디지털 홀로그래피 현미경과 위상 펼침을 이용한 3차원 측정

마이크로미터 이하 물체의 2차원 및 영상과 3차원 영상을 동시에 측정하기 위하여 off-axis 투과형 디지털 홀로그래피 현미경을 구성하였다. 그리고 3차원 영상을 얻기 위하여 Mask-Cut 위상 펼침 알고리즘을 사용하였다. 측정 결과 2차원 상에는 0.8 $\mu$m 이하의 문양도 측정할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 그리고 마이크로미터 이하 물체의 2차원 영상과 3차원 영상을 동시에 측정 할 수 있음을 확인하였다. We have reconstructed 3-dimensional images by using the digital holographic microscope and the Mask-cut phase unwrapping algorithm. Off-axis holograms recorded with a magnified image of the microscopic object lens and reference beam are numerically reconstructed in amplitude and phase image by the Fresnel diffraction approximation. We have simultaneously reconstructed 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional images of the sub-micrometer objects.

Recently, prestressed concrete box-girder bridges have been increasingly constructed in many countries. Therefore, the effective management of the bridges and the assurance of safety and serviceability is required. The conventional method considers seperately the condition assessment based on the visual inspection and the load-carrying capacity based on structural analysis without considering the degree of deterioration of the structures. To improve the current condition assessment and safety evaluation system of PSC box girder bridges, an improved performance assessment of PSC box girder briges has been proposed in this study. The proposed method considers not only inspection results but also structural performance based on degree of deterioration in order to assess the overall condition of PSC bridges.

Several amorphous SiNx/TbFe thin films were prepared using dc magnetron sputtering system with pure Ar or Ar-O_2 gas mixture. We measured the perpendicular reflectance, Kerr angle, ellipticity of the coated SiNx/TbFe bilayer film at the range of 4000 - 7000Å and calculated the dielectric tensor elements of the TbFe film without SiNx layer using above measured values and ellisometry. Again we calculated the perpendicular reflectance, Kerr angle, ellipticity of the uncoated TbFe film from these dielectric tensor elements. And we calculated the contribution of Tb and Fe sublattice magnetization to the Kerr rotation of TbFe films. The results suggest that the contribution of Tb sublattice magnetization to the Kerr rotation is not negligible in the short wavelength range (4000 - 5000Å).

GdFe amorphous thin film used were prepared by the rf sputtering technique on the slide glass substrates held at room temperature, Composition ratios of GdFe films were measured by AES and kerr hysteresis loops of these films were studied by using the polar kerr loop tracer. It has been found that some of these films show the anomalous hystersis loops. this anomaly has been explained by the double layers model with a surface oxidation layer.

An optical Kerr effect, which is the transient electric birefringence of isotropic molecular fluids when the molecules align themselves with external field, is investigated. Calculations have been carrie dout on the rotational diffusion of rod-like molecules in the presence of an arbitrary field strength. We will provide an exact recurrence relation with nonlinear effects and this recurrence relation is solved numerically to see how the nonlinearity affects the answer for various field strengths.
