        열충격 시험을 통한 MLCCs SAC305 무연 솔더 접합부의 IMCs 성장과 접합특성 저하에 관한 연구

        The bonding characteristics of MLCCs (multi layer ceramic capacitor, C1608) lead-free solder (SAC305) joints were evaluated through thermal shock test ($-40^{\circ}C{\sim}125^{\circ}C$, total 1,800 cycle). After the test, IMCs( intermetallic compounds) growth and cracks were verified, also shear strengths were measured for degradation of solder joints. In addition, The thermal stress distributions at solder joints were analyzed to compare the solder joints changes before and after according to thermal shock test by FEA (finite elements analysis). We considered the effects of IMCs growth at solder joints. As results, the bonding characteristics degradation was occurred according to initial crack, crack propagations and thermal stress concentration at solder-IMCs interface, when the IMCs grown to solder inside.

        우리나라 학생들의 그림자 교육(shadow education)에서의 선행학습에 대한 질적 연구

        대다수의 한국 학생들은 사교육 영역에서 선행학습을 하고 있다. 이러한 선행학습은 학교에서의 학습을 질을 떨어뜨리는 요인으로 비판받고 있다. 이러한 비판은 심층적인 경험적 연구에 기초하지 않은 상황에서 제기되고 있다. 이에 이 연구는 질적연구방법을 통해 선행학습이라는 한국의 독특한 교육/학습 현상을 이해하고자 하였다. 연구 결과로서 이 연구는 사교육 기관에 따른 선행학습의 형태와 선행학습의 유형을 분석하였으며, 이러한 선행학습이 가지는 교육과정적 특징을 규명하였다. 나아가 선행학습이 학생들의 학습에 미치는 영향을 논의하였다. 이 연구는 사교육에서 이루어지는 선행학습의 실체를 보다 명료하게 밝힘으로써 한국 학생들의 학습과 그들의 학습문화를 이해하고 나아가 우리나라 교육 발전을 위한 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다. Most Korean students participate in preview learning in shadow education space. Preview learning has been attributed to damaging the quality of students’ learning in school classes. Yet, such criticism is not grounded by in-depth understanding of the phenomenon and students’ experience in it. Thus, this study is to understand preview learning through qualitative research methods. As a result, this study sought to ascertain the forms of preview learning at different shadow education types and discusses the curricular characteristics of the forms of preview learning. Furthermore, this study discusses the effects of preview learning on individual students’ learning. Additionally, this study offers implications for educational development in South Korea and understanding students’ learning culture.

        스포츠 산업의 효율적 운영관리 방안 고찰 ( 스포츠 서비스 사업을 중심으로 )

        This study was designed to enforce competence power of commercial sport organization in marketing strategy dimension. The object of this study is to establish the future operation direction through the analy sis of relation data and book with the basis theory about sport marketing and sport management. On the basis of the results analyzed in this study, the conclusion could be drawn as follows. 1. Accordins to variation of life pattern, increase of nation income and leisure time, the sport service business will be increased rapidly in quality and number. 2. The successful operation of sport club will be depended on selection of qualitiable staff. 3. The marketing strategy variables for efficiential managing of sport center are in the tarket selection for market development, image strategy, membership seller price strategy, promotion strategy, staff selection. 4. The success of sport organization is related with efficiential managing of daily operation action (order of organization inner, membership safety order, guide of quest, proshop operation, frontdesk operation, equipment managing)

      • 하이브리드 스토리지 기반의 스토리지 클래스 메모리 관리 기법

        플래시 메모리는 무게가 가볍고, 비휘발성이고, 하드 디스크에 비해 읽기 속도가 빠르며, 내구성이 강하다는 장점 때문에 새로운 스토리지로 부각되고 있다. 그러나 플래시 메모리는 "erase-before-write" 문제와 각 블록들의 삭제 횟수의 제한 때문에 성능적인 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 플래시 메모리와 더블어 새로운 저장장치로 각광받고 있는 것은 스토리지 클래스 메모리이다. 스토리지 클래스 메모리는 플래시 메모리와 같이 비휘발성 속성을 가지면서, 고속의 바이트 단위의 접근이 가능하다. 플래시 메모리가 가지는 단점에서 자유로우며 고속의 접근이 가능하므로, 플래시 메모리와 하드 디스크를 대체할 스토리지로 떠오르고 있다. 그렇지만 스토리지 클래스 메모리는 아직 저용량 스토리지이기 때문에 개인용 컴퓨터나 대용량의 서버를 커버할만한 수준은 되지 못한다. 본 연구에서는 버퍼정책 및 버퍼를 스토리지 클래스 메모리에 저장 하여 안정된 속도 및 완벽한 신뢰성을 제공하고자 한다. 속도 향상을 위해 휘발성 메모리를 스토리지 클래스 메모리와 함께 사용하여 보다 빠른 속도를 제공한다. 또한, 기존 버퍼 관리정책을 보완하여 다이렉트한 버퍼 접근 방법을 제시한다.

        아동들의 운동종목별 포지션에 따른 학습능력과 라이프스타일의 비교 및 연계성 연구

        This study was designed to compare relationship of learning ability and lifestyle according to exercise position of children. In this study, life style questionnaire and learning ability testpaper were used to study empirically relationship of lifestyle and learning ability according to exercise position of children. The 118 subjects were selected from 7 elementary school (soccer 28, volleyball 30, baseball 30). The 5% level of siginificance was used as the critical level for acception of the hypothesis in the study. On the basis of the results analyzed in this study, the conclusion could be drawn as follows. 1. The soccer, baseball, volleyball appeared to nonsignificance difference between exercise position and in the reasion ability of soccer, the midfield and offense group appeared to better than defense group after test (p<.05) and in the executive function of volleyball, the offense and center group appeared to better than setter after test (p<.05). 2. The midfield group of soccer appeared to excellent learning ability in almost all parts. The spatial ability appeared to high level points to order of defense, midfield , goal keeper, offense in soccer and outdfield, pitcher, infield, catcher in baseball and setter, center, offense in volleyball. But, appeared to nonsignificant difference. 3. The all lifestyle items of soccer and baseball group appeared to nonsignificant difference between exercise position. The volleyball group showed to significant difference in fashion, sport and after test the setter and center in fashion showed significant result point better than offense group. The center in sport lifestyle showed significant result point better than offense and setter group. 4. The goalkeeper showed significant relation in the positive lifestyle of achievement, selfcontrol, affirm, sport. 5. The pitcher and infield position of baseball group showed significant relation in achievement, selfcontrol, affirm, sport. brand.

        아동들의 운동유형에 따른 생활방식과 학습능력의 연계성 비교

        This study was designed to establish the relationship of lifestyle and learning ability according to exercise type of children. The learning action comparison of indoor sport and outdoor sport appeared to nonsignifant difference but, the vocabulary ability, reasioning ability, arichmetic ability, spatial ability related to learning ability showed signifant difference. Generally, Indoor sport children appeared to better than outdoor sport children, the vol-leyball children appeared to better than the soccer children, the baseball children in learning ability. 2. According to sport type, the vocabulary ability, reasioning ability, arichmetic ability, spatial ability, con-centration ability showed signifant difference. The vocabulary ability appeared to order of nonsport, volleyball, baseball, soccer. In the reasioning ability and spatial ability, the volleyball children appeared to better than the soccer children, the baseball children, nonsport children. 3. The self control, nihility, sport, brand appeared to signifant difference according to exersice place type(in,out). The indoor sport children showed signifant score better than the outdoor sport children in the self control, sport but, the outdoor sport children showed signifant score better than the indoor sport children in the nihility, brand. 4. The lifestyle of children showed signifant difference according to exercise type. The achievement, self control, sport, brand showed signifant difference according to exercise type. The baseball and volleyball children showed signifant result better than the soccer and nonsport children in the achievement, sport. 5. The self control of the baseball children showed the positive relationship with reasioning ability. 6. The self confidence, sport, affirm, achievement, selfcontrol of the nonsport children showed the positive relationship with reasioning ability, spatial ability, remember ability, concentration power.

        남명 조식의 사상과 지, 덕, 체의 교육적 연계성 탐색

        This study is designed to research the educational connection research of knowledge, virtue, physical and thought of Nammyeong(南冥) Jo Sik(曺植). On the basis of the results analyzed in this study, the conclusion could be drawn as follows. Firstly, Nammyeong taught practical life method through physical action. When the nation was in crisis, he taught war method and war skill to pupils and taught actual life pattern. Secondly, Nammyeong thought Gyeong[敬] and Yui[義] important with practical thought of people and thought practical doing more important than theoretical background screen for overcoming modern society crisis. Thirdly, Toegye(退溪) Yi Hwang(李滉) showed theoretical pattern for actual life application of Gyeong[敬]and Yui[義], whereas Nammyeong showed practical pattern for actual life application of Gyeong[敬] and Yui[義]. Fourthly, When Nammyeong taught pupils, he understand the gift of learners according to each one’s ability and aimed learner centered education. Fifthly, The relationship of self realization and existence theoretical problem related to physical activity is to develop the perfect people through cultivation of knowledge, virtue and body with Gyeong[敬]and Yui[義] of Nammyeong. Sixthly, the emphasis of sportsmanship in connection with Gyeong[敬]and Yui[義] is the foundation method for ethical problem solution of sport. The cultual variable to practice, drill and learning of Gyeong[敬]and Yui[義] are sport and physical education activity.
