한 시인의 시의 성격을 ‘기독교적’이라고 특징짓는 것은 ‘기독교적’ 요소들이 직접적으로 드러나는 경우에 가능하다. 그러나 문학에서 기독교적이라고 부를 수 있는 것은 경험적 내용을 토대로 하는 소재적, 혹은 주제적인 상태이지, 그것에 어떤 형식적인 원칙이 있는 것은 아니다. 그러므로 한 시인의 시를 기독교적 요소로 독해하는 것이 기독교적 인생관이나 세계관이 얼마만큼의 창조성과 일관된 태도를 유지하고 있느냐를 발견하는 측면에서도 이루어질 수 있다. 기형도는 독실한 기독교 신자였다. 기형도가 유년기의 큰 사건으로 교회를 향한 발길을 끊었지만, 신앙심 자체가 단기간 내에 사라졌다고 단정할 수는 없다. 기독교적 요소를 직접적으로 드러내는 시들이 과작(寡作)된 것은 사실이지만, 그의 시들을 창작, 발표된 순서대로 살핀 후에 소재, 주제, 태도 등에서 일관된 기독교적 문맥이 발견된다면 그것을 그 사유와 창작의 바탕으로서의 기독교적 요소로 설정하는 것이 가능하다. 포도밭 묘지 연작시는 이러한 요소들의 근간을 이루는 기독교적 표지가 직접적으로 노출됐다는 점에서 중요한 의미를 지닌다. 현출된 기독교적 표지를 읽어내어 그의 시에 내재한 기독교적 요소의 촉발점(觸發點)을 설정할 수 있기 때문이다. 그리고 이를 통해 그의 시에서 발견되는 자기반성, 자기연민, 그의 자전(自傳) 시편에서 볼 수 있는 슬픔을 극복하려는 태도, 세계와의 화해의 시도, 「입 속의 검은 잎」의 주제적 의식인 속죄양의식 등을 하나의 문맥 아래 읽어내는 것이 가능하다. It is possible to mark a character of poems of a poet as ‘Christian’ when ‘Christian’ elements are appeared directly. However, the thing that can be called Christian in the literature is a thematic or material status on the basis of empirical contents but there are no certain formal principles. Therefore, poems of a poet with Christian elements can be read from a perspective to discover how much Christian view of life or of the world has kept creativity and constant attitude. Ki, Hyeong Do was a devout Christian. Though Ki, Hyeong Do stopped going to church due to a big event in his early days, it is hard to conclude that his faith disappeared in a short period. It is true that his poems which show Christian elements directly produced at rare intervals but it is possible to set his poems as Christian elements as a background of its grounds and creation when consistent Christian context would be discovered in materials, themes and attitude etc after examining his poems according to the order created and announced. His poem sequence of Vineyard Grave carries an important meaning that Christian mark which formed the foundation of these elements was exposed directly. For it is possible to set up contact denotation point of Christian elements inherent in his poems by reading the appeared Christian marks. And it is possible to read self-reflection, self-pity, attitude to overcome sorrow that can be seen his autobiographical poems, attempt for reconciliation with the world and consciousness of scapegoat that is the thematic consciousness of 「입 속의 검은 잎(Black Leaf in the Mouth)」 in a context through this.

조기난소부전의 한의학적 치료에 대한 국내 연구 동향 고찰

Objectives: This study was performed to examine the domestic study trends on premature ovarian failure (POF) treated with Korean medicine. Methods: We investigated the studies on Korean medicine treatment for premature ovarian failure via searching 4 online databases. Results: 13 clinical studies were selected. All studies were the noncomparative studies, and mainly case reports. Studies were publicated from 2001 to 2019 and the number of studies with 1 subject was the greatest (76.9%). In accompanying symptoms, there was a study which did not report entire cases. In the 11 case reports (13 subjects), the most accompanying symptoms was hot flush (69.2%). In treatment of premature ovarian failure, the most used treatment was herbal medicine, which was used in all studies. Acupuncture treatment was used in 6 studies (46.2%) and moxibustion treatment was used in 8 studies (61.5%). The most common acupuncture point was 內關 (SP6) in acupuncture treatment, and was 關元 (CV4) in moxibustion treatment. The duration of treatment was between 1 month and 20 months, the average 7.76 months. Used outcome measurements were hormone test (84.6%), menstruation (76.9%), Visual analog sclale (VAS) (15.4%), ultrasonography (15.4%), Numeral rating scale (NRS), Body basal temperature (BBT) and Kupperman index (7.7%). In total 70 subjects, 13 subjects (18.6%) became pregnancy and 25 subjects (35.7%) had no effect. Follow up was reported in 6 studies, and the average duration of follow up was 141.63 days. Conclusions: Further clinical trials are needed to establish the evidence for Korean Medicine treatment for premature ovarian failure.

족하수 환자의 복합 한의진료 경과 및 삶의 질 변화: 증례보고

Foot drop due to lumbar disc herniation is perceived to be an indication for surgery. A 44-year-old male presented with motor deficit in left ankle dorsiflexion along with radiating pain and paraesthesia. Motion Style Acupuncture Therapy (MSAT) was administered on the left side every other day. Acupuncture and Chuna were performed daily. Herbal medicine was taken 3 times a day. His symptoms rapidly improved throughout treatment, verified by decreased Numeric Rating Scale (NRS), Oswestry Disability Index (ODI), increased 5-level EuroQol-5 Dimension (EQ-5D-5L) scores, and improved motor grades. We suggest that a combination of MSAT with traditional Korean medicine could be a favorable option for foot drop in LDH patients in terms of rapid pain reduction and the improvement of quality of life.
