime communication environment. Based on the SMART-Navigation service message exchange scenario, we presented the smart navigation service message exchange method using the message catalog product standard.
