        태권도 비각 품새의 운동 강도 및 혈중 생리학적 변인 분석

        The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for improvement of athletic performance of Taekwondo Poomsae players and development of Poomsae games by analyzing relative exercise intensity (%) and blood lactate levels according to exercise intensity (VO2max and HRmax), GXT(grade exercise test), and ACE(arm crank ergometer) in Beegak Poomsae (1, 2, 3) by considering the importance of Beegak Poomsae newly developed/introduced in Taekwondo Poomsae games. Therefore, 10 Poomsae male college students with the experience of winning in national Poomsae competition were studied. Analysis of the results yielded descriptive statistics for each variable. Exercise intensity was expressed as a percentage (%) compared with the maximum load test (GXT / ACE). The difference of lactic acid over the time course was analyzed by one - way ANOVA and if there was a significant difference, Bonferroni method was used for post hoc test. VO2max by Beegak Poomsae type has found that Beegak 3 is highest as 44.05±10.12 ㎖/kg/min. HRmax has found that Beegak 1 is highest as 161.40±13.48bpm. VO2max of Relative exercise intensity (%) by Beegak Poomsae type, when compared to GXT, has found that Beegak 3 is highest as 90.84%. HRmax has found that Beegak 1 is highest as 90.38%. VO2max of Relative exercise intensity (%) by Beegak Poomsae type, when compared to ACE, has found that Beegak 3 is highest as 88.83%. HRmax has found that Beegak 1 is highest as 96.22%. The average level of blood lactate by Beegak Poomsae type has found to be 3.84mmol/l right after exercise and 3.49mmol/l at 5 minutes after exercise. Beegak 2 is highest as it has found to be 3.92mmol/l right after exercise and 3.48mmol/l at 5 minutes after exercise. The above results are thought that Beegak Poomsae (1, 2, 3) newly developed/introduced overcomes technical simplicity of Official Poomsae as its exercise intensity is higher than that of the existing official Poomsae type and high levels of foot techniques are applied. And as it was checked that the levels of exercise intensity by type according to the performance of Beegak Poomsae are similar, it can be utilized as reasonable grounds that can solve personal dissatisfaction of Poomsae players according to the assignment of Beegak Poomsae. In addition, Beegak Poomsae is thought to make a contribution to the diversification of Taekwondo training programs and be positively effective for improvement of aerobic exercise capability of trainees if it is utilized in Taekwondo studios. 이 연구는 태권도 품새 경기에 새롭게 개발/도입될 비각 품새(1, 2, 3)의 운동 강도(최대산소섭취량, 최대심박수), GXT와 ACE에 따른 상대적 운동 강도(%) 및 혈중 젖산 수준을 분석함으로써 태권도 품새선수의 경기력 향상과 품새 경기의 발전에 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 이에 전국 규모 품새 대회에서 입상 경험이 있는 남자 대학생 품새 선수 10명을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 결과의 분석은 각변인의 기술 통계치를 산출하였고, 비각 품새별 운동 강도 수준은 최대부하검사(GXT/ACE)와 비교하여백분율(%)로 나타내었다. 시기에 따른 젖산 수분의 차이는 일원변량분석을 실시하고, 유의한 차이가 있을경우 Bonferroni 방법을 이용하여 사후 검증하였다. 첫째, 비각 품새 유형별 최대산소섭취량은 비각 3이44.05±10.12㎖/kg/min, 최대심박수는 비각 1이 161.40± 13.48bpm으로 가장 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 트레드밀 운동부하검사(GXT)에 대비한 비각 품새 유형별 상대적 운동 강도(%)는 최대산소섭취량의 경우 비각3이 90.84%, 최대심박수는 비각 1이 90.38%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 암 에르고미터(ACE)에 대비한비각 품새 유형별 상대적 운동 강도(%)는 최대산소섭취량의 경우 비각 3이 88.83%, 최대심박수는 비각1이 96.22%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 비각 품새 유형별 혈중 젖산의 평균수준은 운동 직후 3.84, 직후5분 3.49로 나타났고, 비각 2가 운동 직후 3.92, 직후 5분 3.48로 가장 높게 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 보면, 새로 개발·도입된 비각 품새(1, 2, 3)는 기존의 공인 품새보다 운동 강도가 높고 고난이도 발기술이 응용됨에 따라 공인 품새의 기술적 단조로움을 극복한 것으로 보인다. 또한 비각 품새 수행에 따른 유형별 운동강도의 수준이 유사하다는 것을 확인한 바, 경기 품새 도입 초기에 발생될 수 있는 비각 품새 배정에 따른품새 선수들의 사사로운 불만의 소지를 해소할 수 있는 합리적 근거로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 아울러비각 품새를 태권도장에서 활용한다면 태권도 수련 프로그램의 다양화에 기여할 뿐만 아니라 수련생들의유산소성 운동능력 향상에 긍정적인 효과가 있을 것으로 보인다.

        세계 정상급 태권도 선수들의 경기 운영형태에 따른 득점 유형분석

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the scoring patterns of world-class taekwondo players according to their game Tactics styles. To be specific, this study utilized 345 matches of G.P Competition 2015 for notational analysis and selected rotation, offensive situation, offensive pattern and kicking tactics as factors of analysis. For the purpose of this study, it classified game Tactics styles as ‘Dominating Center Court Style’, ‘Playing in Center Court Style’ or ‘Playing around Court Boundary Style’(Jung et al, 2010). The study quantified the data regarding several factors during the match and game Scoring Patterns of Game Tactics in World-class Taekwondo Players styles by using Dartfish program, which is a video analysis tool. In addition, it used SPSS 19.0 to analyze scoring patterns according to game Tactics styles. Frequency, percentage and chi-square examination was executed and alpha level was set to 0.5. The results of this study are as follows. First, in both male and female taekwondo matches, if the player mainly plays in the center court, he or she shows higher scoring patterns. Second, when a male player is leading the game and dominates the center court, he showed higher scoring patterns while female player showed the same results by mainly playing in the court boundary. Third, both male and female players showed higher scoring patterns by striking first while dominating the center court. Fourth, while dominating the center court, both male and female players showed the highest scoring patterns with turning kick followed by pushing kick and turning kick to the head.

        태권도 지도자의 자율성 지지 코칭행동이 경기력에 미치는 영향: 성별 및 소속에 따른 조절효과 검증

        이 연구는 태권도 지도자의 자율성 지지 코칭행동이 경기력에 미치는 영향을 규명함과 동시에 두 변인의 관계에서 성별과 소속집단에 따른 조절효과를 검증하려는 목적으로 수행되었다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 2019년 대한민국태권도협회에 선수등록을 마친 고등학교 및 대학교 겨루기 선수 가운데 비확률 표집방법의 목적적 표집방법을 이용하여 수집된 겨루기 선수 759명의 설문지를 최종자료로 선택하여 연구를 진행하였다. 아울러 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 21.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식분석, 성별, 학년에 따른 측정동일성 검증, 다집단 구조방정식분석 및 대응별 모수비교분석을 실시하였다. 이상의 분석 과정을 거쳐 다음과 같은 결과가 도출되었다. 첫째, 태권도 겨루기 선수들이 지각하는 자율성 지지 코칭행동은 경기력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 두 변인 간의 관계에서 소속 집단에 따른 조절효과는 유의하지 않았으나 성별에 따른 조절효과는 유의하게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 태권도 겨루기 선수들이 지각하는 지도자의 자율성 지지 코칭행동이 경기력을 높여줄 수 있는 효율적인 지도방법이라는 것을 의미한다. 특히 자율성 지지 코칭행동은 여자 겨루기선수들의 경기력에 보다 효과적으로 간여할 수 있음을 시사해 주고 있다. This study aims to provide fundamental knowledge on approaches to enhance the performance of Taekwondo players by validating how the autonomy-supportive coaching behaviors affects perceived performance, and how its effect varies between gender & group. The data were collected in the high school & university 714 gyeorugi players with purposive sampling method of non probability sampling. The collected data were analysed with SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 for confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, structure equation analysis and comparative analysis of parameters. The study has gained the following results: Autonomy-supportive coaching behaviors had positive effect on perceived performance of high school & university taekwondo gyeorugi players. and Gender showed moderating effect. These results suggest that the autonomy-supportive coaching behaviors recognized by Taekwondo gyeorugi players are effective teaching methods to improve the performance. In particular, autonomy-supportive coaching behaviors suggest that they can be more effectively involved in the performance of women gyeorugi players.

        국기원 겨루기 심사과목 승품ㆍ단 실기심사제도 개선방안

        There are some issues of Taekwondo Kyorugi pum(dan) promotion test such as evaluation items, evaluators’ objectivity, and so on. Therefore, this study was conducted to provide practical evaluation method of Kyorugi skills through depth interview with a few Taekwondo experts. The participants of this study were consisted of 5 Kukkiwon Kyorugi evaluators of pum and dan promotion test. The results of interview with the experts were followings. First, The criteria of evaluation related to the Kyorugi promotion were not specific and the evaluators were mostly using their experiences rather than determined systematic evaluation items. Second, the one of big issues related to the promotion test was the Kyorugi duration. Thus they have to develop or improve the best method of promotion test in order to measure and evaluate the Kyorugi skills. Third, they felt that specific evaluation items should include such as step, kick, target kick, strategies, and competition. Also they needed to differentiate and develop evaluation items to be adapted to the capabilities of test applicants and to apply the standardized Kyorugi movements.

        2017 세계태권도선수권대회 득 · 감점 분석

        This study aims to analyze the outcomes of the matches in the 2017 World Taekwondo Championships in Muju County, Korea, where revised match rules applied. To this end, scoring and deduction penalties were analyzed for different match tactics. For the purpose of this study, scoring and deduction penalties in 293 women’s matches were analyzed in relation to the game tactics for each female weight division. SPSS 19.0 was used to analyze scoring and deduction penalties according to the game tactics, through which frequency and percentage were calculated and tests were performed at the significance level of .05. The findings of this study are as follows. First, in sparring matches, scoring and deduction penalties were most frequent in matches where athletes adopted the tactics of playing on the center court. Points were obtained more frequently in the tactics dominating the center court than playing around court boundaries, and deductions were more often declared in the latter tactic than in the former. Second, in sparring matches, scoring and deduction penalties were most frequent in the third rounds on the center court. Scoring occurred most often in the third round, followed by the second and first rounds. Deductions were declared more often in the third round; their frequency in the first and second rounds was similar, albeit with some differences according to the weight division. Third, in sparring matches, scoring was most frequent when athletes were winning the match while playing on the center court, while deduction penalties were most often declared when athletes were losing the match while playing on the center court.

        IoT의 센싱 기술을 위한 직렬통신 설계 및 구현

        IoT could be applied to various areas because of the important role of sensor. The existing sensor communication method is to quickly transmit data by using clock and two data pins based on the I2C serial communication method. As the objects used are gradually light-weighted and the amount of data transmission is decreased, the simplification of hardware is more emphasized as an essential design element than the speed of transmission. This paper designed a circuit to send/receive data in series, and also realized arduino, by analyzing the existing communication method and then using a single pin for light-weight. The single pin serial communication could reduce power consumption, which is suitable for the sensor area using digital communication of IoT area. IoT는 다양한 분야에서 활용 될 수 있는 것은 센서의 역할이 가장 중요 하다고 볼 수 있다. 기존의 센서 정보를 주고 받는 통신 방식은 I2C로 대표적인 직렬 통신 방식이며 클럭과 데이터 2개의 핀을 사용하여 비교적 빠른 속도로 데이터를 전송하는 방식이다. IoT 분야에서 사용되는 사물들이 점차 경량화가 되어가고, 데이터 전송 정보의 양이 적어지면서 전송 속도 보다는 하드웨어의 단순화가 중요한 설계 요소가 되는 응용분야가 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존 통신 방식을 분석하고 경량화를 위해 기존 2개의 핀을 사용하던 통신 방식에서 단일 핀을 사용하여, 데이터를 직렬로 송/수신하는 회로를 설계하고 아두이노로 구현 하였다. 제안된 단일 핀 직렬 통신으로 기대 할 수 있는 효과는 전력소모를 낮추어 줄 수 있으며 단순화를 통하여 기존의 디지털 센서분야 IoT 기기들에 적합하다.

      • 단일 비트를 이용한 온도·습도센서 통신 기술 연구

        본 논문에서는 IoST(Internet of Small Things)로 분류되는 소형화된 사물에 적합하도록 기존 2핀을 사용하여 통신하는 I2C 직렬 통신과 달리 단일 핀을 사용하여 온도·습도 통신이 가능한 통신 기술을 연구하였다. 기존의 센서 정보를 주고받는 I2C 직렬 통신 방식은 클럭과 데이터 핀을 사용하여 비교적 빠른 속도로 데이터 전송을 하지만 단일 핀 사용 방식보다 전력소모에 큰 영향을 주기 때문에 IoST 통신에서 보다 적합하도록 하드웨어 설계를 단순화하여 면적을 줄이고 전력 소모를 줄이도록 하는 방안을 연구하였다.

        운동영양학: 항산화복합체 1회투여가 운동후 항산화 효소활성에 미치는 영향

        Exercise increases the generation of oxygen free radical an lipid peroxidation. Polyphenol and vitamin C, E are known to prevent lipid peroxidation during exercise. Among the known polyphenol, the polyphenol extracted from Green tea as used has the similar effect of antioxidant. Therefore we examined the effects of acute polyphenol or vitamin complex(vitamin C+E) on antioxidants enzymes activities in rat(N=40). All rats were exercise training on the treadmill for 6weeks (25m/sec for 1hour). They were administered 5% of polyphenol and 50㎎ of vitamin C+E before the exercise at the final day of the experiment in acute administration group(APA; acute polyphenol administration, AVA; acute vitamin complex administration, AVPA; acut vitmin complex & polyphenol administration) and theother group was administered the same amount of water at the same time point(CON). One-way ANOVA was performed as the statistical analysis. MDA concentrations in liver was significantly decreased in APA or AVPA. But gastrocnemius red, white muscle were not statistically significant. In addition, polyphenol administration has the positive effect compared with vitamin complex administration. SOD concentrations in liver were significantly increased in APA or APVA. However, skeletal muscle SOD concentrations were not statistically significant. These results suggested that acute polyphenol administration reduced the risk of lipid peroxidation during exercise in rats. Moreover, acute administration of polypheonl and vitamin complex & polyphonol increased the antioxidative activity that prevent the lipid peroxidation during exercise in rats.

        The performance of direct methanol fuel cells is affected by operating conditions such as, methanol feeding temperatures, methanol concentrations, and methanol flow rates during the operation in different environmental conditions. In this study, effects of the environmental temperature on performance of direct methanol fuel cells have been investigated in order to test a applicability of direct methanol fuel cell to the vehicle. The environmental temperature (ET) was varied from -20?C to +30?C. The inside fuel cell temperature (CT) during test at various operating conditions was monitored and the performance of fuel cell was measured in the I-V polarization curve. With increasing the ET, the performance of the fuel cell was significantly improved and the CT also almost linearly increased. However, at below 0?C ET, the DMFC showed very poor performance and needed to control CT or methanol feeding temperature (MFT), methanol flow rate(MFR) to obtain enough power of the vehicle.

        대학 태권도 선수가 지각하는 통제적 코칭행동과 중도포기의도의 관계에서 그릿(Grit)의 매개효과

        The study was processed for verification of the mediating effect of Grit on the relationship between perceived controlling coaching behavior and intention to decide to drop-out of university Taekwondo players. The collected data were analyzed by PASW 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 for confirmatory factor anlaysis, reliability analysis, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation analysis. The results of this study were as follows: First, controlling coaching behavior of Taekwondo leaders perceived by university Taekwondo players had positive effect on drop-out. Second, controlling coaching bahavior had negative effect on Grit. Third, Grit had negative effect on drop-out. Fourth, university Taekwondo player’s Grit partially mediated the relationship between controlling coaching behavior and drop-out.
