        국내산 퀴노아의 조리방법에 따른 영양성분 비교

        The purpose of this study was to compare differences in the main food components of quinoa (Chenopodium quinoa Willd.) cultivated in Hongcheon after steaming, boiling, and roasting. Among the general components, crude protein, fat, and ash content were the highest in raw quinoa. Dry matter and carbohydrate content was the highest in steamed quinoa, while total dietary fiber content was highest in roasted quinoa. Total amino acid contents were the highest in boiled quinoa and lowest in steamed quinoa. Fatty acid content was highest in raw quinoa and lowest in boiled quinoa. The mineral (calcium, potassium, and phosphorus) and vitamin content was most enriched in raw quinoa, while iron, magnesium, zinc, and manganese were highest in boiled quinoa. For free sugars, the fructose and sucrose levels were highest in raw quinoa, while glucose level was highest in roasted quinoa. The water-soluble vitamin and free sugar contents were lowest in boiled quinoa. In summary, nutritional levels of vitamins vulnerable to heat and unsaturated fatty acids decreased after cooking with heat, while those of amino acids and saturated fatty acids increased after cooking with heat, although there were variables based on different cooking methods.

      • On Screen Display용 자막처리 ASIC 설계

        본 논문은 가요반주기의 OSD(On Screen Display)에 필요한 영상· 자막처리 ASIC의 설계에 관한 내용을 기술한다. 기존의 자막처리는 범용 DSP를 이용하여 소프트웨어적으로 처리되었으나, 본 논문에서는 하드웨어 비용을 절감할 수 있는 ASIC을 설계하였다. 설계된 자막처리 ASIC의 주요기능은 외부로부터 명령코드와 함께 영상 및 자막 데이터를 받아 여러 영상효과를 가하여 화면으로 출력하는 것이다. 전체적인 설계는 Compass tool에서 schematic으로 설계되었고 부분적으로 VHDL로 코딩하였다. 설계된 ASIC은 로직 시뮬레이션을 통하여 일차적으로 검증한 후, FPGA를 이용하여 실제 시스템에 응용하여 최종 점검을 하였다. 칩은 0.8㎛ CMOS 공정을 활용하여 제작하였으며, 제작된 칩은 가요 반주기에서 원하는 기능을 수행하는 것을 확인하였다. This paper describes design and implementation of caption-processing ASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuits) for OSD(On Screen Display) of karaoke system. The OSD of conventional karaoke system was implemented by a general purpose DSP, however this paper suggest a design to save hardware resources. The ASIC receives commands and data of graphic and caption from host processor, and then modifies the data to have various graphic effects. The design has been done by schematic and VHDL coding. The design was verified by logic simulation and FPGA emulation on the real system. The chip was fabricated with 0.8${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ CMOS SOG, and worked properly at the karaoke system.

        심판의 판정 인식에 대한 의사소통행위론적 분석 연구

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the referee’s perception of judging the game based on ‘The theory of Communicative Action’by Jürgen Habermas. Subjects were limited to Taekwondo judges. Method: The in-depth interview method was used to obtain specific data, and the subjects were selected from those with 13 to 19 years of referee experience. The collected data were analyzed by an analytical method. The data obtained through the analysis were transformed into academic terms through categorization, and the work to find the essential meaning of these terms was performed. First, the participants of the study were competing in the game with their own judgment criteria, and they were said to make judgments based on the player’s ability, manners, and intentional behaviors. Second, it was found that the referees were not in a condition to focus only on the decision work in reality, but they had no choice but to take charge of the judging task even at the risk of doing so. Third, the difference in position between the referee and the player in the judgment was clear, and it was found that communication was necessary to create a rational and fair game through mutual relations. Conclusion: If the referees and players communicate more actively, it will help to create a rational and fair Taekwondo game. However, since this study was conducted only with male participants, it is suggested that a study with female participants be conducted in the subsequent study.

        태권도 지도자의 소명의식에 대한 고찰

        This study aimed to examine taekwondo leaders’ mental attitudes towards practitioners based on the concept of ‘vocation.’ In the hierarchical society in the past, a ‘vocation’ was an order given to a subordinate by a superior; from a religious perspective it can mean a calling received for a certain duty. However, as the primary meaning of a ‘vocation,’ an act of identifying and explaining causes or reasons, seemed to be more significant, this study used the word ‘vocation’ not from a specific perspective, but from the perspective of finding an answer to the essential question of why the vocation should be pursued. It is meaningful to discuss the attitude that taekwondo instructor need to have not within the abstract range of essence, but within a more specific and narrow range of vocation. Our research led to the following findings. First, from a social perspective vocation is expressed as an attitude towards operation through ethical management with a sense of social responsibility. Second, from a personal perspective vocation is expressed as an attitude that educators have in order to build the upright character of practitioners. Third, it is necessary to examine whether the vocation of taekwondo instructor is expressed in other forms through in-depth interviews.

        잡지 "태권도"를 통한 태권도 경기화 과정에 대한 역사적 고찰

        The first purpose of this study is to analyze events and facts from the past to the present, classify events and facts in the process of changing Taekwondo as a sport competition and find their meaning through Taekwondo magazines. The second purpose is to reinterpret the historical philosophic viewpoint of Taekwondo for the absence of Taekwondo philosophy and the correct interpretation of history on the basis of Taekwondo magazines preserving Kukki Taekwondo records intact and seven characteristics of the sports modernization process suggested by Allen Guttmann. This study tried to analyze the process in the view of pragmatism. In case of Taekwondo, it has been adopted as an official Olympic sport many times, therefore, it has been required more universality as an international sport than ideological or philosophical development as a martial art. This change may give Taekwondo confidence to establish as a sport. Accordingly, it has been necessary for the process of changing Taekwondo as a sport competition to advance with development of period and the process can be a positive change for the future from the viewpoint of pragmatism.

        학생주도 인지적 도식화 전략이 초등학교 읽기장애 학생의 읽기이해력과 읽기전략 사용능력에 미치는 효과

        읽기장애 학생들은 읽기이해에 있어 읽기전략을 적절히 사용하지 못하는 등의 어려움을 가지므로, 이러한 어려움을 돕기위한 적절한 전략의 교수가 요구된다. 선행연구들은 학생주도 인지적 도식화 전략이 읽기장애 학생들에게 글의 구조를 시각화해주고, 학생에게 동기를 부여해줌으로써 학생의 적극적인 참여를 유도하여 학생의 읽기이해력과 읽기전략 사용능력 향상에 효과적임을 보고하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 학생주도 인지적 도식화 전략을 읽기장애 학생들에게 교수했을때, 읽기이해력과 전략사용능력에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 서울시내 초등학교 4, 5학년에 재학중인 읽기장애 아동 20명을 대상으로 인지적 도식화전략훈련의 유무에 따라 실험집단과 통제집단으로 10명씩 구성하여 40분씩 10회기 동안 교수하였다. 실험집단은 초등학교 1- 4학년 국어교과서와 교사용지도서에 수록된 설명문을 7가지 기본구조와 혼합구조로 나누어 각 구조에 맞는 도식을 구성하고 읽기이해 문제를 해결하는 전략을 직접교수법으로 지도하였다. 읽기이해력과 읽기전략 사용능력 검사를 사전, 사후에 실시하여 공분산분석을 한 결과, 통제집단에 비해 학생주도 인지적인 도식화 전략을 교수한 실험집단의 읽기이해력(전반적, 사실적, 추론적, 적용적)뿐만 아니라 읽기전략 사용능력이 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 학생주도 인지적 도식화 전략이 읽기장애 학생들의 읽기이해력을 돕기 위한 효과적인 읽기전략으로 활용될 수 있을 것이라는 가능성을 시사해주고 있다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of student - initiated cognitive mapping on literal, reasoning and applicative reading comprehensions and reading strategy skills of elementary students with reading disability. For this purpose, 20 4th and 5th graders were selected. They were divided into two groups, experimental and control, 10 subjects each. In the experimental group, the subjects were trained by the direct instruction method of student - initiated cognitive mapping strategy with expository text structures. Each expository text structure was composed of seven basic structures Definition, Example, Enumeration, Comparison/Contrast , Temporal/Locational, Causation, Problem/ solving and Mixed structures. For the control group, the traditional teaching method of repeated reading and asking questions was used. This experiment was conducted for 10 40-minute sessions each day. To test the effects of this experiment, pre- and post - tests of reading comprehension and readingstrategy skill were used. The data collected were analyzed by ANCOVA utilizing pretest scores of reading comprehension and reading strategy skill as covariates. The results of this study are as follows: (1) A significant difference was found between the two groups in literal, reasoning, and applicative reading comprehension, showing significantly higher performance in the experimental group. (2) In terms of reading strategy skills, a significant difference was found between the two groups. Participant s showed significantly higher performance in the experimental group of student - initiated cognitive mapping strategy. Based on the results, it could be concluded that the student - initiated cognitive mapping strategy is an effective method of improving the reading comprehension and reading comprehension skills of elementary students with reading disability.
